1. Remove the microSDTM card from the SD
adapter/case and plug it into the Raspberry Pi.
Note: You will need to put your operating system of choice
on the microSDTM card before the Raspberry Pi will boot.
2. Connect the USB 3.0 Micro B male plug to
WD PiDrive.
3. Connect the USB 3.0 Type A male plug to a
USB port on the Raspberry Pi.
4. Connect the USB Micro B male plug to the
power port on Raspberry Pi.
5. Connect the USB Micro B Female to the USB
Micro B male connector on the power cord.
6. Plug the USB Type A male plug of the power
cord into the provided 5V power adapter.
7. Plug the power adapter into a regular wall
outlet.

Guide d'installation rapide
1. Retirez la carte microSDTM du lecteur ou
del'adaptateur de carte SD et branchez-la
dansle RaspberryPi.
Remarque: vous devrez stocker le système d'exploitation

RaspberryPi ne démarre.
2. Connectez la prise micro-B USB3.0 mâle au
WD PiDrive.
3. Connectez la prise micro USB3.0 typeA à
unport USB du RaspberryPi.
4. Connectez la prise micro-B USB mâle au port
d'alimentation du RaspberryPi.
5. Connectez la prise micro-B USB femelle
auconnecteur micro-B USB mâle du cordon
d'alimentation.
6. Branchez la prise USB typeA mâle du cordon
d'alimentation dans l'adaptateur secteur
5V fourni.
7. Branchez l'adaptateur secteur dans une prise
murale ordinaire.

Schnellinstallationsanleitung
1. Entfernen Sie die microSDTM-Karte aus dem
SD-Adapter bzw. der Hülle und stecken Sie sie
in den Raspberry Pi.
Hinweis: Sie müssen ein Betriebssystem auf die
microSDTM-Karte kopieren, damit der Raspberry Pi davon
starten kann.
2. Stecken Sie den USB-3.0-Micro-B-Stecker in
das WD PiDrive.
3. Stecken Sie den USB-3.0-Typ-A-Stecker in den
USB-Anschluss des Raspberry Pi.
4. Stecken Sie den USB-Micro-B-Stecker in den
Stromanschluss des Raspberry Pi.
5. Stecken Sie den USB-Micro-B-Stecker
desStromkabels in die USB-Micro-B-Buchse
des Geräts.
6. Stecken Sie den USB-Typ-A-Stecker des
Stromkabels in das mitgelieferte 5-V-Netzteil.
7. Stecken Sie das Netzteil in eine Wandsteckdose.

1. Extraiga la tarjeta microSDTM del adaptador
SD/caja e introdúzcala en la Raspberry Pi.
Nota: Tendrá que instalar el sistema operativo que preera
en la tarjeta microSDTM antes de iniciar la Raspberry Pi.
2. Conecte el macho USB 3.0 Micro B al WD PiDrive.
3. Conecte el macho USB 3.0 Tipo A a un puerto
USB de la Raspberry Pi.
4. Conecte el macho USB Micro B al puerto de
alimentación de la Raspberry Pi.
5. Conecte el conector hembra USB Micro B al
conector macho USB Micro B del cable de
alimentación.

Nota: prima che sia possibile avviare il Raspberry Pi è
necessario inserire il sistema operativo prescelto nella
scheda microSDTM.
2. Collegare la spina maschio Micro B USB 3.0 al
WD PiDrive.
3. Collegare la spina maschio Type A USB 3.0 a
una porta USB del Raspberry Pi.
4. Collegare la spina maschio Micro B USB alla
porta di alimentazione del Raspberry Pi.
5. Collegare il connettore femmina Micro B USB
al connettore maschio Micro B USB del cavo
dialimentazione.
6. Collegare la spina maschio Type A USB del cavo di
alimentazione all'alimentatore da 5V in dotazione.
7. Collegare l'alimentatore a una normale
presa a muro.

1. Verwijder de microSDTM-geheugenkaart uit de
SD-adapter/-behuizing en plaats deze in de
Raspberry Pi.

stopcontact.
