Enamelled hotpot barbecue set with a removable 15 litre pot and fry
pan. The kiln is fired from below, the smoke stack works as a flue.

enthält wichtige Hinweise zur Inbetriebnahme und Handhabung.
Bitte legen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung dem Produkt bei, wenn
Sie es an Dritte weitergeben!
Lassen Sie Verpackungsmaterial nicht achtlos herumliegen.
Plastiktüten etc. können zu einem gefährlichen Spielzeug für
Kinder werden.
Das Eintopfofenset ist kein Spielzeug. Halten Sie es von Kindern
fern.
Personen mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen oder
geistigen Fähigkeiten dürfen das Gerät nicht benutzen, es sei
denn, sie werden durch eine Betreuerin/einen Betreuer
beaufsichtigt und unterwiesen.
Verwenden Sie keinen Spiritus, kein Benzin oder vergleichbare
Flüssigkeiten zum Anzünden oder Wiederanzünden.
Tragen Sie beim Kochen immer entsprechende Grillhandschuhe
und benutzen Sie eine Grillzange, um Ihre Hände zu schützen.
Transportieren und bewegen Sie den Ofen nicht im heißen
Zustand.
Lassen Sie den heißen Ofen nie unbeaufsichtigt, halten Sie
Kinder und Haustiere vom heißen Grill fern.
Lassen Sie den Ofen vor dem Reinigen völlig abkühlen.
Das Gerät muss während des Betriebes sicher und stabil auf
festem Untergrund stehen.
Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht in geschlossenen Räumen oder
auf überdachten Flächen.
Verwenden Sie nur geeignete, ungefährliche Anzündmittel.
Zerlegen Sie das Gerät nicht und unternehmen Sie keine
Reparaturversuche. Das Gerät enthält keine durch Sie
auswechselbaren oder zu reparierenden Teile. Wenden Sie sich
bei Problemen an unseren Kundenservice.

The hotpot barbecue set is not a toy. Keep it away from
children.
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are
not allowed to use the unit, unless they are supervised and
briefed for their safety by a qualified person.
Do not use petrol, methylated spirits or paraffin to light or
relight the barbecue set.
When cooking use an oven glove or long handled barbecue
tools to protect your hands.
Do not move the device when it is hot.
Do not leave the device unattended. Keep children and pets
away from it.
It is important to let the device cool down before cleaning it.
Place the device in a safe, solid and clear area when using it.
Do not use the device indoors or in areas that are roof covered.
Only use proprietary lighting aids.
Do not disassemble the unit or attempt to repair it yourself. It
does not contain parts serviceable by you. In the case of
questions or problems, turn to our customer support.

Zusammenbau
Montagevorbereitung
Lesen Sie bitte die Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig durch und
befolgen Sie die Sicherheitshinweise.
Nehmen Sie sich ausreichend Zeit für den Zusammenbau.
Schaffen Sie vor der Montage eine ebene, freie Arbeitsfläche von
etwa zwei bis drei Quadratmetern.
Verbinden Sie alle Teile zunächst nur handfest miteinander.
Ziehen Sie erst nach Beendigung der Montage alle
Schraubverbindungen fest an, um unerwünschte Spannungen zu
vermeiden.
Überprüfen Sie alle Einzelteile anhand der Liste und der
Übersichtszeichnung auf Vollständigkeit.
Legen Sie alle Einzelteile und folgendes Werkzeug zur Montage
bereit:
Zwei Ring- oder Maulschlüssel (7 mm + 8 mm)
Einen geeigneten Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher
Inhalt des Schraubenbeutels:
5 Stück M4 x 8 mm, 4 Stück M5 x 12 mm,
10 Stück M5 x 10 mm, 2 Stück M6 x 12 mm
2 Stück Ø 4 x 12 mm, 1 Stück Ø 3,5 x 12 mm
5 Stück M4, 14 Stück M5, 2 Stück M6
6 Stück Ø 6 mm

