Your safety and the safety of others is very important.
We have provided many important safety messages in this manual and on your appliance.
Always read and obey all safe- ty messages.
This is the safety alert symbol.
This symbol alerts you to potential hazards that can hurt you and others

“CAUTION”.

WARNING This symbol indicates the possibility of death or serious injury.
CAUTION This symbol indicates the possibility of injury or damage to

BASIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
WARNING To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons
when using this appliance, follow basic precautions, including the
following:
●Do not attempt to repair or replace any part of your dehumidifier unless it is specifically
recommended in this manual. All other services should be referred to a qualified
technician.
●If the power cord becomes worn or damaged, the cord should only be replaced by a
qualified service technician using genuine replacement parts.
●The dehumidifier should be plugged into its own grounded.
●Do not plug other appliances into the same outlet; it can overload the circuit and cause
a fire or electric shock.

●Do not remove the earth pin from the plug. It can result in the risk of electric shock.
●This appliance is not designed for use by young children. Young children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with or climb on the unit.
●Be sure all packaging materials are removed from the appliances before use. It can result
in personal injury.
●Do not disassemble or modify the appliances or the power cord. It can result in the risk
of electric shock or fire.
●Do not place the power cord or appliances near a heater, radiator, or other heat source. It
can result in the risk of elec- tric shock or fire.
●Do not use this or any appliance near flammable gases or liquids or other combustibles,
such as gasoline, benzene, thinner, etc. It can result in the risk of electric shock or fire.
●Make sure the power cord is plugged firmly and completely into the outlet. It can result

creating a shock hazard. If water enters the unit, unplug it immediately and contact
Customer Service. It can result in the risk of electric shock.

BASIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
WARNING To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons
when using this appliances, follow basic precautions, including the
following:
●To avoid possible cuts, avoid contacting the metal parts of the appliances when
removing or re-installing the filter. It can result in the risk of personal injury.
●Do not block the air inlet or outlet of the appliance. Reduced airflow will result in poor
performance and could damage the unit.
●Always grasp the plug when plugging in or unplugging the appliance. Never unplug by
pulling on the cord. It can result in the risk of electrical shock and damage.
●Always turn off and unplug the appliances when it will not be used for extended period
of time. This conserves energy and reduces the chance of accidents.
●Install the appliance on a sturdy, level floor capable of supporting up to 50 kg.
Installation on a weak or unlevel floor can result in the risk of property damage and
personal injury.
●Make sure the appliance is the correct size for the area you wish to dehumidify. Using an
appliance that is the wrong size can waste energy and damage the unit.
●Close all doors and windows to the room for most efficient operation.
●To prevent damage to the surface finish, use only a soft cloth to clean the appliance. Do
not use wax, thinner, or a strong detergent or solvents.
●To prevent spills and property damage, be sure to drain the appliance properly.

●To prevent the coils from freezing, do not operate the appliances if the room
temperature is lower 5°C.
●Do not position the appliances so that pets or house plants are exposed to the direct air
flow. It can result in the risk of injury to pets or house plants.
●This appliance is designed for normal household use.
●Do not drink the water from the bucket. Dispose of it properly outdoors or down the
drain.

●Do not operate appliance without the filter securely in place. Operation without the filter
could damage the unit.
●Clean the filter every two weeks, or more often if needed.

Electrical Shock Hazard
●Failure to follow these instructions can result in death, fire, or electrical shock.
●This unit must be properly earthed.
●Do not, under any circumstances, cut or remove the earth pin.
●If you do not have a properly earthed outlet, or if there is any doubt that the outlet is not
properly earthed, a qualified electrician should check the outlet and circuit, and, if
necessary, install a properly earthed outlet.
●This dehumidifier must be plugged into a earthed 50 Hz, 220-240 VAC outlet protected
by a 10A time delay fuse or circuit breaker.
●This dehumidifier must be installed in accordance with national wiring codes.
●Do not alter or modify the plug or cord of this dehumidifier. If the power cord becomes
worn or damaged, the cord should only be replaced by a qualified service technician
using genuine replacement parts.
●Do not use an extension cord or power board.

-Open the cover, then take out the plug and other accessories.
-Reinstall the cover, then accurately place the bucket back into the appliance.

INSTALL THE CASTERS
Tilt the appliance no more than 45° and forcibly insert the casters. Make sure the ring around
caster is flush against the bottom of the appliance.
Skip this step if the casters were pre-installed.

* The pump is an optional function.
If the appliance does not have a pump function, the "pump symbol" and "pump
button" will be empty.

** WiFi is an optional function.
When the appliance is linked to a phone, the WiFi symbol will light on. Refer to the WiFi
manual for instructions on how to link the appliance to a phone.
*** The ionizer is an optional function.
If the appliance does not have a pump function, the "Ionizer symbol" and "Ionizer
button" will be empty.
Insert the plug in the socket. The appliance will enter standby mode. The screen will display
the following figure:
●"POWER" button
On/off power supply, used to control the power status of the appliance.
●Decrease/Increase button
Press " " / " " to configure the indoor humidity or time.
The adjustable humidity range is 35% RH-80% RH. The screen will display the configured
humidity. After a few seconds, it will switch to displaying the ambient humidity.
When the ambient humidity is lower than the configured humidity, the compressor will
stop running. After a few minutes, the fan will stop running.
Press the " " button until " " displays on the screen. The "Continuous" symbol
will light up. The appliance will continuously run.
●Fan speed button
Press the "FAN SPEED" button to select the fan speed: high or low. The corresponding
symbol will light up.
●Ionizer function * (some appliances only)
Hold the "FAN SPEED" button for 3 seconds to start or stop the ionizer function.

