1. OVERVIEW

[A000131] This Installation and Operating Manual is intended for profes-

sional ﬁtters and product owners. It contains the essential information

to guarantee safe installation and use, as well as the information about

correct care and maintenance of the products. Before beginning in-

stallation, read the entire manual, follow its guidelines, and perform all

activities in the described order. The product and its separate elements

shall be installed in accordance with the manual. Follow the guidelines

for assembly and use to allow for correct assembly and to ensure a long

and reliable use.

[A000120] The Manual applies to several product model variants.

[B000203] The door is also referred to as the “product”.

[B000204] The control device is also referred to as the “drive unit”.

[A000132] The product may be installed and adjusted

by a PROFESSIONAL INSTALLER only.

[C000445] The electric drive unit or the controller can

only be installed and adjusted by a PROFESSIONAL IN-

STALLER who is competent in automation and mechanical

engineering equipment for residential use and must do the

installation and adjustments in accordance with the current

laws of the country of use.

staller and the Owner can perform is described further

in this manual.

regulatory requirements, as well as instructions and

to be the manufacturer of the installed product.

or operating malfunctions caused by use of the product with equip-

ment from other suppliers. Such use also voids the warranty issued

by the Manufacturer.

2. STANDARD TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

Explanation of warning signs used in the Installation and Operat-

ing Manual:

Caution! - this sign indicates that attention is required.

Information - this sign indicates important contents.

Professional ﬁtter - a competent person or unit who oers product in-

stallation services, including their improvement, to third parties.

Owner - a natural or legal person with the legal title authorising them

to dispose of the purchased product, and liable for its operation

and performance.

[B000213] Door operating cycle - a single instance of opening and

closing of the door.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SYMBOLS

[C000383] Do not stay, pass, run or drive

under the door when it is in motion. Be-

fore opening or closing, ensure that

no persons, and especially children or any

objects, are in the path of the moving ga-

rage door. No persons, objects or vehicles

are allowed to stay within the clearance

of the open door.

[C000384] Do not use the garage door

to lift any objects or people.

[C000385] Do not use the door

when inoperable.

[C000386] Follow the Operating and Main-

tenance manual to inspect and maintain

the door. Before commissioning the door

and during its use relubricate the rollers,

hinges, guards, springs and bearings.

[C000387] Close the wicket door and lock

it with the key before operating the ga-

rage door.

[C000388] Remove the protective ﬁlm

from the door sheet metal skin immediate-

ly after installation.

[C000389] Do not remove or modify any

component of the garage door.

4. DESCRIPTION OF DESIGN AND TECHNICAL DATA

[A000101] See the Price List for a detailed range of dimensions and

technical data.

[B000245] Sectional doors are made of steel panels ﬁlled with fre-

on-free polyurethane foam. The door structure includes galvanized

steel elements.

[B000028] Glasses used in glazed elements (windows, aluminium glazed

proﬁles) are made of plastic. The absorbency of moisture from the air

is the natural property of plastic glasses, which in changing weather

conditions can result in temporary steam precipitation and settlement

inside the glazing. Sweating of glazed aluminium proﬁles is a natural

phenomenon, and is not subject to warranty claims.

[C000094] Aluminium proﬁles used in the doors are made of proﬁles

without thermal barrier. Sweating of aluminium proﬁles is a natural pro-

cess and it shall not be subject to claims.

[D000429] Zinc coating is not for decoration purposes

but serves as corrosion protection.

[C000311] The door can be equipped with photocells preventing door

closure when an obstacle is present in the clear passage.

5. THE RANGE OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS, FOR WHICH

THE DOOR HAS BEEN DESIGNED

• Temperature - -30°C to +50°C

• Relative humidity - max. 80% not condesated

Refers to manually operated doors. The range of environmental condi-

tions for the doors with drive is stated in the Assembly and Operating

Instruction of the drive.

6. APPLICATIONS AND INTENDED USE

[A000102] All products shall be used and operated as intended. Their

selection and use in building engineering shall follow the speciﬁc techni-

cal documentation of the installation site prepared according to current

laws and standards.

[B000240] The sectional door with an electric drive is intended

to be used as a residential garage door for a single household that

does not open towards a public area, it features pulse control using

a transmitter or a control accessory (unless the declaration of perfor-

mance states otherwise).

[B000241] The manually actuated sectional door is intended to be used

as a vertical partition in general purpose buildings and garages.

[A000163] Any other use is considered as non-intended use. The Man-

ufacturer shall not be liable for any damage from non-intended use.

[B000165] The product can only be operated as intended provided that

the user has understood the relevant safety conditions and possible

risks, and that the installation and operating guidelines are observed.

When the product is used in areas exposed to weather, environment

and random incidents (e.g. ﬂood, gale or hail), the manufacturer ac-

cepts no liability for the losses caused by the factors speciﬁed above.

7. RESTRAINTS IN DOOR OPERATION

[C000045] The door is not intended to be used:

• in an explosive environment,

• as a ﬁre-proof partition,

• in moist rooms,

•

in rooms with chemical substances harmful to the protective and

paint coatings,

• from the sunny side in case of dark-coloured door leaves,

• as a bearing structure of a building,

• as a hermetic barrier.

