Operation
The WiSA USB Wireless Audio Transmitter is equipped
with 1 push button and 2 LEDs for user interface.
Factory Reset
Pressing and holding the button for 5 seconds while
plugged in will cause the device to factory reset.
Additional Explanation of Button and LED Functionality
LED Status
The LED proves visual feedback of the device state as
follows:
• Fast Blinking Blue (1 per second)
• Device is in a Factory reset State
• Slow Blinking Blue (1 per 2 seconds)
• Device has speakers associated
• Solid Red
• Speakers are missing from the network

Let’s Get Started
1. Locate the USB port(s) on your television
2. Follow the instructions included with your
WiSA Speakers to put them into “Associate
Mode”
3. Insert the WiSA USB Wireless Audio Trans-
mitter into the extension cable and the other
end of the Extension cable into any unpopulat-
ed USB port on your WiSA Ready Device
4. Follow the on-screen prompts for setup on
your WiSA Ready TV.
Tips and Troubleshooting
1. WiSA USB Wireless Audio Transmitter is not detect-
ed by the TV
• Remove the device and reinsert
• Turn TV off and back on
2. No audio
• Check the volume to ensure it is not muted or at a
level that is too low to hear
• Check that there is a source of audio such as a Blu-
ray or streaming content
• Check Sound Settings to verify that the WiSA USB
Wireless Audio Transmitter is the selected sound device
3. Resetting
• If all other troubleshooting options have been tried,
hold the LED Button on the WiSA USB Wireless Audio
Transmitter down for 5 seconds,and unplug.
• Turn TV off then back on
• Follow the instructions included with your WiSA
speakers to put them into “Associate Mode”
• Start over at Step 1 of the Let’s get started section
4. Wi-Fi interference
• Wireless Access Points and other Wi-Fi transmitter
devices can have an undesirable effect on the perfor-
mance of the USB Wireless Audio Transmitter. To mini-
mize any impact on the performance of the USB Wireless
Audio Transmitter, please ensure that at least 6’ feet (1.8
meters) separates the devices.

Use Environment
To avoid damage to your WiSA USB Wireless Audio
Transmitter, do not expose it to moisture, high humidi-
ty, high concentrations of dust or airborne materials,
temperatures outside the operating range or direct
sunlight. Keep cables away from children and pets. This
device is going to be operated in 5150MHz ~ 5250
MHz frequency range, it is restricted to indoor environ-
ment only.
A minimum separation distance of 1cm must be main-
tained between the antenna and the person for this
appliance to satisfy the RF exposure requirement.
Caution: USB Transmitter surface temperature may
become high during operation.
FCC/CE Information
The device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules.
Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) The device may not cause harmful interference, and
(2) This device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired oper-
ation.

suant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are
designed to provide reasonable protection against
