Installation and Assembly instructions for BIA-ICONRISER –Part 802661
Adjustable tank riser for 600L , 900L & 1,200L one piece tanks
The riser can be used to extend the height of the lid above the tank top.
Range from 550mm –250mm approximately.
Follow the assembly INSTRUCTIONS for fitting the GARANITA extension riser to the tank top.

Additional Installation Notes:
-The Tank Riser comprises FOUR components that are shipped assembled together.
There are TWO soft sealing rings fitted into the top two groves of the ribbed riser
component.
-On arrival, pull the two riser components apart and confirm all four components
have been received.
-Remove the tank lid and place to the side. Fit one of the sealing rings to the top of
the tank.
-The Ribbed Riser then pushes down onto the top of the tank. Lubricate if required.
The weight of the back fill material is sufficient to hold the ripper riser in place.
-Fit the other sealing ring to the highest grove on the Ribbed Riser.
-The ribbed riser can be cut down if it is too high. Check sufficient height remains on
the ribbed riser to allow for the telescopic Lid holder to be supported and there is a
recessed ring for the sealing ring to fit into.
-Fit the telescopic Lid holder to the Ribbed Riser, using lubricant to assist with
assembly. A few self-tapping screws can be used to keep the riser components at the
right height during final back filling. Ensure the screw placement does not pierce the
sealing ring or compromise the watertightness of the assembly
-SAFETY WARNING, Always keep the tank lid in place and locked down.
-An open tank presents many hazards such as tripping, drowning and suffocation
-Ensure the site is properly supervised and guarded while fitting the extension riser to
the tank top.
