ELECTRICAL CONNECTION AE01-AE02
oCheck whether the voltage indicated on the nameplate of the actuator
corresponds to the voltage of the mains.
oDismantle both connection plugs of the actuator.
oRemove the plug inserts from the housings of both connection plugs.
oInsert the connection cables of your control unit into the respective connection plugs accordingly:
Large plug = power supply
Small plug = feedback 24V DC
oPush the plug inserts into the respective housings of the connection plugs.
Please observe the installation positions.
Important!
The actuator is equipped with simple potential-free feedback contacts as standard, which are
suitable for a maximum load of 230V AC and 3A, or 24V DC and 5A.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION AE03
oCheck that the voltage indicated on the nameplate of the actuator corresponds
to the voltage of the mains.
oConnect the wires of the connecting cables according to the above diagrams.
Important!
oThe actuator is equipped as standard with simple potential-free feedback
contacts, which are suitable for a maximum load of or 24V AC and 5A.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR ELECTRICAL CONNECTION WORK
oThe power supply must be disconnected before any intervention on the electric actuator.
oAny intervention must be carried out only by a qualified electrician or by
personnel trained according to the rules of electrical engineering, safety and all
other applicable standards.
oIt is essential to follow the sequence of instructions for connection and
commissioning described in these instructions, otherwise proper functioning
cannot be guaranteed.
oCheck the data on the nameplate of the actuator, they must correspond to the power supply.
oThe product must be protected by a device to interrupt the circuit (device protection fuse), which
must be adapted to its power and easily accessible.
oPlease install an additional residual current device (RCD) to operate the actuator.
oDo not connect several actuators together in series or parallel!
oGrounding is mandatory according to the applicable standard for over 42V.