8. SAFETY GUIDELINES

• the automatic door closing function is enabled;

• the remote control functionality is used;

• the controller is outside of the line of sight of the door;

• the door is not in the direct line of sight of the user;

• the door is intended to be operated automatically.

9. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Packaging

[A000008] Packaging (cardboard, plastics, etc.) are classiﬁed as waste

suitable for recycling. Follow local legislation for speciﬁc material be-

fore throwing it away.

Product scrapping

The product consists of many dierent materials. Most of the materials

used are suitable for recycling. Sort it before disposal, and then deliver

to refuse collection and disposal area for recycling.

Follow local legislation for specific material be-

fore scrapping.

[A000009] Important: Recycling cuts raw material usage

and wastes volume.

[A000118] This device is marked in accordance with European Directive

2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment and Directive

2006/66/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on batteries

and accumulators and waste batteries and accumulators and repealing

Directive 91/157/EEC. This marking informs that the device and batteries

cannot be disposed of with other household waste after they have been

used. The user is obliged to submit (hand over) devices and batteries

to entities dealing with collection of waste batteries and electrical and

electronic equipment. The collecting entities, including local collection

points, shops and municipal units, create an appropriate system ena-

bling the submission of such equipment and batteries.

Proper handling of waste batteries, electrical and electronic equipment

contributes to avoiding harmful consequences for human health and

the environment resulting from the presence of hazardous components

and improper storage and treatment of such equipment and batteries.

10. NOTES ON OPERATION

[B000230] The essential requirements for correct operation of the prod-

uct and its long and reliable performance:

•

Protect the product from harmful conditions, e.g. corrosives, such

as acids, alkalis or salt.

• when ﬁnishing / refurbishing the room, the product should be pro-

tected from plaster, paint and solvent splashing,

• Avoid exposure of the product to: lime, cement, alkalis and cleaning

agents (e.g. brighteners or abrasive pastes).

•

Limit the wet ﬁnishing work to minimum. If the mortar stains the prod-

uct surface, remove the material immediately.

• [B000231] provide free water drainage in the bottom seal area,

• if when lifting the door leaf/curtain you experience excessive resist-

ance, check the technical condition of door hinges, rollers, cables, and

springs; if irregularities are found, perform all the necessary adjust-

ments (or replace as needed) in accordance with the door Installation

and Operating Manual,

•

do not activate the “automatic closing” function or the “self-hold

when closing” function if the door is not ﬁtted with photocells or the

safety edge,

•

if the cable break safety device or the spring break safety device

is triggered, replace any damaged elements,

•

if the door features a wicket door, do not lift the door leaf/curtain if the

wicket door is not locked up,

•

do not change the phase sequence of the three-phase voltage after in-

stalling and commissioning the door, as this may lead to door damage,

• [B000189] It is prohibited to remove any structural com-

ponents! This may result in damage to parts which normally

ensure the safe use of the product. Alteration of any com-

ponents or parts is prohibited.

•

[B000210] Do not modify the adjustments done by the

Professional Installer.

•

[A000062] Do not perform any product repairs

on your own.

• [C000260] Do not install any additional inﬁlls or thermal

insulation on the door leaf/curtain without a written con-

sent from the Manufacturer. The door drive unit is precisely

matched with the door leaf/curtain weight and any addition-

al elements can cause overload or malfunction.

•

[C000092] Call a Professional Installer to check and adjust

the position of limit switches after completing the ﬁnish-

ing or refurbishment works related to the modiﬁcation

of the ﬂoor level and after the disassembly or reassem-

bly of the garage door or the operator.

• [D000315] the activity is not performed within the guar-

antee services.

• [C000461] During the full operating cycle of the door, the

user shall visually monitor the door operating area and

keep all bystanders away until the door is fully opened/

closed.

•

[B000202] [!]In case of electrically driven doors, where

a lock or a locking bolt is applied, installing a lock sen-

sor or a locking bolt sensor is recommended. Otherwise,

if an actuator is connected to the power network the lock-

ing bolt or the lock should be blocked in an open position.

11. OPERATING INSTRUCTION

• [C000383] Do not stay, pass, run or drive under the door

when it is in motion. Before opening or closing, ensure

that no persons, and especially children or any objects,

are in the path of the moving garage door. No persons, ob-

jects or vehicles are allowed to stay within the clearance

of the open door.

•

[C000076] WARNING: Do not obstruct the door leaf move-

ment area. Make sure that no persons, especially children,

or objects stand in the way of a closing or opening door leaf.

•

[C000077] No barriers may stand in the way of a door leaf.

•

[C000079] The door may be approached only when its mo

tion (opening or closing) is ﬁnished. Approaching the door

in motion is not allowed.

• [D000143] Do not obstruct the door or the drive motion

area. Do not put ﬁngers or objects into the slide rail.

• [C000384] Do not use the garage door to lift any objects

or people.

•

[A000103] Do not use faulty products! Do not use the prod-

uct and contact an authorized service centre if the product

is malfunctioning or its subassemblies are damaged.

•

[A000125] Do not remove, alter or disable any protec-

tive equipment.

•

[B000194] The product can only be operated when all the

required safety devices are in place and if these devices

are operational.

• [B000211] Keep batteries, rechargeable batteries or other

small power sources out of the reach of children. Hazard

of swallowing by children or pets!

