WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
for
WELLBOX LPG®
This warranty (the “Warranty”) applies to all countries in
which the WELLBOX (the “Product”) is sold on the market by
LPG®Systems (“LPG®”) or an authorised retailer. LPG®gua-
rantees that, at the time of its original purchase, the Product
is free from all defects in materials, design or manufacture,
subject to the following provisions and conditions :
1.The Warranty is given to the end purchaser of the Product
(the “Customer”). It in no way affects the rights of the Cus-
tomer with regards to applicable mandatory provisions of
the national law, nor the rights of the Customer with regard
to the retailer/distributor of the Product in accordance with
their contract.
2. The Warranty is valid insofar as the Customer provides,
along with the Product, the original proof of purchase, na-
mely the invoice, bill, till receipt or warranty certificate is-
sued by an authorised retailer, together with a till receipt or
proof of payment by credit card if the purchase was made
on the Internet. The proof of purchase must show the date
of purchase, the exact name of the Product as well as, if ne-
cessary, the name of the authorised retailer and the serial
number. LPG®reserves the right to refuse to accept the War-
ranty in the event that the aforementioned documents can-
not be produced or the information that they are required to
contain is incomplete or illegible.
3.The Warranty is only valid for personal use of the Product.
It is not valid in the event of professional use or if the Pro-
duct has been rented for commercial use.
4. The Warranty Period is a maximum of 2 (TWO) YEARS
from the date the original Customer bought the Product
from LPG®or an authorised retailer (the “Warranty Period”),
without exceeding during this period of time 500 hours of
use, that is to say, 5000 sessions of 6 minutes. To control
the number of hours of use, switch off the device leaving
it connected and press simultaneously power , time
and start
stop during two seconds. Repeat the same operation to
switch off the display.
5. During the “Warranty Period”, LPG®will repair or replace
the defective Product free of charge, at its sole discretion
and while stocks are available. LPG®will return the repaired
Product or another Product in full working order to the Cus-
tomer. All parts or other equipment which has been exchan-
ged will become the property of LPG®.
6. The “Warranty Period” for a repaired or replaced Product
will neither be extended nor renewed.
7. The warranty applies to defects that arise in the use of the
Product in compliance with the Installation and User Guide.
It does not cover maintenance, repair or replacement of
parts which have become worn as a result of fair wear and tear
or ageing of the Product. Furthermore, the Warranty does not
apply when :
a. The defect was caused by the fact that the Product was
subjected to: use in contradiction with this Installation and
User Guide, rough handling, exposure to excessive mois-
ture, extreme thermal or environmental conditions, or rapid
change in such conditions, exposure to corrosion, oxida-
tion, unauthorized modifications or connections, unautho-
rized repairs or repairs performed by the customer him-
self, repairs performed with unauthorized spare parts,
misuse, improper power, noncompliance with the installation
instructions, incorrect installation, an accident, forces of na-
ture, contact with liquid, the action of chemical products, and
other acts that are reasonably beyond the control of LPG®;
b. LPG®or the authorised Product retailer have not been in-
formed of the defect by the Customer within thirty (30) days
following its occurrence during the “Warranty Period” ;
c. The Product has not been returned to LPG®or the autho-
rised Product retailer within sixty (60) days following occur-
rence of the defect during the “Warranty Period” ;
d. The Product serial number or any other identification num-
ber has been removed, erased, damaged, altered or is no lon-
ger legible ;
e. The defect has been caused by the Product being used with
an accessory which is not manufactured or supplied by LPG®.
8.The Customer undertakes to return the Product in its origi-
nal packaging. LPG®does not accept any liability in the event
of damage to the Product due to transportation in unsuitable
packaging. LPG®reserves the right to request the Customer to
pay a fixed charge for the cost of transporting the Product.
9. The Warranty is the Customer’s only recourse against
LPG®and LPG®’s only and exclusive liability towards the
Customer for Product defects. The Warranty replaces any
other warranty or liability, whether verbal, written, legal
(insofar as it is not mandatory), contractual, liability for ne-
gligence or other. LPG®is not liable for incidental, conse-
quential or indirect damages or costs. Any modification
to the Warranty requires the prior written agreement of
LPG®. The warranty is subject to French law, unless othe-
rwise provided for by the mandatory legal requirements of
the place of residence or registered office of the Customer.