Zusammenbau
Zusammenbau
1. Drehen Sie den Kessel (4) um und schrauben Sie die
Stativbeine (11) mit Schrauben, Muttern und Unterlegscheiben
am Kessel (4) fest.
2. Montieren Sie das Scharnier (10) am Kessel (4).
3. Befestigen Sie den Verschlussbügel (8) an der Tür (7).
4. Montieren Sie den Halter für den Verschlussbügel (9) am Kessel
(4).
5. Befestigen Sie die Tür (7) mit dem Bolzen (6) am Scharnier (10).
Schieben Sie den Splint am Ende des Bolzens (6) durch das
Loch, um den Bolzen festzusetzen.
6. Montieren Sie die Griffe (5) an der Seite des Kessels (4).
7. Befestigen Sie das Verbindungsrohr (16) mit Schrauben, Muttern
und Unterlegscheiben am hinteren Teil des Kessels (4).
8. Setzen Sie den Schornstein (15) auf des Verbindungsrohr (16)
und montieren Sie das Dach (14) auf das Ende des Schorn-
steins (15).
9. Montieren Sie den Holzgriff (13) mit der Holzschraube am
Ascheauffangkasten (12).
10.Schieben Sie den Ascheauffangkasten (12) in die entsprechend
vorgesehene Halterung am Boden.
11.Setzen Sie abschließend das Kohlerost (3) und den Topf (2)
bzw. die Bratpfanne (17) in den Kessel (4) ein.

Benutzung
Hinweise zum Anzünden
Verwenden Sie als Brennmittel nur Qualitätserzeugnisse
(Holzkohle, Briketts und Anzündflüssigkeit).
Schichten Sie die Holzkohle bzw. Briketts auf dem Kohlerost
pyramidenförmig auf.
Übergießen Sie die Pyramide vorsichtig und gleichmäßig mit
etwas Anzündflüssigkeit.
Zünden Sie die Pyramide nach ca. 60 Sekunden mit einem
Streichholz an.
Nach ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten zeigt sich weiße Asche auf dem
Brenngut. Der optimale Glutzustand ist erreicht.
Verteilen Sie das Brenngut gleichmäßig im Brennstoffbehälter.
Heizen Sie das Gerät vor Erstgebrauch ca. 30 Minuten auf.
Reinigung und Lagerung
Reinigen Sie den emaillierten Topf bzw. die Pfanne nach dem
Gebrauch mit reichlich Wasser und herkömmlichem Spülmittel.
Entfernen Sie die Asche aus dem Ascheauffangkasten (12) wenn
sich das Eintopfofenset abgekühlt hat.
Reinigen Sie das Gehäuse des Eintopofens nur in abgekühltem
Zustand.

Preparation
Carefully read the assembly instructions and the safety notes.
Take adequate time for assembling the device.
Find a free area of approx. two to three square metres for
assembling the device.
First assemble all parts only hand-tight. When all parts have
been successfully assembled, tighten all nuts and bolts securely
to avoid unwanted tension.
Check all items according to the overview and drawing for
completeness.
Keep all necessary tools and parts at hand:
Two spanners (7 mm + 8 mm)
One suitable cross tip screwdriver

Assembly
1. Turn the boiler (4) around and use screws, nuts and washers to
attach the tripod legs (11) to the boiler (4).
2. Assemble the hinge (10) to the boiler (4).
3. Mount the clamp (8) to the door (7).
4. Assemble the holder for the fastening clamp (9) with screws,
nuts and washers to the boiler (4).
5. Use the bolts (6) to mount the door (7) to the hinge (10). Slide
the pin located at the end of the bolt (6) through the hole to fix
the bolt.
6. Attach the handles (5) with screws, nuts and washers at the side
of the boiler (4).
7. Attach the connection pipe (16) to the rear of the boiler (4).
8. Slide the smoke stack (15) onto the connection pipe (16) and
add the roof (14) to the end of the smoke stack (15).
9. Attach the wooden handle (13) to the tray of the ash catcher (12)
using the wood screw.
10.Slide the ash catcher tray (12) into the appropriate opening on
the bottom.
11.Finally place the coal rack (3) and the pot (2) resp. the fry pan
(17) into the boiler (4).

Using
Hints for Igniting
For igniting and operating the BBQ set, only use quality products
(charcoal, briquettes and BBQ charcoal lighters).
Staple the charcoal or the briquettes in a pyramid-shape on the
coal rack.
Carefully and evenly pour some BBQ charcoal lighting fluid over
this pyramid.
Wait for approx. 60 seconds, then use a match to ignite the
pyramid.
Approx. 15 to 20 minutes later white ash shows on the burning
material. An optimal condition of the embers has been reached.
Distribute the burning material evenly in the boiler.
Before the first use it is advisable to heat the device for approx.
30 minutes.
Cleaning and Storing
Thoroughly clean the enamel pot resp. the fry pan after use with
water and conventional detergents.
Remove the ashes from the ash catcher (12) when the device
has cooled down.
Do not clean the housing when it is still hot.