Deadly hazard!

If this emergency occurs, immediately consult a medical

doctor or seek medical attention. Do not shorten the battery

leads. Do not throw the batteries into ﬁre. Do not recharge

non-rechargeable batteries. Explosion hazard!

•

[C000080] Remote control transmitters or other con-

trol equipment to activate the door should be kept out

of reach of children, to avoid unauthorised activation.

Do not allow children to play with control devices. Trans-

mitters should be kept in dry places.

•

[C000335] Damage caused by wind load. Do not oper-

ate the door when the wind load exceeds the wind load

resistance class provided on the door nameplate. Wind

pressure causes the door leaf/curtain to deﬂect. In the

case of strong wind load, the door curtain and structure

can be damaged.

• [B000103] IMPORTANT! Damage due to temperature dif-

ference. The temperature dierence between the outdoors

(environment) and indoors (room) can cause product ele-

ments to bend (bimetal eect). If this occurs, operating the

product can lead to damage.

• [C000042] This equipment can only be operated by chil-

dren above 8 years of age, persons with impaired physical/

and or mental performance and inexperienced users un-

der supervision or according to the operating manual and

with the principles of safe use and related hazards prop-

erly explained. Do not allow children to clean or perform

maintenance works on the device. Mind that children must

never play with this equipment.

•

[D000668] Failure to comply may result in severe injuries

due to crushing by the door or other hazards.

11.1. OPENING AND CLOSING

[B000093] Doors with electric drive unit must be opened according

to Assembly and Operating Instruction of the drive.

Opening - the door should be operated manually, using the relevant

outside or inside handles/ pulls. Improper operation of the door may

cause accident.

Closing - the door should be closed manually by pushing it vigorous-

ly using the handle. As a result, the door self-locking bolts will latch

on proper door frame elements.

Door bolting (lock) - doors can be ﬁtted with locks that can be locked

by turning the key anticlockwise by 360 degrees when the door is not

power operated.

Door unbolting (lock) - use the key or blocking bolt:

• from outside - turn the key 360° clockwise,

• from inside - press the interlock lever on the side of the lock. The le-

ver will rest in the low position. Push the lever up to close the door.

•

[A000133] The latch or lock should be opened and closed

smoothly, without any jerking which decreases the dura-

bility and safety of use.

•

[B000104] All the manually operated products should

be opened and closed smoothly, without any jerking

which decreases product durability and safety of use.

•

[C000334] Each time the door is about to be started, make

sure that the lock or door bolt is not in the closed posi-

tion. Starting the door is allowed only when the lock and/

or door bolt are in the open position, or the door is ﬁtted

with an automatic locking set.

•

[C000078] The door can be opened and closed using

the drive unit only when the door is within the opera-

tor’s sight, unless it is ﬁtted with suitable safety devices.

•

[B000154] In the door operated with an electric drive, in nor-

mal operating conditions, the drive unit is coupled with the

door at all times. The drive can be uncoupled only in emer-

gencies, e.g. in the case of drive breakdown. After the drive

unit was uncoupled, following the manual opening and

closing of the door, the drive should be re-coupled. The

un-coupling may not be performed while the drive unit

is in use as this may cause permanent damage to the

drive unit.

•

[D000512] Emergency driver unlocking should be performed

according to the Installation and OperatingInstructions

of the driver manufacturer.

• [D000667] Do not operate the drive unit if it requires ser-

vicing or adjustment. Improper installation or balance

of the door may cause severe injury.

Wicket door

• [C000088] Wicket door may only be opened manually by pushing

the handle in the direction of door opening. Wicket door should

be opened and closed smoothly, without sharp jerks that negatively

inﬂuence its durability, operation and safe usage.

•

Wicket door is mounted and adjusted properly, if the leaf moves

smoothly, and its operation is easy.

•

Avoid strong striking the door leaf against frame, so called „door bang-

ing” that may result in paint coating damage and glazing cracking,

in door leaf deformation and negatively inﬂuence operation of hard-

ware, hinges, gaskets.

•

It is prohibited to overload the wicket door leaf, leave the objects with-

in the door leaf movement area as well as operate the door by force.

• [C000089] It is recommended to equip the wicket door with closer,

which should only be used for self-closing of the wicket door after

its previous manual opening.

•

[C000090] Each time before operating the door, it is necessary

to make sure that the wicket door is closed. The wicket door in-

stalled in a door with an electric drive unit should be ﬁtted with a limit

switch that prevents the drive from starting when the wicket door

is opened and stops the door when the wicket door opens while the

drive unit operates.

• [C000091] It is prohibited to apply extra force (other than the clos-

er) to fully close or speed up the wicket door closing that may result

in the closer damage or maladjustment.

• [C000209] It is prohibited to put any objects between the opening

or closing door leaf and frame.

12. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

12.1. ACTIVITIES WHICH MAY BE PERFORMED BY THE OWNER

AFTER CAREFUL READING THE INSTRUCTION

[D000166] Before any maintenance or inspection of a ga-

rage door, disconnect the drive from power source. Also

a battery power supply should be disconnected if it has

been delivered.