Before any installation and use, it is greatly advised to read
instructions presented in this chapter.
DANGER : To reduce the risk of electric shock :
Important safety information
• Check that the voltage is consistent with the range indicated for the unit’s
power (100-240 VAC). It must be connected to a wall outlet in accordance with
your country's specific standards. Avoid connecting your Wellbox on multiple
socket outlets. After each use and before cleaning, unplug your Wellbox’s from
the outlet.
• Do not use the Wellbox while taking a bath or shower. Do not place the Wellbox
on a wet or unstable surface or near a bathtub, shower, or sink. Use the Wellbox
in a dry location. Avoid allowing any water to splash into your Wellbox. Do not
touch a device that has fallen into the water. Immediately disconnect the power.
Do not allow the hose to pass through water. Do not use the Wellbox outdoors.
• Do not drop or insert objects in the openings of the device. Do not allow any
solid object or liquid to be sucked into the Wellbox.
WARNING : To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric stock, or injury :
• Do not use the device under a blanket or similar item. Excessive heat can occur
and cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
• Never use the device if it has a damaged cable or plug, if it does not work
properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or if it has fallen into water. In
these cases, please contact LPG® Customer Service.
• Do not carry or move the device by its top cover, cables, or hose, or use it as a
handle for transport. Do not drop the Wellbox. Do not shake or strike the unit.
• Do not use the Wellbox without having first connected the hoses to the heads.
Keep cables and hoses far from sources of heat. Do not use the device when the
temperature of the room is above 40°C.
• Do not use the device after using aerosol (spray) products or when oxygen is
being administered.
• The device should not be left unattended while plugged in. To turn off the
device, press the on/off button and then disconnect the AC/DC power from the
outlet.
• Do not open or disassemble the device.

Contraindications
• Do not use the Wellbox if there are any contraindications or without having
carefully read this section and reviewed the precautions appearing in this
guide.
• If you have any concerns about the compatibility of your health and the use of
the Wellbox, consult your doctor.
• The Wellbox can be used on all healthy external parts of the body, with the
exception of the eyes, ears, glottis, and genitals. The Wellbox should not be
used on mucus membranes, nipples, the spinal column, or any suspicious moles
without medical advice.
• The Wellbox should not be used on a pregnant woman.
Do not use the Wellbox on individuals with :
• Epilepsy problems
• A blood clotting disorder
• Heart problems
• Pain or redness
• Tingling in the limbs
• Phlebitis, varicose veins, or who have undergone a procedure involving the
veins within the past two months
• Fever, infection, inflammation, acute dermatitis, open wounds, recent
scars, or any serious and/or progressive illness.
• For patients with a prolonged use of medications (anti-inflammatories,
anticoagulants, antibiotics, and antihistamines), please consult your
doctor before using this device.
• The Wellbox cannot be used on swollen areas or areas affected by rosacea.
Discontinue treatment if unexplained pain is experienced in the calves.
If side effects related to Wellbox treatments appear during or after use,
please consult your doctor and contact LPG® Customer Service.

Precautions
• Do not use the Wellbox on a child under the age of 7, and do not leave a child
under the age of 11 alone with the Wellbox. Consider reducing the intensity when
treating a child.
• Close supervision is required when the device is used by, on, or near children,
invalids or disabled persons.
• Using the Wellbox should never be painful or leave marks. Any redness should
not last longer than a few second or leave traces.
• Never use the Wellbox without its protective filter.
• Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this guide.
Use only the treatment heads and accessories provided by LPG®.
• Do not use detergents, solvents, chemicals, or abrasive sponges to clean the
Wellbox. Use the supplied wipes or wipes soaked in a bactericide and fungicide
solution.
• Never use the Wellbox on jewelry or piercings.
Regular use of Wellbox can help you feel better; it is advised to not take too long
of breaks in its use. Failure to follow the instructions and recommendations for
use may not provide the desired results. Do not use the Wellbox for longer than
the recommended time. If your symptoms persist, consult your doctor. Results
can vary according to age, lifestyle (sports activity, diet, etc.), and morphology.

