The beauty mirror IMPERIAL with additional functions is only intended for stationary
use in closed rooms�
Any other use of the device or software or use beyond that stated is deemed to be
improper use and is therefore explicitly not allowed
Notes:
Keep this product and its accessories away from children. This product is not a toy!
Only suitable for private use.

Safety instructions and warnings (personal protection)
Work on the electrical components of the device may only be performed by an
electrician in accordance with the electrotechnical regulations�
If a main connector or a multiple socket is used as a disconnecting device, please make
sure that the disconnecting device remains ready for operation.
Assembly, wall-mounted mirror
CAUTION!
In the case of tiles, drilling should take place in the grouting� Check and consider the
routing of electrical cables and water pipes before drilling. Drill with properly earthed
equipment to avoid an electric shock as a result of concealed cables�
Safety instructions and warnings (property protection)
Ensure that the device is standing on a rm, safe and horizontal subsurface and is
secured against falling�
Ensure that the device is well ventilated. The device may not stand in the vicinity of
heat sources or be covered by any objects. Protect it against direct sunlight.
The device may only stand in dry rooms.
Make sure that no uid can enter into the product. If this should be the case, pull the
plug out of the socket to disconnect it from the power supply, secure it against being
switched on again and inform the WENKO customer service�
Only operate the device within the permissible limits, see Technical Data.
Never open the device, as this will void the guarantee�
CAUTION!
Please keep these operating instructions, as they contain important
information.

Scope of delivery

Product description
This product is a beauty mirror with a 3-fold magnifying effect and illumination. It
supports Bluetooth, USB-Flash-Disk for stereo music playback and FM radio. Further
functions are accepting calls, talking using a hands-free kit, the application of digital
signal processing technology with echo avoidance and noise reduction function. The
device is suitable for use in ofces and private homes, and can be connected to other
devices and mobile phones supporting the Bluetooth function� It can therefore be used
as a high-quality hands-free unit or as a playback device for music from other devices
and mobile phones�

End call�
When you hang up or do not accept a call, the device
automatically changes back into Bluetooth mode
within 2 seconds�
USB mode Activate Play/Pause, briey press the button�
FM mode Activate Play/Pause, briey press the button�
Activate automatic search, keep the button pressed�
When rst switching on in radio mode, the device searches
for the locally available radio stations and stores them
automatically.
Bluetooth mode Activate Play/Pause, briey press the button�
➎Softer button
Reduce volume, keep the button pressed until the desired volume is reached�

➏Louder button
Increase volume, keep the button pressed until the desired volume is reached�
➐and ➒Light sensor
The light is automatically switched on when the distance between you and the mirror
is smaller than 20 cm. When you move away from the mirror, the light switches off
after 6 seconds�
➑Blue LED
The blue LED ashes when the device is in coupling mode.
It automatically searches for available Bluetooth devices within its range. As soon as
the coupling with a Bluetooth device was successful, the light stays on. If coupling was
not successful after 10 minutes, the blue light stops ashing.
Keep the button pressed to re-start the search for Bluetooth devices�

Operating elements on the rear side
➊Reset button
In some cases, a complete reset of all pre-settings may be the only correct way of
solving a problem�
However, a reset should only be initiated after all normal troubleshooting steps have
failed�
The device is reset to the factory settings and you can set it up anew.
➋USB socket
Memory stick For the insertion of a memory stick to play audio les.
Charge function If the device is connected to the power supply by means of an
adapter, it can act as a telephone charging device via this USB
socket�
➌DC connection
DC 9 V power supply for connection to the enclosed external adapter.
Always use only the enclosed power supply unit to charge the battery!
➍ Microphone
The microphone is situated in the bottom edge of the mirror frame and enables
hands-free communication� The optimum range is 1 metre�

Before rst use!
Power supply
The mirror is equipped with an internal rechargeable battery.
The output is 7�4 V, 1,800 mAh�
Standard DC power output with AC adapter. Please always leave the mirror connected
to the power supply for regular daily use.
Please observe that the mirror is switched off in the event of a power failure� To avoid
this, please connect it to the power supply in due time.
Note:
You should fully charge the battery once a month to prolong its service life. When
empty, the battery must charge for at least 10 minutes before it returns to its normal
status�

