Important Safety Information
Read this section thoroughly before using the product.
Please ensure you observe the safety instructions to avoid accidents,
injury and damage.
Intended purpose
The Welcare PureAir Ultraviolet Air Purier with HEPA (H13) ltration removes
contaminants from the air in a room toimprove indoor air quality. Indoor air pollution
comes mainly from pollen, dust, harmful gasses including smoke, body odour, mold
spores, bacteria, viruses and other substances which can be a serious problem.
Clean, pure air is important to a person’s health and wellbeing.
This product is NOT a therapeutic device.
This product is NOT intended for use by persons (including children) with limited
physical, sensory or mental abilities or lacking experience and/or knowledge, unless
they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or have received and
understand the instructions/safety warnings for use of the product from this person
in advance.
Safety Warnings
• Keep the product and its components out of reach of children.
• Dispose of any plastic packaging. Keep away from babies and children to avoid
suffocation.
• DO NOT let children play with the product.
• Use only with the supplied AC adaptor.
Warnings
• DO NOT drop or put heavy objects on the product.
• DO NOT allow the product to come in to contact with any sharp objects, as this
could cause damage to the product.
• DO NOT allow the product to come in to contact with water, as this may cause
electric shock.
• DO NOT cover the AC adapter as it may cause re or electric shock.
• DO NOT expose to temperatures over 55˚C.
• DO NOT cover the Air Purier air inlet and outlet.
• Keep the Air Purier unobstructed.
• If the AC adapter is damaged, contact the manufacturer for replacement.
• Disconnect from the power source before cleaning.
• Clean the product with a damp soft cloth and mild detergent if required.
DO NOT use any harsh chemical cleaning agents. Dry with a soft cloth.

• DO NOT use liquids to clean Air Purier such as water, detergents, or ammable
solvents.
• DO NOT wash the HEPA (H13) lter with water, as it will lose the ltering function.
• The device is ONLY to be used with the supplied AC adapter.
• The UV-C LED is a delicate component of the device. Take care when cleaning to
avoid damage.
• Maintain responsible use of essential oils.

Before Using the Air Purier
• Carefully remove all packaging materials and keep the enclosed documents in a
safe place.
• Keep the packaging, product, and its components out of reach of children.
• Check the product is intact. DO NOT use if broken.
• Remove the protective lm from the screen.
• Ensure AC adaptor is fully inserted into the base.
• Plug the product into the power source.

Replacing the HEPA (H13) Filter
• Turn off the power button then disconnect the AC adaptor from the wall socket.
• Disconnect the main body from the AC adaptor.
• The replacement HEPA (H13) lter must be removed from the plastic bag.
• Remove the bottom cover by holding the bottom cover rotation handle then turn
the bottom cover anti-clockwise to unlock (gure 1).
• Remove the pre-lter.
• Remove the 3 screws with a screwdriver (gure 2)
(it is recommended the screwdriver handle be at least 10cm long with a magnetic tip).
• Remove the UV-C LED unit (gure 3).

Aromatherapy Function
• Remove the bottom cover.
(refer to gure 1, page 8)
• There are two sponges attached to the
inside of the bottom cover (as shown in
gure 5).
• Add several drops of your preferred
essential oil onto each of the sponges.
• Replace the bottom cover.
• When the Air Purier is operating, the
scent will slowly emit with the breeze.

• Place the HEPA (H13) lter with the tab facing
upwards.
• Install removed parts, including the 3 screws
• Replace the bottom cover and reconnect the AC
adaptor to the main body and wall socket.
• Press the lter replacement button for
approximately 5 seconds.

Using the Air Purier
Standby: Insert the AC adaptor into the port on the main body of the Air
Purier, then insert the plug into the wall socket. The buzzer will sound, and
all the indicators will light up. After three seconds, the Air Purier will be in
standby mode. The “power button” indicator lights up in RED. Please note:
no other icons will light up.
Power On/Off:
Tap the top power icon to switch the power on. Tap again to switch the power off.
The default fan speed is Mid, and the child lock will be off.
Fan Speed Function: Tap the fan speed adjustment icon to choose fan
speed - Mid High Sleep Low.
Sleep Mode: When the sleep function is activated, the power, fan speed and
sleep icons will illuminate at half brightness. All other icons will turn off.
Child Lock: Press the icon for three seconds to switch the child lock ON/OFF.
–If the icon light is continuous, the child lock function is turned OFF.
–If the icon light is ashing, the child lock function is turned ON.
Replace the Filter: When the lter has been used for approx. 6,000 hours,
the replacement lter indicator light will ash, and the buzzer will beep.
After replacing with a new lter, hold the lter reset icon for ve seconds until
the light fully illuminates and no longer ashes. At the same time, the buzzer
will stop sounding. This button can also be used to turn the air quality indicator
lights on and off (by pressing once).
Timer Function: Touch the timer icon, adjust the countdown shutdown time
1hr 2hr 4hr 8hr. The sequence will then loop.
Note: If no timer is set, the Air Purier will continuously operate until it is
manually switched off.
Cleaning and Maintenance
The pre-lter should be cleaned every 3 months to maintain optimum performance
• When cleaning, always turn off the power and disconnect from the power source.
• Clean the main body of the Air Purier with a damp soft cloth and mild detergent if
required. Dry with a soft cloth.
• DO NOT use any harsh chemical cleaning agents.
• Remove the pre-lter, use a vacuum cleaner to absorb the dust around the
circumference of the pre-lter.
• ONLY the pre-lter can be cleaned with water.
• The HEPA (H13) lter and UV-C LED light CANNOT be cleaned.