[C000476] Do the following at least every 3 months:

[C000470] Clean the external/internal door leaf surface with a sponge

and clean water or varnish cleaning products available in stores. Do not

use cleaning products that could scratch the surface, sharp tools, nitro

solvent-based products and detergents. Do not use power washers.

[B000217] Cleaning panes in the glazing (small windows, glazed al-

uminium proﬁles).

Before cleaning, if unsure as to the material the glazing is made of,

make sure the pane is scratch-resistant. Low-hardness materials have

low resistance to mechanical damage and scratch easily (e.g. stand-

ard SAN, PMMA).

Follow the recommendations below to minimize the risk of scratching

and other pane surface damage:

• ﬁrst, clean the pane surface with compressed air or ﬂush it with run-

ning water to remove dirt and dust particles that could scratch the

pane surface

• next, use the appropriate soft cleaning tool. Non-abrasive cleaning

agents can be used. A neutral pH, alcohol-free, delicate wash-

ing-up liquid is an appropriate cleaning agent. It is recommended

to test the cleaning agent on a small surface of the pane.

•

use a soft water-absorbing chamois leather or cotton cloth to dry

the pane surface

• the temperature of the pane surface and water should not exceed

25°C when cleaning

Do not use the following:

• rubber squeegees, scrapers and blades

• abrasive agents, solvents and alcohol-based window cleaners

• power washers

• excessive amount of water which may lead to pane fogging

[D000231] Clean the stainless steel decoration elements, e.g. with Wurth

cleaning agent for stainless steel, at least two times per month (avoid

contact of the clearing agent with the door leaf).

[B000220] Carry out ongoing inspections of the product at least

every 6 months and perform the following (if applicable):

•

check hinge connections, running rollers, and springs, if required

grease with e.g. HWS-100 Würth semi-solid grease,

• check the elements fastening the product to the wall, bolts (screws),

and feed rollers, make sure to eliminate any irregularities found, do not

operate the product until the irregularities are eliminated,

• make sure electrical cables show no signs of wear,

• clean the photocell covers or the signal lamp cover lens on a reg-

ular basis,

• replace the transmitter batteries at least every 12 months,

• check whether the operator is properly ﬁxed,

•

do not lubricate the lock cylinder with oil, apply graphite grease

if required,

•

check the operation of the emergency opening mechanism supplied

with the drive unit,

• perform control device maintenance in accordance with the control

device Operating Manual.

[B000221] Doors with an electric drive unit require the following ac-

tions to be performed at least every 6 months (if applicable):

•

check whether limit switches are properly adjusted (operate the door

and observe the location where the door stops); when the door stops

in the closed position, the cables should remain under tension; when

the door stops in the open position, the bottom seal should not be lo-

cated above the clear opening,

•

check whether the electrical protective devices operate properly

by simulating the operating conditions,

• check the photocells by simulating the operating conditions - when

the light beam is interrupted, the door should stop and reverse,

•

check the lock or latch closing sensor - when the lock or latch

is closed, the door should not operate,

• check the light curtain - when the light beam is interrupted, the door

should stop and reverse,

• check the wicket door closing sensor - when the wicket door is open

the door should not operate,

[C000453] Check whether the overload switch (applies

to operators with the overload adjustment feature) and

the optical strip operate properly. The door should stop

and reverse when the door leaf touches an object (made

of hard expanded polypropylene, XPS or wood) 80 [mm]

in diameter and 50 [mm] high, placed on the ﬂoor.

ANTI-DROP SAFETY DEVICE

Maintenance

Anti-drop safety device does not require special maintenance. Howev-

er, it is necessary to keep it clean and protect against dust, especially

sand. In case of any cables damages, it should be immediately replaced.

• [B000007] It is prohibited to keep using the door, if any

faults in its operation, or damage of its components are

found. Do not operate; contact an authorised service cen-

tre or a Professional Installer.

•

[D000668] Failure to comply may result in severe injuries

due to crushing by the door or other hazards.

•

[A000114] The Manufacturer shall not be liable for any

damage caused by failure to comply with safety rules,

the Installation and Operating Instructions or applicable

legal requirements.

Service inspection

12.2. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED BY A PROFESSIONAL

12.3. DRIVE UNIT ADJUSTMENT

[B000229] Having completed the installation, verify the movement of the

drive unit and the overload switch function. When the door encounters

an obstacle, it should stop and reverse.

Make sure that the drive interrupts the opening operation if the door

is loaded with a 20 [kg] mass ﬁxed in the middle of the bottom door edge.

to operators with the overload adjustment feature) and

the optical strip operate properly. The door should stop

and reverse when the door leaf touches an object (made

of hard expanded polypropylene, XPS or wood) 80 [mm]

12.4. OVERLOAD ADJUSTMENT

[D000689] When the end positions are being set, the drive unit automatically adjusts the overload function (applies to drive units with this feature).

The overload sensitivity can be adjusted manually following the instruction manual of the controller.

units with overload adjustment).

The set overload protector force should be the minimal force required for the door to perform a complete opening / closing cycle.

The overload sensitivity setting is crucial for providing protection against accidents or crushing of elements located within the open-

ing. In accordance with the PN-EN 12453 standard, the dynamic force of the main closing edge cannot exceed 400 [N], while the

duration of dynamic force application should not exceed 750 [ms].

