2.1 Description of Washer

3. Display type
Illuminated: the relevant display is constantly active at the top brightness.
Semi-illuminated: the relevant display is always active at 50% brightness.
Off: the relevant display is inactive.
Blinking: the relevant display flashes at 0.5s on & 0.5s off alternatively.
4. Special Functions
4.1 Automatic power-off
If the power is on and no any button operation within 10 min, the power will be turned off. During running, halting and
alarming, the automatic power-off function is off.
4.2 Automatic water level monitoring
The washing machine can automatically monitor the water level in standby status:
1) When the water level exceeds the overflow level (9 #), the drain valve is automatically opened until the water level is
below the water drainage level (2 #). EA2 alarm will be activated for 4 consecutive times, while all loads except the drainage
valve will be shut off;
2) When the water level is lower than the drainage water level (2 #), cut off all outputs and sound the alarm;
3) When the water level is higher than 80 mmWc, the heating pipes are allowed to operate. When the water level is lower
than 50 mmWc, the heating pipes will be forcibly turned off.
4.3 Cancellation of the finish beep
1. If set, the operation ends without beep sound.
2. Turn on the power. Press and hold "Start / Pause" key for 3 s. The 3 # beep sound prompts that the setting is completed. Repeat the
above operation to cancel it, and 2 # beep sound prompts that the cancellation is completed.
3. The function can be set or canceled when the washing machine is set or under running.
4.4 Midway clothes adding
① During the washing process, you can press "Start / Pause" button to activate the Midway Clothes Addition function.
② After the program is started, press "Start / Pause" button to halt the current running process. Simultaneously, the machine
detects whether the water temperature and water level meet the condition to unlock the door. If yes, “88:88” will display as
"add" and the door lock will release(the operator adding clothes is available). If the temperature inside drum is too high (>
50 degrees) or the water level is too high (> 105 mmWc), and the door lock icon is illuminated, door locked.
③ The water level for Midway Clothes Addiing unlocking is 105 mmWc, with locking level 120 mmWc.
④ When the water level inside the drum exceeds the locking level, the door lock is applied.
4.5 Child-proof Lock
1. After the child-proof lock is set, the washing machine door is in a locked state both during running or pause, and all the
buttons except the power button are not responding. If there is a button operation, the child-proof lock icon flashes 0.2 s on

& 0.2 s off alternatively. When the program ends, the child lock is released, the door unlocked, all the load being off;
2. Child-proof lock takes in effect when the program starts, and the power turns off when the child-proof lock is set. Resetting
the child-proof lock is required to re-enter the set state.
3. Child lock setting method: In the setting or running state, press and hold the "Temperature" button for 3 seconds. Buzzer
sound will prompt that setting is completed. Cancel it by pressing the "Temperature" button for 3 s. Beep sound prompts that
the cancellation is completed..
4.6 Reservation
1. The Reservation function is used to set the duration from the beginning of the appointment to the end of the program.
Except the drying program, all programs can be scheduled.
2. Reservation end time: Based on the set "Reservation Time" and "Program Estimated Operating Time", the washing start
and end time are determined. If "Reservation Set Time" is equal to or less than "Estimated Operating Time +10 minutes", the
program will run directly after started, with the reservation process skipped quickly. If "Reservation Set Time” is greater than
"Estimated Operating Time + 10 Minutes", the Reservation Time will start running when "Estimated Operating Time +10
Minutes” remains, so as to keep the entire program completed in advance 10 minutes approximately.
3. Reservation Setting:
Press "Reservation" button. The beep sounds to indicate it, and the reservation indicator light is illuminated. It is available to
set the remaining time "0 ~ 24 H-0", with interval 1 H.
Under the washing machine setting state, the first press of "Reservation” button will display that the initial reservation time
is greater than the current total time. Take the second press of “Reservation” button to setup the reservation time.
After setting and adjusting other functions, press the reservation button again to display the last set reservation time, and
press the reservation button once again to adjust the reservation time.
Note: For Radiant series, the minimum set time for reservation must be greater than the program estimated operating time.
4. Reservation cancellation:
(1) Press "Reservation" button repeatedly to select the reservation time 0H, or press and hold the "Reservation" button for 3
S (on occasion that the reservation button is long pressed but no other function appointed). The beep sounds to indicate and
the reservation indicator light turns off. Reservation is deactivated.
(2) After setting the reservation time, if other function buttons or setting buttons are pressed and the parameters are adjusted
so that the total program time is greater than the reservation set time, the reservation time will be invalid, the reservation
canceled.
(3) Press the program button and the reservation function will be canceled. It is available to reset the reservation remaining
time if required,.
(4) Under the reservation operating state, the reservation mode will exit if the power is turned off.
5. Reservation effectiveness: as the program is started, the reservation function takes effect. After 1 minute, enter the
reservation display mode. Other indicator lights are turned off, and only "Reservation" indicator light flashes and the
Reservation Remaining Time is illuminated.
6. Reservation control:
After the reservation function takes effect, the door lock is applied. Except for the "Power" button, the other buttons will not
respond to the function setting. If any other button operation, only the wake-up displays 5 S.
When the reservation starts, if the door is not closed or the door lock can not be applied, the fault will sound alarms and stop
the machine. Press "Start / Pause" button to deactivate the alarm and start running, or press the "Power” button to end the
program.
7. Reservation memory function: Reservation setting doesn’t memory.
4.7 Soak
It is the dynamic warm water soaking, the same water flow as in the washing process. Optional soaking time is between 10-
20-30-0 minutes. Before washing of the Soak & Wash program, 20-min dynamic soaking time is added.
Dynamic soaking timing: 2 min running + 3 min stationary cycle, soaking water temperature constant, one time heated to 30
degrees. Soaking temperature has no display, relatively separated with the wash heating temperature.
4.8 Child safety
1. In any state of the washing machine, press the "Start / Pause" button and enter the program running state, after the door is
locked, it firstly enters the child safety process. The inner drum rotates by 50 ° at 30 rpm, and then the motor stops, the door
lock opened for 5 s. Then it is locked again, and operate as per set process.
2. Children safety function increases the program time by 1 min.
4.10 Memory function
1. If it uses the Mix, Cotton & Linen, or Quick Wash program this time, the machine will memory the program this time used
for next time. If other programs are used this time, the Mix program will be the default when you turn on the washing machine
next time.
2. The Memory Function only memorizes program, no parameters.
4.9 Power saving mode
Under the Power-saving mode, only the screen turns off, and button functions locked.

