Description
Provides support for your lower back and eliminates knee
strain. 1” tubular steel framework resists rust. The 2-1/2”
diameter track wheels swivel easily, while providing excel-
lent stability.
Unpacking
After unpacking unit, inspect carefully for any damage that
may have occurred during transit. Check for loose, missing,
or damaged parts. Shipping damage claim should be filed
with carrier.
Assemble:
Step 1: Use the bolt(A), spring washer(B), flat washer(C) and nut(D) to connect the 2 tubes(3) with connection plate(2).
Step 2: Put the connected tubes(2) with spring washer(B) and flat washer(C) on the base (4) then use the special
wrench(included) to attach 4 casters(5).
Step 3: Put the pad(1) on the top of the tubes and attach it with 4 bolts(A).
Disassemble: Follow in opposite sequent instructions.
Wear safety glasses and gloves.

MAKE CERTAIN THE SEAT IS HELD SECURE WITHIN YOUR WORK AREA

Descripción
Proporciona soporte para espalda inferior y eliminar tensión
a rodilla. Marco de acero de 1” tubular resistir a corrosión, la
rastro rueda de 2-1/2” diámetro gira fácil cuando proporcio-
nar estabilidad excelente.
Desempacado
Después desempacarla, inspecciona cuidadosamente para
cualquiera daña que se le ocurrió durante transito. Revisa
de partes dañado, libertado o perdido. Reclamación de
daño transporte debe documentar al transportador.
Ensamblar:
Paso 1: usar el perno(A), arandela de resorte(B), arandela plana (C), y tuerca (D) para conectar los dos tubos
(3) con placa de conexión.
Paso 2: se pone los tubos(2) conectados con arandela de resorte(B) y arandela de plana(C) sobre el base (4) y
después usar el especial llave(incluido) para fijar a las 4 ruedas (5).
Paso 3: pone la almohada(1) sobre los tubos y fijarla con 4 pernos (A).
Desempacado: sigue la instrucción en secuencia contraria.
Lleva las gafas de seguridad y guantes.

CRUJIDOS ETC. QUE PUEDE CAUSAR RODAR
HAZ EL ASIENTO QUE FIJA SEGURO DENTRO DE SU ÁREA DE TRABAJO.
REVISA PERIÓDICAMENTE LA SILLA POR ALGUNO PROBLEMA MECÁNICO
Y LO CORREGE ANTE USAR.

Description
Soutien le bas de votre dos tout en ménageant les articulations
des genoux. Cadre en acier tubulaire de 1” (2,5cm) antirouille.
Les roulettes d’un diamètre de 2-1/2” (6,25cm) de diamètre
pivotent aisément tout en offrant une excellente stabilité.
Déballage
Après avoir déballé le produit, inspectez-le soigneusement
pour vérifier si un quelconque dommage est survenu durant le
transport. Recherchez des pièces desserrées, manquantes ou
endommagées. Si un dommage est constaté, une réclamation
doit être notifiée au transporteur.
Montage :
Etape 1 : utilisez le boulon (A), la rondelle élastique (B), la rondelle plate (C) et l’écrou (D) pour fixer les 2 tubes (3) à
la plaque de connexion (2).
Etape 2 : installez les tubes (2) avec la rondelle élastique (B) et la rondelle plate (C) sur la base (4), puis utilisez la clé
spéciale (fournie) pour fixer les 4 roulettes (5).
Etape 3 : placez le coussin (1) sur les tubes et fixez-le à l’aide des 4 boulons (A).
Démontage : répétez les étapes ci-dessous dans le sens inverse.
Portez des lunettes et des gants de protection.
