Assembly manual for a TOWER series heater
on the basis of the Grand model

CAUTION !!! :
- Because material used to make wall may differ in each apartment,
the set does not contain any attachments or screws. To obtain advice
on the issue of selection of appropriate screws, contact the local
specialist store.

1. Place the box with lid facing upwards.
2. Remove bands using a sharp tool.

3. Remove the cover and protective material of the heater.
4. Tilt the package at 45˚

5. Remove screws attaching the heater to the package while simultaneously
holding the heater, so that it will not slide off inside the package (we
recommend help of another person because the heater weighs 90kg –BE
CAREFUL).
6. Take the heater out of the package

7. Fix the air vent.
8. Fix slings to the heater by using two socket screws M8x20 along with
pads.

9. Fix spacer screws while maintaining 40 mm of reach.
10. Drill montage openings in the wall. Use appropriate attachments
depending on the type of wall. Remember to maintain level.

11. Attach slings to the wall using the appropriate screws.

12. Acquire the appropriate valve and attach it (using PFTE tape).

13.Assemble the heater on the wall. We recommend that at least two people perform this
activity.

14.Tighten the screw to the valve. This operation is recommended for a
specialised installer.

15. OPTION. The Tower heater can be additionally equipped with
a bayonet electric heater with ½” thread. This operation is
recommended for a specialised installer.
MAINTENANCE
Due to hygienic reasons, heaters require a regular cleaning.
For this purpose use delicate and soft materials, which do not
create scratches. Cleaning activities should be carried out only
when the heater is cold.
In case of damaging the external coating (scratches or
permanent dirt), it is possible to repair the damage using the
attached repair kit.