Functions/Operation
Switching on and off
• Press the button to switch the device on and call clock mode�
• Press the button for switching off until "OFF“ appears on the display.
Select mode
• Briey press the button to switch the device on�
The time is displayed
• Briey press the button again to change the mode�
• The device is in USB mode�
• Briey press the button again�
The order of modes is: Switch on – clock – USB – Bluetooth – FM radio …
Coupling to a Bluetooth device
There are 2 ways of coupling the device to a Bluetooth device. If the device is in
Bluetooth mode for the rst time, the blue symbol in the LED display ashes and
indicates that it is ready for coupling.
The blue symbol in the LED display is switched off in Bluetooth status.
• Keep the button pressed for 2 seconds until you hear a beep
• Wait until WENKO MUSICMIRROR is displayed on the device.
• Connect the Bluetooth device to the mirror�
The blue lamp immediately stops ashing and lights up constantly to indicate that
coupling was successful. You can now use your music mirror.
Instructions for operation
Activate the Bluetooth function on your device and follow the coupling instructions.
Bluetooth devices have a maximum range of 10 m. For the optimum quality of the calls
hands-free facility, you should keep a maximum distance of 1 m.
When you switch your mirror on, it will attempt to automatically connect to the last
connected device�
If more than one device has been successfully coupled, it will automatically connect to
the last connected device�
If more than 8 devices are coupled to the mirror, the oldest device in the memory will
be automatically deleted.
For calls in another status (MP3, FM) the device automatically changes over to
Bluetooth mode within 2 seconds�
When you hang up or do not accept a call, the device automatically changes back into
the previous mode within 2 seconds�

Accepting calls
You receive an incoming call while you are listening to music.
• Press the button to accept the call�
• To hang up in hands-free status, press the button again�
Music or radio will be automatically re-activated.
• Keep the button pressed for 2 seconds to reject the call�
The ring tones are not the same as in a telephone with an Android system.
Setting the clock with a 24-hour display
• Press the button to switch the device on�
You are now in clock mode�
• Now press the button�
The hour digit starts to ash.
• Select the digit using the or the button�
• Press the button when you have nished.
• Repeat the procedure to set the minutes�
• Press the button again to conrm the selected time.
Switching on the radio
• Press the button to switch the device on�
• Press the button again to change to FM mode�
The "FM“ symbol ashes on the display.
Automatic search for radio stations
• Press and hold the button to search for the stations between 87�5 and 108�0�
Once a station has been found, the device will stop playing the current channel.
The found station is stored and the rst station will automatically be played.
Selecting stored stations
• In FM status, use the or button to navigate to the pre-set stations�
• To automatically search for the next radio station,
keep the or button pressed�

Troubleshooting
Fault Possible cause
Fault when setting up the
Bluetooth connection�
The mirror could still be connected to another Bluetooth device�
Please ensure that the other device is disconnected before setting up a
connection to another device� Once this has been done, coupling can take
place normally. If the connection can still not be established, re-start your
telephone or Bluetooth device�
The blue LED is not lit up� If the mirror has not been used for a long time, it may have changed over to
standby. In order to reactivate your mirror, keep the button pressed for a
few seconds until the device switches on�
Poor sound when playing
Bluetooth�
1. After mobile devices have been used with the Bluetooth system, the volume
of the Bluetooth system has not been reset to standard level.
The volume of the mobile device must be set to loud�
2� The output volume of the Bluetooth device itself is low�
The range of the Bluetooth
connection is lower than
normal�
Make sure that there are no obstacles between the Bluetooth device and
the mirror�
I hear static noises and the
music on my mobile device
is stopped�
1. There may be obstacles between your Bluetooth device and the mirror.
Remove all obstacles�
2. The mobile device is too far away from the mirror.
Reduce the distance for optimum performance�
There is no sound from the
mirror when a Bluetooth
connection has been set up�
The volume of the mobile device is set to soft� Increase the volume�
The volume of the mirror is set to very soft.
Adapt the volume using the „ “ button�
The connection of several
mobile phones and other
Bluetooth devices is not
possible�
Only one connection to a Bluetooth device can be established at a time.
You must rst disconnect the currently coupled device before connecting the
next one�
Radio reception is poor� Adjust the antenna�

Cleaning
Do not use any sandy abrasive agents or scrub sponges for cleaning.
Caution! Do not immerse the mirror in water. Risk of electric shock!
Disposal instructions
Particular statutory requirements apply for electrical appliances, batteries and
rechargeable batteries. Electrical appliances may not be disposed of with normal
household waste. They must be disposed of via the collection points of the communal
waste disposal. This also applies to our devices, which you must please dispose of at
the public/communal collection points�
Each consumer is legally obliged to submit all batteries, rechargeable batteries,
and electrical appliances to a collection point of a commune or district, or to a
dealer, whether they contain pollutants or not, so that they can be disposed of in an
environmentally friendly manner. Please only submit empty batteries and rechargeable
batteries
Old batteries and rechargeable batteries can be disposed of free of charge at the
public collection points of the communes and everywhere, where batteries and
rechargeable batteries of this type are sold. Batteries containing pollutants are marked
with the symbol of a crossed out rubbish bin.