Description
of the machine
The Wellbox is the first at home device developped by LPG®and
inspired by its experience in cell stimulation.
The machine’s body
holds the control panel, one Roll treatment head
and the con-
necting hose.
The top cover allows some storage space for a set of 4 different
treatment heads and closes the machine after use.

The control panel makes the Wellbox simple and easy to use. It is comprised of
a series of 8 buttons and an LCD screen showing the different parameters to
be adjusted before beginning a treatment session. Using the control buttons
you may:

In any event, do not exceed the maximum duration of 30 min).
During any new use, the device displays 6 minutes 06’00 by default.
On subsequent restarts, the values of the “Power” and “Select” parameters
are re-established.
When changing from the rhythmic program to the continuous program,
the power reduces automatically.
It remains unchanged when changing from continuous to rhythmic program.
Moreover, the symbols and displayed on the screen, indicate the
treatment head(s) compatible with your programmed treatment :

If not used for more than 5 minutes, the system automatically goes to “off”.

The Wellbox comes with five complete treatment heads. You are thus
guaranteed to have, at all times, the most suited solution for the treatment
required and for the body area to be treated.

Installation
Open the device by

To connect the hose to the machine, do as follows:
Insert the hose with the arrow (in relief)
upwards, as indicated in the photo.
Then, you may connect the treatment head of your choice to the hose:
Choose one of the heads and then connect it to the
hose by lining up the arrows on the head and hose.
Repeat this process whenever you want to change
the treatment head.
After use, the hose is easily stored by coiling it in
the designed area, as shown in the picture.
The connecting hose may be joined on either
side. To disconnect it, pull carefully. Never turn or
force the connecting hose.

Power supply
The Wellbox is supplied with a power supply box that contains:
It is prohibited and dangerous to disassemble the power supply or
use a power supply other than the one provided with the device.

If the adapter provided does not fit into your outlet, con-
sult an electrician to identify the proper solution.

Starting-up
Before using your Wellbox, we recommend reading the installation
instructions.
1. After connecting the power (see page 14), press the key to turn on the device.
The control panel lights up. Before starting the treatment and according to the in-
structions in this Installation and User Guide, you must select:
• The intensity (Power)
• The treatment continuous or rhythmic program (Select)
• The duration of treatment (Time)
When you use the machine for the first time, all parameters are set at the lowest
values:
- Minimum intensity at . Press on to increase
- Suction mode on Continuous . Press on to switch to rhythmic mode
/ / (low/medium/high).
- Time at 6’ 06’00 . Press or to select the required duration for treatment.
2. Select the head to use and then adjust the power settings, continuous or rhythmic
program, and duration by referring to the Instructional poster.
3. Press start
stop to start the treatment. If the Roll head is connected, the rollers are
moving forward when the treatment begins. A lit arrow indicates the head’s moving
direction. Press the trigger to reverse the direction. The lit arrow will also change
(see page 11).
4. You can interrupt the treatment at any time and resume when you want by
pressing start
stop .
5. To close your Wellbox after use:
- Connect the Roll head to the hose.
- Roll the hose into the tube designed for this purpose (two times around).
- Place the Roll head in the location next to the control panel. Store the other
heads in their location in the top lid.
Your Wellbox automatically turns off after five minutes of non-use.

Maintenance
It is important to clean your machine regularly, for hygienic
reasons, to keep it in good working order and guarantee the extent of
its useful life. Disconnect the machine before any cleansing operation.
Disconnect the power from the wall outlet.
Changing the protection lter
Your Wellbox contains a protective filter. It is recommended that this
filter be replaced monthly to ensure good working order of the unit.
To replace the filter:
1.
Remove the used filter by
detaching and discarding the cap.