●Timer button
This timer can be used to delay the appliance startup or shutdown. This helps save
electricity and optimize operating periods.
Enable program
●Turn on the appliance then choose he mode you want (such as dehumidify mode or
high fan speed). Turn off the appliance.
●Press the "TIMER" button. The "Timer" symbol will start to flash. Press the " " / " "
to configure the time from 0.5-24 hours.
●After 5 seconds without the operation, the timer will start to function. The "Timer"
symbol will light up.
●Press the "TIMER" button again to cancel the timer. The "Timer" symbol will disappear.
Disable program
●When the appliance is running, press the "TIMER" button. The "Timer" symbol will start to
flash. Press " " / " " to adjust the configured time from 0.5-24 hours.
●After 5 seconds without the operation, the timer will start to function. The "Timer"
symbol will light up.
●Press the "TIMER" button again to cancel the timer. The "Timer" symbol will disappear.
●Pre-set mode
Pre-set mode allows the user to easily move the appliance from room-to-room and
select a mode fitting for installed location for optimum performance. Press the "MODE"
button to choose either Continuous, Basement, or Bedroom.
Pre-set mode humidity:
Continuous: 15% RH
Basement: 45% RH
Bedroom: 55% RH

*Clean filter
-When the filter needs to be cleaned, the "CLEAN FILTER" symbol will light up (after
250 hours of use). Remove the filter from the back of appliance and follow the
instructions in "CLEAN THE FILTER".
-Once the filter is completely dry, place filter back in the appliance and press the "FILTER"
button to reset the filter symbol.
Caution: Do not use the appliance without the included filter.
*Child lock
-To lock the control panel, press and hold the "Timer" button for 3 seconds. Locking the
control panel prevents someone from accidentally changing the settings. When the
appliance is locked, the "LOCK" symbol will light up.
-Press and hold the "Timer" button for 3 seconds to unlock the control panel.
*Bucket full alert
When the bucket is full, the compressor will shut off, the fan will stop for a few minutes,
and the appliance will make a beeping noise. The "Bucket Full" symbol will start flashing.
The appliance will not run again until the bucket is emptied and properly placed back
inside.
The bucket should be cleaned every week to prevent the growth of mold, mildew, and
bacteria. Use a mild detergent to clean. Once clean, completely dry the bucket and place
it back inside appliance.

Note: Hold the bucket with both hands when emptying.
Note: When the bucket is full or removed from the appliance, the compressor will
turn off but the fan will continue to run for a few minutes. This is completely normal.
The appliance will not be removing moisture from the air at this time.
Note: During operation, it is normal for warm air to be exhausted from the top of the
appliance.
Caution: Do not place the bucket on the floor when it is full as it is uneven on the
bottom and water may spill.
*Continuous drain
Connect the drain pipe to the back of the appliance to allow for continuous operation
without need for manual bucket cleaning.
1) Place the appliance on a level floor, then unscrew the cap on the back.
2) Connect the drain and gasket.
3) Connect the drain pipe.
4) Press "POWER" button to run the appliance.

Note: If you do not need continuous drain, please install the cap on the drain hole at
the back of the appliance. Water will flow into bucket.
Note: Install the drain pipe according to the image below.
Make sure the drain pipe is installed correctly to drain water from the pipe.
Notice: If the appliance is placed on uneven ground or the drain pipe is not installed
correctly, the water will fill the bucket completely and the appliance will cease operation. In
this situation, check the ground elevation and if the drain pipe is correctly installed. Also
make sure that the bucket is installed correctly.

*Pump drain (some models only)
Connect the pump drain pipe (5 m or 16.4 ft) to the back of the appliance. The appliance
will be able to run continuously without the need to manually clean the bucket.
1) Place the appliance on a level floor, then unscrew the cap on the back.
2) Install the pump adaptor and gasket.
3) Connect the drain pipe.
4) Press " " button to start the appliance, then press the "PUMP" button start the
pump drain function. The "PUMP" symbol will light up.
5) The max. height of pump drainage is 5 m (16.4 ft)

Note: After the pump button has been activated, the pump will not begin removing water
and will instead remain on stand-by. When bucket is almost full, the pump will automatically
begin removing water and stop once it has been active for 4 minutes. This cycle will
continue until the pump button is deactivated. Make sure there are no kinks or knots on the
hose.
Automatic defrost
When frost builds up on the evaporator coils, the compressor will cycle off and the fan will
continue to run until the frost disappears. When the coils are completely defrosted, the
compressor or fan (depending on the model) will automatically restart and dehumidification
will resume.
LOCATION REQUIREMENTS:
If the appliance is used in the basement, it will have little to no effect in drying out adjacent
enclosed storage areas (such as closets) unless there is adequate circulation of air to and
from the area.
1. Do not use the appliance outdoors.
2. This appliance is intended for indoor use only. Place
the appliance on a smooth, level floor surface that is
strong enough to support the appliance with a full
bucket of water.
3. Allow at least 18" (45 cm) of space from the wall to
ensure the appliance works properly.
4. Place the appliance in an area where the temperature
will not fall below 5 (41 ).
5. Use the dehumidifier in cooking, laundry, bathing,
and dish-washing areas that have excessive moisture.
6. Place the dehumidifier away from any clothes dryers.
7. Use the dehumidifier in a basement to help prevent
moisture damage.
8. The dehumidifier must be used in an enclosed area
for effective results. Close all doors, windows, and
other outside openings to the room.