12.5. ANTIDROP SAFETY DEVICE

[D000557] Application

Anti-drop safety device has been tested and certiﬁed with sectional doors of the manufacturer.

It is certiﬁed to be used solely in doors produced by the manufacturer.

The manufacturer does not bear responsibility for applying this safety device in other doors. The anti-drop safety device may be used in all sectional

doors produced by the manufacturer, which operate vertically by means of a drive or manually.

The device is suitable for doors with the leaf weight from 20kg to 500kg. The safety device should be installed on both cables, on which the door

leaf is hanged.

Actions to be performed during maintenance inspection

The following actions are to be performed during maintenance inspection:

1. Release the door spring tension.

2. Check the condition of the spring ﬁxing the lever.

3. Check if the cutter lever to which the cable is screwed, operates smoothly, without jerks.

4. Check if the top roller moves smoothly in the sleeve. If necessary, lubricate it with consistent grease.

If any irregularities in the safety device operation are observed, IT IS PROHIBITED to do any repairs. The device should be obligatory replaced with

a new one.

Actions to be performed when the device is activated (blocked)

• Secure the door leaf against drop-down.

• Release the spring tension.

• To easily turn the lever, ﬁrstly lift the door leaf slightly, and then pull the lever downwards.

• Dismantle the safety device.

• ATTENTION! If the device was activated (was used), it is obligatory to replace it with a new one.

• It is necessary to change all door components that have been damaged in the result of safety device activation.

not open smoothly.

• Check the correct and smooth rotation of rollers during door opening

and closing. If the rollers put resistance or fail to rotate, they should

be adjusted and lubricated.

• Check the guides for dirt that may cause incorrect door operation.

• Check the springs, and lubricate it.

Vibrations of the mounting construction are observed during

door operation.

• Check all ﬁxing points of all joints, and regulate, if necessary (screws

mounting the drive, guides and screws mounting hinges, etc.).

• Check the proper mounting of the horizontal guides.

The lock does not open/ close. Incorrect operation of the lock.

• Grease the barrel insert.

• Check the operation of a bolt. Lubricate, if any resistance is observed.

90. ANVÄNDNINGSOMRÅDE OCH AVSETT BRUK

[A000102] Alla produkter ska användas och hanteras på avsett vis. Val

och användning av produkterna vid byggnadsarbete ska följa den spe-

ciﬁka tekniska dokumentationen för monteringsplatsen i enlighet med

tillämpliga lagar och standarder.

[B000240] Segmentporten med en elektrisk drivenhet är avsedd att an-

vändas som garageport i ett bostadsområde för ett enda privat hushåll

och ska inte öppnas mot en allmän plats. Den har en pulsstyrningsfunktion

med en sändare eller styrningstillbehör (såvida inte prestandadeklara-

tionen anger något annat).

[B000241] Den manuellt aktiverade segmentporten är avsedd att

användas som en vertikal skiljevägg i byggnader för allmänt bruk

och verkstäder.

[A000163] All annan användning anses vara en annan än den åsyftade.

Tillverkaren ska inte hållas ansvarig för skador som uppstår från annan

användning än den åsyftade.

[B000165] Produkten kan endast användas på avsett vis under för-

utsättning att användaren har förstått relevanta säkerhetsvillkor och

potentiella risker samt att monterings- och driftsanvisningarna följs. När

produkten används i områden som är utsatta för väder och vind, miljön

Produkten består av många olika material. De ﬂesta av dem är lämp-

liga för återvinning. Sortera dem innan avyttring och leverera sedan

terial sparar naturresurser och minskar mängden avfall.

[A000118] Denna enhet är märkt i enlighet med EU-direktiv 2012/19/

EU om avfall som utgörs av eller innehåller elektrisk och elektronisk

utrustning och Europaparlamentets och rådets direktiv 2006/66/

EG om batterier och ackumulatorer och förbrukade batterier och acku-

mulatorer och om upphävande av direktiv 91/157/EEG. Denna märkning

informerar om att enheten och batterierna inte kan slängas tillsammans

med annat hushållsavfall när de har förbrukats. Användaren är skyldig

att lämna in (överlämna) enheter och batterier till myndigheter eller fö-

retag som hanterar insamling av avfall som utgörs av batterier samt

elektrisk och elektronisk utrustning. De insamlande myndigheterna el-

ler företagen, inklusive lokala insamlingsplatser, butiker och kommunala

enheter, skapar ett lämpligt system som möjliggör inlämning av sådan

utrustning och sådana batterier.

Korrekt hantering av avfall som utgörs av batterier samt elektrisk och

elektronisk utrustning bidrar till att skadliga konsekvenser för människ-

ors hälsa och för miljön, vilka uppstår på grund av farliga komponenter

och felaktig förvaring och hantering av sådan utrustning och sådana

batterier, kan undvikas.

94. OM DRIFT

[B000230] Väsentliga krav för korrekt drift som säkerställer lång och

tillförlitlig prestanda:

•

Skydda sektionerna från förhållanden som är skadliga för målade ytor

och metalldelar, t.ex. frätande ämnen som syror, alkalier eller salter.

• Vid efterbehandling/renovering av rummet ska produkten skyddas

mot stänk från gips, färg och lösningsmedel.

• Se till att sektionerna inte kommer i kontakt med kalk, cement, alka-

lier eller rengöringsmedel (blekmedel, slippasta).