Touch any button under the Power Saving mode to exit the mode. The screen lights up, and the button functions are restored.
The Power Saving mode will be activated after 10 s.
It is a default function.
VI. Service Testing Program
6.1 Test for LED and buttons
PCB test mode：
Press the "Power (SW1)" button to turn it on.，Under the no-drum cleaning procedure, press and hold the "Wash with
your heart" key and press the "Start (SW2)" key for three times to enter the PCB substrate inspection mode. The following
information is displayed:

During the test, the first digit in the LCD shows the serial number. Motor rotates forward / reverse in the inspection process.
When the test is finished, the LCD shows "End"
If any fault is detected, LCD will display the fault code. After the detection process, turn off the power.
Note: the heat-drying tube, drying fan, dehumidification inflow are only subject to models with the drying function.
6.3 Factory test mode
Turn on the power, press and hold the "Program (SW8)" key and press the "Start/pause
(SW2)" key for three times under the mixed washing procedure, then the buzzer will prompt
to enter the factory inspection mode.

VII. Abnormality Alarms / Abnormality Indications
7.1 Abnormal water inflow
When the water inflows, if the water pressure is detected too low for 4 min, or the water level does not reach the preset
within 20 min, it will enter the Water Inflow Fault Alarm mode. "E11" will be displayed. The buzzer will sound 0.05 s ON -
0.05 OFF for 6 times. Except for the Start / Pause button and the Power switch button, all the buttons are locked. Save the
operating parameters before fault. Press the Start button to clear and continue the previous state.
7.2 Abnormal drainage
If the drainage time exceeds 8 min and the reset water level has not been reached (2 # water level), it will enter the Abnormal
Drainage Fault Alarm mode. Shows "E12” . At the same time, the buzzer beeps for 6 seconds with 0.05 s ON & 0.05 s
OFF. All the buttons except the power button are locked. Save the operating parameters before fault. Press the Start button
to clear and continue the previous state.
7.3 High current lock
In the final spinning, when detecting high current, perform a defoaming treatment firstly. If still detecting several consecutive
over-current, it will enter the Spinning Load Abnormality Fault alarm mode, displaying "E901". Meanwhile, the buzzer beeps
6 times in 0.05 second ON-0.05 OFF. Except for the Start / Pause button and the Power switch button, all the buttons are
locked. Save the operating parameters before fault. Press the Start button to clear and continue the previous state.
7.4 Abnormal door lock
If the locking or unlocking fails for three consecutive times, it will enter the Door Lock Abnormality Fault alarm mode. "U4"
will be displayed. Meanwhile, the buzzer beeps 6 times in 0.05 second ON-0.05 second OFF. Except for the Start / Pause
button and the Power switch button, all the buttons are locked. Save the operating parameters before fault. Press the Start
button to clear and continue the previous state.
7.5 Water level sensor abnormality
When the detected water level frequency is greater than 81.92 kHz or less than 16.384 kHz, it indicates the water level sensor
is open-circuited. It will enter the Water Level Sensor Abnormality Fault alarm mode. Meanwhile the buzzer beeps 6 times
with 0.05 s OFF-0.05 s OFF.
7.6 Water heating pipe abnormality
When the heating tube is turned on, or the heating tube temperature rise is not more than 2 ℃ after operating for 4 minutes,
or the tube operating signal can not be detected for 4 consecutive seconds, it indicates the water heating tube relay is
faulty or the water heating tube harness is faulty. It will enter Water Heating Tube Working Abnormal Failure alarm mode.
"E7C" is displayed. Meanwhile the buzzer sounds 6 times in 0.05 seconds ON-0.05 seconds OFF.
