O Relé RPW PTC deve ser ligado em série a sensores tipo PTC (maximo de 3), ao ser energizado, estando a temperatura abaixo do valor de desarme, o relé de saída
será comutado (energizado) instantaneamente, acionando o LED vermelho.
Existindo uma elevação de temperatura acima de seu limite de ruptura, ocorrerá uma variação abrupta na resistência do sensor PTC, e o relé de saída será
desenergizado (LED vermelho desliga), o relé será novamente energizado assim que a temperatura retorne aos valores normais. O RPW PTC possui um dispositivo de
teste do Sensor PTC, se o mesmo não estiver conectado ou estiver em falha, existirá uma indicação no LED (LED piscando).
The electronic Relay RPW PTC must be connected in series to the PTC sensor (maximum of 3), when energized, being the temperature under normal values, the
output relay contact will be switched (ON) automatically and the red LED indication will be on. If an over temperature occurs, the probe resistance will rapid increase and
the output contact will switched off (red LED off), remaining in this situation until the temperature decreases to a normal value. The RPW PTC can evaluate the PTC
sensor, if the PTC has a fail (not caused by an over temperature) or it is not connected, the red LED indication will be flashing.
Al Relé RPW PTC deben estar conexionados en serie los sensores tipo PTC (3 u. máximo), que al conectarse, estando la temperatura por debajo del valor de disparo,
el relé de salida conmutará instantáneamente, accionando el LED rojo. Al producirse un incremento de temperatura por encima del límite de ruptura, ocurrirá una
variación brusca en la resistencia del sensor PTC, ocasionando la desconexión del relé de salida.(Se apaga el LED rojo). El relé se conectará nuevamente cuando la
temperatura retorne a sus valores normales. El RPW PTC posee un dispositivo de test del sensor PTC, que tanto si no está conectado, como si está en fallo, provocará
el parpadeo del LED.
Das elektronische Relais RPW PTC muss mit dem PTC Sensor (max. 3 Stück.) verbunden werden. Bei ungestörtem Betrieb schaltet das Ausgangsrelais automatisch
EIN und die rote LED Anzeige leuchtet. Wenn eine Übertemperatur auftritt, verändert der PTC Fühler sehr schnell seinen Widerstand und das Ausgangsrelais fällt ab und
die rote LED erlischt bis die Temperatur wieder einen normalen Wert einnimmt. Das elektronische Relais überwacht den PTC Sensor. Falls der Sensor einen Fehler hat
oder nicht angeschlossen ist, blinkt die rote LED.

O Relé WEG RPW PTC é um dispositivo de proteção eletônico
que permite, em máquinas (motores, geradores, etc...) equipadas
com um sensor de temperatura PTC, o monitoramento da
variação da temperatura no equipamento, realizando a proteção
do mesmo a partir de informações recebidas pelo sensor PTC.
Possui eletrônica digital que proporciona elevado padrão de
precisão e imunidade a ruídos. Projetado de acordo com normas
internacionais, o RPW PTC constitui uma solução compacta e
segura, com caixas normatizadas 22,5mm para inserção em trilho
DIN 35mm.
The Electronic Protector Relay WEG RPW PTC is a device that
allow, in machines (motors, generators, etc…) equipped with PTC
temperature sensor, direct control and evaluation of the
temperature variation in the equipment, providing the protection
based on the PTC sensor data.
The digital electronic of the RPW PTC provides high performance,
precision and immunity against noises.
Designed in accordance with the international standards, the RPW
PTC constitutes a compact and safe solution, with 22,5mm of
width for 35mm DIN rail.
El Relé WEG RPW PTC es un dispositivo de protección
electrónico que permite, en máquinas (motores, generadores,
etc..) equipadas con sensores de temperatura PTC, la
monitorización de la variación de temperatura del equipo,
realizando la protección del mismo a partir de las informaciones
recibidas del sensor PTC. Con electrónica digital que proporciona
un alto nivel de precisión e inmunidad a ruidos. Diseñado de
acuerdo a normas internacionales, el Relé RPW PTC constituye
una solución compacta y segura, en formato 22,5 para montaje en
guia DIN 35mm.
