2 SAFETY NOTICE
ATTENTION!
Isolate electrically the Soft-Starter SSW07/SSW08/SSW900 before
installing the Ventilation Kit. The electronic boards have components that
are susceptible to electrostatic discharge. Never touch any of the electrical
components or connectors without following the proper grounding
procedures. It is reccomended the use of a grounding wrist strap.
3 APPLICATION
This optional module improves the thermal capacity of the Soft-Starter.
The Ventilation kit is connected directly to the SSW07/SSW08/SSW900. The
module fits in the bottom of the Soft-Starter, at the heatsink.
NOTE!
This kit is reccommended when more than 3 starts per hour (every 20
minutes) is required at the following conditions: 3 x In during 30 s (SSW07
and SSW900) or 3 x In during 20 s (SSW08) with an ambient temperature
of 55 ºC (131 °F).
NOTE!
The fans are controled by the heatsink temperature. Thus it will only start
when required and usually during acceleration and deceleration ramp.
4 VENTILATION KIT INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Those are the contents of the kit.
2. Snap the kit into the holes located near the edges of the heatsink, at the
bottom of the SSW07/SSW08/SSW900.
3. Connect the power supply cable at the terminal presented in the figure.
4. Make sure that the support and the cable are connected.

2 INFORMACION DE SEGURIDAD
¡ATENCIÓN!
Aislar eléctricamente el Arrancador Suave SSW07/SSW08/SSW900 antes
de instalar el kit ventilación. Las tarjetas electrónicas utilizan componentes
sensibles a descargas electrostaticas. No tocar directamente sobre los
componentes o conectores. Se recomienda el uso de una pulsera de
puesta a tierra.
3 APLICACIÓN
Este módulo opcional mejora la capacidad térmica del Arrancador Suave.
El Kit Ventilación para la Tamaño 3 es conectado directamente al SSW07/
SSW08/SSW900. El módulo encaja en la parte inferior del Arrancador Suave
junto al disipador.
¡NOTA!
Este kit es recomendado cuando hay de más de 3 arranques por hora
(cada 20 minutos) en las siguientes condiciones: 3 x In durante 30 s
(SSW07 y SSW900) o 3 x In durante 20 s (SSW08) con temperatura
ambiente de 55 ºC.
¡NOTA!
Los ventiladores son controlados por la temperatura del disipador de calor.
Por lo tanto, sólo se encenderá cuando sea necesario, y normalmente
durante la rampa de aceleración y desaceleración.
4 PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA INSTALACIÓN DEL KIT
VENTILACIÓN
1. Este es el contenido del kit.
2. Encajar el kit en la nuración ubicada en la lateral del disipador en la parte
inferior del SSW07/SSW08/SSW900.
3. Conectar el cable de alimentación en el terminal presentado en la figura.
4. Certifíquese que el soporte y el cable estén conectados.

módulo encaixa na parte inferior da Soft-Starter junto ao dissipador.
NOTA!
Este kit é recomendado quando há mais de 3 partidas por hora (a cada 20
minutos) nas seguintes condições: 3 x In durante 30 s (SSW07 e SSW900)
ou 3 x In durante 20 s (SSW08) com temperatura ambiente de 55 ºC.
NOTA!
Os ventiladores são controlados pela temperatura do dissipador de calor.
Portanto, ele só ligará quando necessário e normalmente durante a rampa
de aceleração e desaceleração.
4 PROCEDIMENTO PARA INSTALAÇÃO DO KIT
VENTILAÇÃO
1. Esses é o conteúdo do kit.
2. Encaixar o kit na furação localizada na lateral do dissipador na parte inferior
da SSW07/SSW08/SSW900.
3. Conectar o cabo de alimentação no terminal apresentado na figura.
4. Certifique-se que o suporte e o cabo estejam conectados.
