Setup Best Practices
• Bridge must be within signal range of both the motorized window coverings and the
Wi-Fi router.
• Wi-Fi network must be visible. (Must Select 2.4Ghz not 5Ghz)
• Environments with multiple WAPs (wireless access points) may need to temporarily
disable all but one.
• Security settings may need to be temporarily disabled. (Internet security settings may
be preventing the ridge from performing software updates –
in a commercial environment seek assistance from your IT Department).

BLINDS & AWNINGS
Step 1: Download the Shade Connector (Connector+) app.
You can either search the app store or scan the below QR code
(depending on your device).
Step 2: Plug the Wi-Fi bridge into a power source (5V / 1A)
Step 3: Open the Connector App on your smartphone and sign up.
Step 4: Pair the Bridge to your home Wi-FI, by following the guided instructions
in the App.

To perform a factory reset, use a paperclip to press and hold the program
button until the lihght flashes quickly 5 times.