• Begränsa ytbehandlingsarbete med våta material. Avlägsna genast

murbruk om det kommer i kontakt med ytan på en sektion.

•

[B000231] använd fri vattendränering runt området vid den ne-

dre förseglingen,

• om du upplever ett alltför stort motstånd när du lyfter dörrbladet/dra-

periet ska du kontrollera att dörrgångjärnen, rullarna, kablarna och

ra alla nödvändiga justeringar (eller byta ut delar efter behov) enligt

dörrens installations- och användarhandbok,

95. INSTRUKTIONER FÖR ANVÄNDANDE

porten när den är i rörelse. Innan öppning eller stängning

så försäkra dig om att inga människor, och speciellt barn

eller föremål, är i vägen för garageporten. Inga människor,

föremål eller fordon får vistas inom portens rörelseområde.

i får ej blockeras. När portﬂygeln stängs eller öppnas

då bör man se till att inga personer står i vägen,

särskilt barn.

inte dörren när vindhastigheten överskrider motståndsklas-

sen för vindhastighet som anges på dörrskylten. Lufttrycket

gör att dörrbladet böjs. Vid kraftig vindhastighet kan dörr-

bladet och dörrkonstruktionen skadas.

• [B000103] OBS! Skador orsakade av temperaturskillnad.

Temperaturskillnaden mellan utomhus (miljö) och inomhus

(rum) kan göra att produktdelarna böjs (bimetalleekten).

Om detta inträar kan skador uppstå om produkten används.

över 8 år, personer med fysiska och/eller mentala funk-

tionsnedsättningar och ovana användare under tillsyn eller

95.1. ÖPPNA OCH STÄNGA

[B000093] Portar med eldrift bör öppnas enligt driftens Monterings-

tagen på insidan eller utsidan. Felaktig användning av dörren kan

orsaka olyckor.

Stänga - dörren ska stängas manuellt genom att trycka hårt med hand-

taget. Dörrens självlåsande reglar spärrar då lämpliga dörramelement.

Spärrar (lås) - dörrar kan förses med lås som spärras genom vridning

av nyckeln moturs i 360 grader när dörren inte är elmanövrerad.

Låsa upp dörren - använd nyckeln eller regeln:

• utifrån - vrid nyckeln 360° medurs

• inifrån - tryck på spärrspaken på låsets sida. Spaken vilar i det låga

läget. Dra spaken uppåt för att stänga porten.

•

[A000133] Spärren eller låset ska öppnas och stängas

smidigt utan ryck. Ryckningar minskar hållbarheten och

säkerheten vid användning.

•

[B000104] Alla manuella produkter ska öppnas och stäng-

as jämnt, utan ryck som försämrar produktens hållbarhet

och användarsäkerhet.

• [C000334] Försäkra dig om att låset eller skjutlåset inte

beﬁnner sig i stängt läge varje gång portöppnaren ska

användas. Att starta portöppnaren är endast tillåtet när

låset och eller/skjutlåset är i öppet läge, eller om porten

är utrustad med automatisk låsöppnare.

[C000078] Porten kan bara öppnas och stängas med

drivenheten när porten är inom synhåll för operatören, så-

vida den inte förses med lämpliga säkerhetsanordningar.

är drivenheten alltid kopplad till porten under normala

driftsförhållanden. Drivenheten får endast kopplas bort

i nödsituationer, t.ex. om drivenheten havererar. Efter att

stängts manuellt ska drivenheten kopplas in igen. Driven-

heten får inte kopplas bort medan den används eftersom

detta kan leda till permanenta skador på drivenheten.

Gångdörr

•

trycka handtaget i öppningsriktningen. Gångdörren ska öppnas och

stängas mjukt, utan skarpa ryck som kan påverka dess hållbarhet,

användande och säkerhet.

• Gångdörrar är korrekt monterade och installerade om portbladet rör

sig smidigt och är lätt att använda.

•

Undvik att slå igen dörren hårt, då detta kan skada täckfärg och inglas-

ning på portbladet, deformera det och skada gångjärn och tätningar.

•

Det är förbjudet att överbelasta gångdörren, lämna föremål i dess

väg och att manövrera dörren med våld.

•

[C000089] Varje gång rekommenderas att använda dörrstängare,

som bör endast tillämpas på självstängande dörrbladet efter dess

tidigare manuella öppning.

•

[C000090] Varje gång före igångsättning av porten bör man förvissa

sig om gångdörren är stängd. Gångdörren som monteras i en dörr

med en elektrisk drivenhet ska monteras med en gränslägesbryta-

re som förhindrar att drivenheten startas när gångdörren öppnas

och stoppar dörren när gångdörren öppnas medan drivenheten

är aktiverad.

• [C000091] Det är förbjudet att fästa ytterligare kraft (annat än dörr-

stängare) för att påskynda stängning av dörren, vilket leder till

störningar eller skador på dörrstängaren.

[C000209] Det är förbjudet att lämna föremål mellan dörrblad

96. LOPPANDE UNDERHÅLL

96.1. FÖLJANDE ÅTGÄRDER FÅR GENOMFÖRAS AV ÄGAREN

EFTER ATT DENNA NOGGRANT HAR LÄST IGENOM

BRUKSANVISNINGEN FÖR MONTERING OCH ANVÄNDNING

[D000166] Vidd allt underhållsarbete och alla besiktning-

ar bör strömmen kopplas bort fråm drivanoedningen.

