Setting up the Device
Kindly connect the device to an electrical power
outlet.
2 Insert your sim card or connect to the internet
via your ethernet cable.

Turn ON the Device.
4Wait for 6 minutes for the Wicrypt firmware to
finish initialization.
Confirm that the following LEDs are On, power ,
wifi and internet.

Connection via Wi-Fi
Ensure that the Wi-Fi light is on and 
blinking. It can take up to 6 minutes for 
the devices to be ready

Connect your phone or PC via WiFi to 
the device via SSID.

Authenticate your device via the Wicrypt
captive portal. (this step is only required if
Wicrypt business is enabled).
Note: You can access the captive portal using the URL wicryptlogin.ne
or 192.168.4.4 if the captive portal is not displayed automatically.

Ensure that the Wi-Fi light is on and
blinking. It can take up to 6 minutes for
the device to be ready.

Connect an ethernet cord from the PC to
any of the LAN ports

Authenticate your device via the wicrypt
captive portal. (this step is only required if
wicrypt business is enabled).
Note: You can access the captive portal using the URL wicryptlogin.ne
or 192.168.4.4 if the captive portal is not displayed automatically.

1Insert a SIM card or connect your Wicrypt device
via the Ethernet cable to the internet
2Make sure you are connected to the device
network (the SSID usually ends with .wc) via WiFi
or Ethernet cable
3Open your browser and type in the IP 192.168.4.4
or the URL wicryptlogin.net
1Ensure that the Wi-Fi light is on and blinking. it
can take up to 6 minutes for the devices to be
ready
4Input “admin” as the device password to login to
the portal

Click ‘Login’

How to Re ister a Device
1Insert a SIM card or connect your Wicrypt device
via the Ethernet cable to the internet
2 Connect your phone or PC via WiFi to 
the device via SSID.
3Open your browser and type in the IP 192.168.4.4

5Enter you email and password associated with
the device

2Input “admin” as your default password to login
to the portal

On the device portal, Click ‘Quick Setup’

Under ‘Device Password’, input desired password
