power
button
is in
the
OFF
position.
Put
4 PCS size
AA
of
batteries
in(the
correct
polarities
are
marked
on the
machine).
Connect
the
foot
pedal
into
the contro!
receptacle.

note:
1.
Either
the
power
button
or the
foot
control
is
used
for
operating
the
machine.
When
one
of
them
is
operating
the
machine,
the
other one
does
not
function.
2, Reverse
movement
of the machine
does
not
stitch
fabric.
Continuous and
long
time
reverse
movement
of the
machine
may
destroy
the machine.
3,
Place batteries
as
shown
in
the
picture.
Thread
Spool Holder

1 Be
sure the bobbin
winder is on the
right-hand
side[]and
is steady.

2, Put
the
thread
spool
in
the spool
holder.
Pull
the thread
through the
thread
guide 1 & 2, and
wind it
around the bottom
of the adjusting
screw
from
the
right
to the
left
and
ensure
the
thread
is wound
between
the
two
metal
clamps of
the
adjusting
screw.
3,
Continue to put
the thread
through
the
hole of thread
take up lever to
thread guide
3.
4, Pull
the thread through the
needle
eye, you
may need
to turn
the
hand
wheel
to
raise
the
needle.
5, Lift the presser
foot,
by
using the
presser
foot
lever and then
slide
the
thread
under the
presser
foot toward
the
back of
the machine. Lower the
presser foot.

Open the bottom
thread
bobbin
case
cover.
2,
Take
out the bottom thread
bobbin from bottom
bobbin holder.
3. Insert the bottom thread
fetcher into
the bobbin
as
pictured.
4, Keep bottom
thread tail
5 cm long and counter-clockwise
forward when bottom
bobbin is
placed
into bobbin holder.
5,
For
smooth
threading
on bottom bobbin
case,
hold fetcher together with
bobbin
by
your
left hand and
5cm
long
thread tail
by
your
right
hand.
Place
thread tail against
the
right notch(inside) on
bobbin
case,
let
the right
notch hook
the thread tail
when
put down
bobbin.
Turn thread
tail
clockwise
to the
left
notch(outside)
after
the right notch hook the
thread, and
then
pull thread
tail
3
cm long from
the left
notch.
6,
Take
away
the fetcher
and
keep
bottom
bobbin in bobbin
case, and then
place
the bobbin cover in its position
7.
Hold
the
top thread
with
your left
hand and at the same time turn
the
hand
wheel
in
a
counter-clockwise
direction
with your right hand one complete
revolution. This
will
bring the
L
_____

bottom
thread
to
the
top.
Then
pull
the
bottom
and
top
thread
out
together
at least
5cm.
8, Pull
both
threads
to
the
rear
part
of
machine,
and
lower
the
presser
foot
onto
the
threads
to
hold
them
in
place.
Caution:
Please
check
carefully
to
be
sure
that
the
bottom
& top
threads
are
correctly
threaded
before
operation.
If
the
threads
go
through
the
wrong
way
or
the
bottom
thread
bobbin
is
not
set
properly,
it
may
damage
the
machine.
1,
Turn
the hand
wheel
counter-clockwise
until
the
needle
is
raised
above the
presser
foot.
2,
Lift
up
the
presser
foot
lever
to
raise the
presser
foot.
3, Make
sure
both
thread
ends
are
pulled
4”
back behind
the
needle.
4,
Place
the
fabric
under
the
presser
foot
and
lower
the
needle
in
to
the
existing
old
stitches.
Then
lower
the
presser
foot
lever.
4,
To
begin sewing,
turn
the
unit on
or
press
the
foot
pedal.
5, To
stop
sewing,
lift
your
foot
off
the
foot
pedal
or turn
machine
to
OFF.
6,
When
finished
sewing,
turn
the
hand
wheel
to
raise
the
needle
above
the
presser
foot.
Then
lift
the
presser
foot
by raising
the
presser
foot
lever.
7,
Pull
the
stitched
cloth
out
leaving both
threads
at
least
4”
and
cut
them
off.
You
may
need
to
turn
the
hand
wheel
counter-clockwise
one
to
two
revolutions
to remove
the
fabric
easily.
Cautions:
*
Don’t
force
the
fabric
out.
*
If
the
foot
pedal
is
in
use, leave
the
hand
switch
in
the
OFF
position.
*
VERY
IMPORTANT:
AFTER
FINISHING
STITCH,
PULL
TOP
THREAD
LOOSE
BY
HAND
TO
PREVENT
THE
NEEDLE
FROM
BENDING
WHEN
YOU
ARE
TAKING
THE
FABRIC
AWAY.