Man ska koppla bort ackumulatorer också om de har bli-

vit levererade.

[C000476] Gör följande minst var tredje månad:

[C000470] Rengör ytorna på de yttre och inre dörrbladen med

en svamp och rent vatten eller rengöringsprodukter för lack som ﬁnns

på marknaden. Använd inte rengöringsmedel som kan repa ytan, vas-

sa verktyg, nitratlösningsbaserade produkter och rengöringsmedel.

Använd inte högtryckstvätt.

[B000217] Rengöra fönsterpaneler av glas (små fönster, glasa-

de aluminiumproﬁler).

Om du är osäker på vad glasningsmaterialet är tillverkat av ska du före

rengöring se till att rutan är reptålig. Material av låg hårdhet har lågt mot-

stånd mot mekanisk åverkan och repas lätt (t.ex. Standard SAN, PMMA).

Följ rekommendationerna nedan för att minimera risken för repor och

andra skador på rutornas ytor:

• Börja med att rengöra rutans yta med tryckluft eller spola den med

rinnande vatten för att avlägsna smuts- och dammpartiklar som kan

repa rutans yta.

• Använd därefter ett lämpligt mjukt rengöringsverktyg. Icke-slipande

rengöringsmedel kan användas. En alkoholfri, mild vätska med ett

neutralt pH-värde är ett lämpligt rengöringsmedel. Vi rekommende-

rar att du testar rengöringsmedlet på en liten yta på rutan.

• Använd ett mjukt vattenabsorberande sämskskinn eller en bomullst-

rasa för att torka av rutans yta.

•

Temperaturen för rutans yta och vattnet bör inte överstiga 25

°C vid rengöring.

Använd inte följande:

• gummirakor, skrapor och knivar

•

slipande kemikalier, lösningsmedel och alkoholbaserade

fönsterrengöringsmedel

• högtryckstvätt

• stora mängder vatten som kan leda till att dimma bildas på rutan

[D000231] Minst två gånger i månaden bör man utföra rengöring av de-

korativa element gjorda av rostfritt stål, t.ex. med hjälp av preparat för

vård av rostfritt stål Wurth (undvik kontakt med portbladet yta).

[B000220] Utför löpande inspektioner av produkten minst en gång

var sjätte månad och utför följande (om tillämpligt):

• kontrollera gångjärnsanslutningar, löprullar och ädrar, smörj vid be-

hov med t.ex. halvfast fett HWS-100 Würth,

•

kontrollera elementen som fäster produkten mot väggen, bultar

(skruvar) och matningsvalsar, åtgärda alla eventuella ojämnheter och

använd inte produkten förrän alla ojämnheter har åtgärdats,

• se till att elkablarna inte visar några tecken på slitage,

•

rengör fotocellskåporna eller signallampans skyddslins regelbundet,

• byt ut sändarbatterierna minst var tolfte månad,

• kontrollera att drivenheten sitter fast ordentligt,

•

smörj inte låscylindern med olja, använd graﬁtbaserat smörjmedel

vid behov,

•

kontrollera att mekanismen för nödöppning som medföljer driven-

heten fungerar korrekt,

•

utför underhåll på styrenheten enligt anvisningarna i styren-

hetens bruksanvisning.

[B000221] Följande åtgärder måste utföras mins var sjätte månad för

portar med en elektrisk drivenhet (om tillämpligt):

•

kontrollera om gränslägesbrytarna är korrekt justerade (använd

porten och var uppmärksam på den plats där porten stannar). När

porten stannar i stängt läge ska kablarna vara fortsatt spända. När

porten stannar i öppet läge ska den nedre tätningen inte ligga ovan-

för öppningen,

• kontrollera om de elektriska skyddsanordningarna fungerar korrekt

genom att simulera driftsförhållandena,

• kontrollera fotocellerna genom att simulera driftsförhållandena - när

ljusstrålen bryts ska porten stanna och ändra riktning,

• kontrollera stängningssensorn för låset eller haspen - när låset eller

haspen är stängd ska porten inte kunna användas,

•

kontrollera ljusridån - när ljusstrålen bryts ska porten stanna och

ändra riktning,

•

kontrollera stängningssensorn för gångdörren - när gångdörren är öp-

pen ska porten inte kunna användas,

[C000453] Kontrollera att överbelastningsskyddet (gäller

för styrenheter med överbelastningsjustering) och den

optiska listen fungerar som de ska. Porten ska stanna och

backa när portbladet rör vid ett föremål (gjort av hård ex-

panderad polypropen, XPS eller trä) 80 [mm] i diameter

och 50 [mm] hög som står på marken.

Stabiliseringsenheten kräver inget speciellt underhåll, dock håll den ren

för att förhindra vidhäftning av smuts, speciellt sanden. I fall av skada

på rep bör dem bytas omedelbart.

ten om fel i dess användande eller dess komponenter

upptäcks. Använd inte porten. Kontakta ett auktoriserat

servicecenter eller en yrkesinstallatör.

