To get your AquaThruster system up and running, you need 3 items:
Motor, Mounting Bracket and AquaThruster 360
Your system will typically be provided in 2 boxes, one with the motor (and
mounting kit already attached). The second with the AquaThruster 360 and
Mounting Bracket
Assemble as follows: 1. Remove bottom plate of 360 from
stationary shaft by loosening set screws
using supplied allen wrench.
2. Slide the Mounting Bracket onto stationary
shaft so the system can be securely mounted later
in the assembly.
NOTE: Mounting bracket
options include Dock Plate,
Portable Post Mount or Truss
Mount.
3. Slide bottom plate back onto the stationary shaft.
Lay unit on a flat surface to insure that the
stationary and rotating shafts are parallel. Set
screws on the bottom plate MUST be Securely
tightened!
NOTE: The mount MUST align the rotating shaft with
the center line of the prop shaft as shown on right.
4. Attach the motor to Swivel plate
using 2) 1/2" bolts, washers and nuts supplied. The prop should
be pointed the same direction as the green indicator pin.
CAUTION: The motor MUST be positioned at
least one hole up from level in order to keep
from disturbing the bottom surface as shown
on left.

Installation:
1. Verify that both set screws on the bottom plate of the 360 are tight.
2. To reduce the chances of vortices, use customer supplied zip ties and dress the
motor cable as shown above.
3. Fasten mounting bracket to dock or post. Bracket must be securely mounted to
keep system stable due to force of motor during operation.
4. Set system down into water so motor is at least 18 inches below surface.
Make sure that motor is a minimum of 12 inches above the bottom.
5. Tighten allen head bolt on Mounting bracket to hold in place. (allen wrench
supplied)
6. Run cords to power source and double check all mounting before powering
up system.
360 Programming Instructions
(on Input Panel):
1. When plugged in, green
power light will be ‘ON’
2. Press Setup button and red
setup light will come ‘ON’
3. Press and hold bottom right
button, arrow pointing
right, until you reach
desired end point. Release
button, red set up light will
be flashing fast.
4. Press Setup button to lock position and red light will stop flashing.
5. Press and hold bottom left button, arrow pointing left, until you reach
desired end point. Release button, red set up light will be flashing slow.
6. Press Setup button 2 times, red light will go out and green power light will
go ‘ON’. Both end points have been successfully set and will be
remembered even after power is removed.
NOTE: AquaThruster 360 is set to move approximately 20 degrees every 20 minutes