Place on the new filter (only one
at a time) by folding the two pins
and placing the cap back on.

Unscrew the cap a quarter-turn to the left, as indicated in the photo,
and then pull it towards you.

To clean
the Roll heads :
1. Hold the head by the roller side.
Remove the rollers by pushing them out.
2. Remove the seal from treatment chamber.
3. Carefully clean the treatment chamber, the seal
and the rollers with a wipe.
4. Put the seal back in place.
5. Push the rollers back in until you hear a “click”.

To clean
the Roll head :
1. Holding the head in one hand, unclip the
protective parts from each of the rollers
and clean them using a wipe.
2. Remove the two seals by delicately
removing them from their groove and then
clean them carefully using a wipe.
3. Clean the treatment chamber and the rollers
with a wipe.
4. Clip the protective parts to the forked seals
and place both parts into the head. Apply slight
pressure to the grooves to put everything into

For reasons of hygiene, the treatment heads must be cleaned
regularly before and after every use, with the heads disconnected, using
the supplied wipes or wipes soaked with an antiseptic, bactericidal and
fungicidal solution.

maintenance
To clean the Lift heads :
1. Hold the Lift head or . Pick up the disassembly tool or , specific
for each head and insert it, on its tapered side, in the removable flap area until
you hear a “click”.
2. Pull the tool out; the flap will come out as well.
3. Dismount the flap from the tool and clean it carefully with a disposable
antiseptic wipe.
4. Hold the tool on its flat sides and mount the flap back on the tool.
5. Insert both in the treatment head until the bottom of the head is reached.
For reasons of hygiene, the treatment heads must be cleaned
regularly before and after every use, with the heads disconnected, using
the supplied wipes or wipes soaked with an antiseptic, bactericidal and
fungicidal solution.

What to do
if you have a problem ?
First make sure that you have clearly followed the instructions for
installation and use beforehand (see pages 5, 6 and 7).
If your machine is not functioning normally, before calling the LPG®
Customer Service, it is advised that you perform the following controls:
• Have the precautions for usage been followed?
• Is the machine plugged to the power supply?
• Does the attachment plug correspond to your country’s specic wall socket?
• Has the on/off button been pushed in?
• Has the Wellbox not been used for ve minutes?
• Is the display panel on?
• Is the lter clean and correctly mounted?
• Is the hose obstructed? Is it properly connected?
• Is the treatment head properly connected to the connecting hose?
• Are the treatment heads’ components (seals, rollers, aps) correctly
mounted, clean and moveable?
• Is the control button for the motorized Roll head easy to operate
without effort?
• For safety reasons, do not disassemble the power supply or the device.
Otherwise, the warranty will be voided.
After these controls have been completed and if the problem contin-
ues, please contact LPG®Customer Service or an authorized distribu-
tor, indicating the device’s serial number that appears on the barcode
label at the bottom of the device (ex. MM21 51571234) and its operating
time in hours (see page 4).

