Resistance
The vacuum cleaner has a stainless steel container.
The suction hose is from metal. The device is
designed for aspirating ashes and metal particles.
The vacuum cleaner is ideal for fireplaces, grills,
milling and boring machines.
Please see the handling hints
Clean – easy - fast, this is how you clean nowadays
grills & fireplaces. The 1000 Watt engine power of
this ash vacuum cleaner ensures an enormous
suction force for ashes and soot. This special
vacuum cleaner is suitable for removing warm and
cold ashes (without embers). The filter prevents
the infiltration of dusts or ashes to the engine. An
anti-inflammatory primary filter is already pre-
installed.

Use:
•Place the device on a flat surface. Make sure that the filters are correctly inserted.

Frequent questions:
•Why can’t I remove big pieces with the vacuum cleaner?
The vacuum cleaner is designed for sucking only ashes. Big pieces should remain in the
fireplace to be burned later on.
•Why is the hose so rigid?
The hose is a bit unhandy because it can aspirate warm coals and it is flame-retardant. The
hose has to be placed in such a way, that it forms a natural curve between the vacuum
cleaner and the held nozzle in the fireplace. If you place the vacuum cleaner so that a hose
kink is formed, there is no suction power anymore. The engine is cooled by the outside air
which means, that in case of nozzle clogging the engine will not be damaged.
•I have no suction power.
Usually bad power suction is attributed to the fact that, while vacuum cleaning, outside at the
primary filter a layer of ash crust has been formed and the device is not properly ventilated.
Clean the filter.

•Can I wash the filter?
No. Both filters have a special coating which is removed through washing and the filter no
longer function properly. Washing it by hand with clean, warm water is no problem.
•How often do I have to change the filter?
The changing of the filter depends on its use and maintenance.
