Important safety precautions
To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons when
using your appliance, follow basic precautions, including the following:
The appliance should be hung at the required height with strong
wall support to avoid falling on the ground.
The appliance should be properly grounded all the time when
connected to the electrical supply.
For repair and replacement purposes, the device should not be
opened unless instructed by the support team. Presence of experts
is recommended.

Please read this manual thoroughly to ensure that you know how to safely
and eciently operate the extensive features and functions of your new
appliance. Please store the manual in a safe location close to the appliance
for future reference. Use this appliance only for its intended purpose as
described in this instruction manual. Warnings and Important Safety
Instructions in this manual do not cover all possible conditions and situa-
tions that may occur. It is your responsibility to use common sense, caution
and care when installing, maintaining and operating your Clear Health
device.
Proper care must be taken while carrying the appliance to ensure
safety of the internal components. Dropping is strictly to be avoided.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a
hazard.
In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal
cut out, this appliance must not be supplied through an external
switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is
regularly switched on and o by the utility.

Critical installation warnings
The installation of this appliance must be performed by a
qualified technician or service company.
Plug the power cord into a wall socket that meets local electrical
specifications. Use the socket for this appliance only, and do not use
an extension cord
This appliance must be properly grounded. Do not ground the
appliance to a gas pipe, plastic water pipe, or telephone line.
Do not install this appliance near a heater or any inflammable material.
Do not install this appliance in a humid, oily or dusty location, or in a
location exposed to direct sunlight or water (rain drops).
Do not install this appliance in a location exposed to low temperatures.
Do not use a damaged power plug, damaged power cord, or
loose wall socket.
Do not pull or excessively bend the power cord.
Do not twist or tie the power cord.
Do not hook the power cord over a metal object, place a
heavy object on the power cord, insert the power cord
between objects, or push the power cord into the space
behind the appliance.z
This appliance should be positioned so that the power plug
and the internet connection should be accessible

Critical usage warnings
If sanitizer is overflown, turn o the power supply and wipe it with
dry cloth.
The appliance should not be held in the air while refilling sanitizer.
No tampering or misuse of sensors is allowed. Any such misuse may
cause non-functioning of the device resulting in cancellation of the
warranty.
Do not attempt to repair, disassemble, or modify the appliance
yourself.
Unplug the power plug when the appliance is not being used for
long periods of time or during a thunder or lightning storm.
Do not clean the appliance by spraying water directly onto it. Do not
use the strong acidic cleaning agent. Before cleaning or performing
maintenance, unplug the appliance from the wall socket.

Safety Information
The appliance is to be used for indoor environments and preferably
at temperatures less than 35 C. Prolonged exposure to temperatures
beyond 40 C can lead to thermal throttling of the electronics and
alcohol vapors to generate from the sanitizer which is dangerous.
If the appliance generates a strange noise, a burning smell, or smoke,
unplug the power plug immediately and contact the support.
Do not touch the power plug with wet hands.

Know your device

Device installation
Follow these instructions carefully to ensure proper installation of the
Clear Health device and to prevent any misconfiguration resulting in
device failure.

The Clearhealth device needs to be mounted using a hook or nail
fixed to the mounting surface.

Mechanical/maintenance:
1.
Ensure the Clearhealth device is mounted at a height such that the
camera is approx. 5 feet from the floor.
2.
Ensure the mounting is on a rigid surface like a wall as the weight of
the device is at maximum 2.5kg when fully filled.
3.
Ensure the mounting place is not exposed to direct or reflected
sunlight, this may cause device to malfunction.
4.
Ensure device mounting location is free from excessive fluctuations
in ambient temperature and high levels of humidity, dust, etc. The
device is meant to be installed in indoor locations only.

Installation
Ensure device is removed from mounting point and placed on a
stable surface before filling sanitiser from top.

Ensure power outlet is available close by. Power adapter supplied
with unit has input requirement of 110-250V, 50-60Hz 0.5A AC, and
supplies 5V 3.5A DC at the output.

The device does not have an emergency battery backup. It is
recommended to connect the power supply to an UPS if there are
risks of power loss at installation site.

IT/Information systems: (Applicable to all models
except Mini)
In case of requirement to connect to an enterprise Wi-Fi network, the
security details of the network needs to be shared with the support
team for the first time to configure the device to connect to it.

The Clearhealth device require a continuous internet connection to
communicate with the cloud server and record the face recognition and
user data. We recommend connecting the device via LAN if the option is
available in the device.
The Wi-Fi setup is done using the supplied app. Initially, during setup –
a Wi-Fi hotspot with SSID= “clearhealth” and password= “clearhealth”
needs to be set up. The device will connect to this network automatical-
ly when switched on for the first time.
If the app is unavailable for Wi-Fi configuration, contact support for
Wi-Fi remote configuration.

The Clearhealth device is required to be added to the company’s
account through the clearhealth URL. Login into clearhealth.wesense.ai
with the Admin credentials that will be provided by the support team
and add the device details in the “Add device” section to activate it.
The device requires users to pre-register their faces with the system to
enable attendance. After logging in, upload the list of employees who
need to register as per the format mentioned.
The data generated from the device is visible only to the admin team
and needs to be reviewed for the first two weeks of usage for
accuracy and correctness of data. Until that time, it is recommended
to use the existing attendance system in parallel with this device
before switching over.
Admin also has the ability to correct any wrong identifications done
by device. This is recommended to be done by admin once
everyday as it will increase the device’s accuracy further.

How to operate
Follow these instructions carefully to ensure the best accuracy
and long term reliability.
Users need to ensure all the conditions such as lighting, camera quality,
etc. are taken care of during the registration process. These factors are
mentioned in the registration screen.
After every registration, it takes 60 seconds for the newly registered
user's data to reflect in the server. Hence, users need to wait for the
required time for the activation to take place.
Users are supposed to approach the device and stand at a minimum
distance of 1 feet from it.
For any discrepancy in attendance, users can raise a using the
dedicated URL..

Upon collecting sanitiser, the camera activates. The user is supposed
to look into the camera so that the attendance can be captured. Once
recoded, the process gets completed and the display comes back to
normal mode.

Operation & Maintenance
Sanitiser box has a capacity of 1 Litre. Accordingly, it is to be filled
regularly as per the usage frequency.
Sanitiser box should never be kept empty during the use and should
be regularly checked.
The connections to the device should be checked regularly to ensure
proper data flow.
For any connection lost, support team should be contacted and any
kind of self repair should be avoided unless recommended from the
customer support.
Power should be turned o while the device not being used for a
long time.
While starting the device, adequate time should be allotted for the
device to boot.
While cleaning/wiping, safety adherence should be taken as defined in
the safety section. The sticker should not be tampered for the warranty
to remain in tact.
Data monitoring: Admins can track all these activities in
real time and act based on the alerts received.
Admins can download the data from the Reports section
Maintenance
DISCLAIMER: The contactless attendance system will not immediately
replace existing attendance system. It is recommended to use both in
parallel for 10 days, so that the software can be trained in the client's
environment to ensure accuracy of data before switching over.