délivré par un revendeur autorisé accompagné du ticket de
caisse, preuve de paiement par carte de crédit si l’achat a eu
lieu par Internet. La preuve d’achat doit contenir la date de
l’achat, la désignation expresse du Produit ainsi que, le cas
échéant, le nom du revendeur autorisé et le numéro de série.
LPG®se réserve le droit de refuser la Garantie gratuitement
dans les cas où les documents mentionnés ci-dessus ne peu-
vent être présentés ou que les informations qu’ils doivent
contenir se révèlent incomplètes ou illisibles.
3.La Garantie n’est valable qu’en cas d’usage du Produit à
titre privé. Elle est exclue en cas d’usage professionnel ou si
le Produit a été loué à titre commercial.
4.La Période de Garantie est de 2 (DEUX) ANS maximum à
partir de la date à laquelle le premier Client a acheté le Pro-
duit auprès de LPG®ou d’un revendeur autorisé (la “Période
de Garantie”), sans pouvoir excéder dans cette période 500
heures d’utilisation, soit 5000 séances de 6 minutes. Pour
contrôler le nombre d’heures d’utilisation, éteignez l’appa-
reil en le laissant branché et appuyez simultanément pen-
dant 2 secondes sur Power , Time et start
stop . Refaîtes la
même opération pour éteindre l’écran.
5. Pendant la “Période de Garantie”, LPG®réparera ou rem-
placera gratuitement, à sa seule discrétion et dans la limite
des stocks disponibles, le Produit défectueux. LPG®resti-
tuera au Client le Produit réparé ou un autre Produit en bon
état de fonctionnement. Toutes les pièces ou autre matériel
qui auront été échangés deviendront la propriété de LPG®.
6.La “Période de Garantie” d’un Produit réparé ou remplacé
ne sera ni prolongée ni renouvelée.
7. La Garantie s’applique aux défauts apparus dans le cadre
d’une utilisation du Produit conforme au guide d’installation
et d’utilisation. Elle ne couvre pas l’entretien ni la répara-
tion ou le remplacement de pièces par suite d’usure nor
male ou de vieillissement du Produit. De plus, la Garantie ne
s’applique notamment pas lorsque :
a. Le défaut a été causé par le fait que le Produit a été sou-
mis : à une utilisation en contradiction avec ce guide d’instal-
lation etd’utilisation, à un traitement brusque, à une exposi-
tion à une trop forte humidité, à des conditions thermiques
ou d’environnement extrêmes ou à des changements rapides
de ces conditions, à une exposition à la corrosion, à l’oxyda-
tion, à des modifications ou des connections non autorisées,
à des réparations effectuées par des réparateurs non agréés
ou par le Client lui-même, à des réparations effectuées avec
des pièces de rechange non autorisées, à une mauvaise uti-
lisation, à un type d’alimentation électrique non adapté, au
non-respect des instructions de montage, à une installation
erronée, à un accident, à des forces de la nature, au contact
avec du liquide, à l’action de produits chimiques et à tous
autres actes raisonnablement hors du contrôle de LPG®;
b. LPG®ou le revendeur autorisé du Produit n’ont pas été
informés par le Client du défaut dans les trente (30) jours
suivant l’apparition du défaut pendant la “Période de
Garantie” ;
c. Le Produit n’a pas été rapporté à LPG®ou au revendeur
autorisé du Produit dans les soixante (60) jours suivant l’ap-
parition du défaut pendant la “Période de Garantie” ;
d.Le numéro de série du Produit ou tout autre numéro
d’identification ont été supprimés, effacés, abîmés, altérés
ou ne sont plus lisibles ;
e. Le défaut résulte du fait que le Produit a été utilisé avec
un accessoire qui n’est pas fabriqué ou fourni par LPG®.
8. Le Client s’engage à renvoyer le Produit dans son embal-
lage d’origine. LPG®n’assume aucune responsabilité en cas
de dommage du Produit dû à un transport dans un emballage
inapproprié. LPG®se réserve le droit de demander une par-
ticipation forfaitaire du Client aux frais d’envoi du Produit.
9.La Garantie constitue le seul et unique recours du Client
contre LPG®et la seule et exclusive responsabilité de LPG®
à l’égard du Client pour les défauts du Produit. La Garantie
remplace toute autre garantie ou responsabilité, qu’elle soit
orale, écrite, légale (dans la mesure où elle n’est pas impé-
rative), contractuelle, quasi-délictuelle ou autre. LPG®n’est
pas responsable de dommages ou frais incidents, consécu-
tifs ou indirects. Toute modification de la Garantie requiert
l’accord préalable écrit de LPG®. La Garantie est soumise au
droit français, sous réserve et dans la mesure où d’éventuel-
les normes impératives du droit du domicile ou du siège du
Client n’en disposent pas autrement.