,Turn
the
hand
wheel
counter-clockwise
to
raise
the
needle
to
its
highest
position.
2,
Hold
the
needle
and
loosen the
needle
clamp
screw
with
a
small
screw
driver
and then
remove
the
broken/damaged needle.
3,
Insert
the
new
needle
into
the clamp
with
the
flat
side
facing
the
needle
clamp
screw,
making
sure
the eye
is
facing
straight
toward
the
needle
clamp
screw.
Be sure
to
push
the
needle
all
the
way
up
into
the
needle
bar
before
tightening
the
needle
clamp screw.
4,
Tighten
the
needle
clamp
screw.
Please
note:
After
replacement
of
needle,
first
move
machine
by
hand
wheel
to check
if
there are
stitches,
and
then
operate
machine
by
power
ONLY
WHEN THE
NEEDLE
IS
IN
THE RIGHT
POSITION
AND
THERE
ARE
STITCHES
BEING
FORMED.

,Turn
the
hand
wheel
counter-clockwise
to raise
the
needle
and
raise
the presser
foot
by
lifting
the
presser
foot
lever.
2,
Open
the
bottom
thread
bobbin
case
cover.
3,
Use
the
bottom
thread fetcher
to
fetch
the bottom
thread
bobbin
out.
4.
Replace
the
bottom
thread
bobbin
following
the instructions
given
in
the
previous
page.
1,
Put
the
bottom
bobbin
on
the winder
and
push
the bobbin winder
to the
upper
left
working
position[—].
2,
Refer
to
the
following
picture,
pull
the
thread
through
the thread
guide
1
and
2,
then
through
the
metal
clamps
of
the adjusting
screw.
You
can adjust
the
tension
of
the
thread
by turning
the
adjusting
screw.
3,
Wind
the
excess
thread
counter-clockwise
5
to
6
revolutions
and
around the
bottom
bobbin. Cut
off
remaining
thread.
4,
Turn
the
sewing
machine
ON
by
pressing
the
ON/OFF
button
or
press
the
foot
pedal.
The
thread
will
begin
to
wind
around
the
bottom
bobbin.
If
the
thread
is
wound
too
loosely.
You
can
tighten
it
to
a
reasonable
level
of
tension
by turning
the adjusting
screw
as
necessary.

Once
finished,
turn
off
the
power.

Test stitch
performance
on
a
scrap
of
material
you
are
going
to
use.
When
the
thread
tension
is
properly
adjusted,
the
upper
and
lower
thread
tensions
are equal
and
strong
enough
to
lock
both
threads
in
the
center
of
the
material.
If the
upper
tension
is
too
tight,
the
upper
thread
lies
straight
along the
surface
of
the fabric.
Turn
the
thread
adjusting
screw
counter-clockwise
until
thread
tension
is
sufficient.
If
the
upper
tension
is
too
loose,
the
bottom
thread
lies
straight
along
the
bottom
of
the
fabric.
Turn
the
thread
adjusting
screw
clockwise
until
the
thread
is
sufficiently
loose.

POSSIBLE
CAUSES
OF
A
POOR
STITCH
I.
The
upper
threading
is
not
correct.
2.
The
presser
foot
is
not
in
the
down
position.
3. The needle
is
not
fully
inserted
in
the
needle
bar.
4.
The
needle
eye
is
not
facing
the
front
of
the
machine.
5.
The
needle
is
bent.
6. Lower
threading
is
not
correct.
7. The
wrong
size
bottom bobbin
is
used.
8.
Upper
threading
is
too
loose.
9. The bobbin
case
is
not
in
the
right
position. blocking
the
bobbin
case
for
counter-clockwise
movement.