Serviceinspektion

96.2. ÅTGÄRDER FÅR ENDAST UTFÖRAS AV EN PROFESSIONELL

INSTALLATÖR

[D000166] Vidd allt underhållsarbete och alla besiktning-

ar bör strömmen kopplas bort fråm drivanoedningen.

Man ska koppla bort ackumulatorer också om de har bli-

vit levererade.

[A000093] Kontrollera dörren med jämna mellanrum, minst var

12:e månad.

• [C000474] Identiﬁera dörren: dörrtyp, serienummer.

• Kontrollera dörrens skylt och varnings- och informationsdekaler, och

sätt dit sådana om de saknas.

•

Kontrollera dörrens garantisedel eller rapportbok - giltighet, aktu-

ell information.

• Kontrollera driftförhållandena för dörren. Om de skiljer sig från öns-

kat driftförhållande eller om dörren inte används på det sätt som

avses ska du informera ägaren om de tänkbara följderna (t.ex. fel

som kan uppstå).

•

Kontrollera att låset eller spärren fungerar som de ska (om tillämpligt).

•

Kontrollera att ärrkontrollen fungerar. Byt ut batterierna om det behövs.

•

Läs antalet cykler och skriv ned dem i garantisedeln (dörrar med ope-

ratörer med funktion för cykelräkning).

•

Åtgärda eventuella ojämnheter i dörrmanövreringen, samt skador

på delarna som kan förhindra säker användning.

•

[B000219] Gör en visuell kontroll av rutornas skick, och se till att

du upptäcker eventuella skador.

• Gör en visuell kontroll av spårens tekniska skick.

• Kontrollera de mekaniska komponenterna som påverkar säkerheten

och korrekt användande av produkten, åtgärda alla fel och reparera

eller byt defekta komponenter och delar.

•

Kontrollera om bandrullarna roterar under öppning och stängning

av dörrbladet. Kontrollera skicket på rullarna om de uppvisar motstånd

eller om de inte roterar alls. Justera valsarna eller byt ut de fullstän-

diga enheterna om detta behövs.

•

Kontrollera packningarnas och borstarnas skick, och byt ut dem

om synliga skador upptäcks.

• Kontrollera om fri vattendränering förekommer runt området vid den

nedre förseglingen.

•

Kontrollera om alla elektriska skyddsanordningar fungerar korrekt

genom att simulera deras driftsförhållanden som anges i avsnitt 96.3.

•

Om de elektriska operatörerna inte fungerar ska du koppla bort

operatören från strömförsörjningen under 2-3 minuter och däref-

ter ansluta åter.

•

Kontrollera att operatören fungerar som den ska, och kontrollera

gränslägesbrytarens justering enligt.

• Kontrollera att nödöppningsmekanismen som levereras med opera-

tören fungerar korrekt.

• Utför alla åtgärder i enlighet med installations- och användarhand-

boken för dörren, den elektriska operatören och manöverenheten.

•

Kontrollera att lås- eller spärrmekanismen och stängningssensorn för

låset eller spärren fungerar korrekt - när låset eller spärren är stäng-

da ska dörren inte fungera (om tillämpligt).

• Kontrollera elsystemet och i synnerhet elledningarna.

•

FÖRSIKTIGHET! Om ovanstående åtgärder inte utförs

kan det leda till att bladet plötsligt faller ned, vilket utgör

en fara för människor eller föremål i närheten.

[C000485] fäst en inspektionsetikett på beslagen på portsidan (över

märkskylten) som bekräftar att inspektionen har utförts.

[B000228] avläs antalet cykler och notera dem på garantisedeln (portar

utrustade med drivenheter med cykelräknare). Om porten överstiger det

garanterad antalet cykler (antalet cykler framgår av de allmänna garanti-

villkoren) ska nya ädrar och kablar beställas (antalet cykler beräknas

från föregående äder- och kabelbyte).

• [B000209] Kontrollera att produkten är korrekt justerad

och uppfyller kraven i EN 13241, EN 12453 och EN 12445.

Genomför kontrollerna som beskrivs i avsnitt 96.3, 96.4.

96.3. JUSTERING AV DRIVENHET

[B000229] När du har avslutat installationen, kontrollera rörelsen hos

drivenheten och överbelastningsbrytarens funktion. När porten stöter

på ett hinder, ska den stanna och vända riktning.

OBS! Olycksfallrisk!

Man bör kontrollera att drivanordningen stannar medan porten öppas

då ﬂygeln belastas med en vikt på 20 kg sam sättes fast centralt vid

ﬂygelns nedre kant.

[C000453] Kontrollera att överbelastningsskyddet (gäller

för styrenheter med överbelastningsjustering) och den

optiska listen fungerar som de ska. Porten ska stanna

och backa när portbladet rör vid ett föremål (gjort av hård

expanderad polypropen, XPS eller trä) 80 [mm] i diameter

riktning så snart fotocellsstrålen bryts.

96.4. JUSTERA ÖVERBELASTNINGSSKYDDET

[D000689] När slutpositionerna ställs in justerar drivenheten automa-

tiskt överbelastningsfunktionen (gäller drivenheter med denna funktion).

Överbelastningskänsligheten kan justeras manuellt i enlighet med sty-

renhetens bruksanvisning.

•

[C000455] Ställ in kraft och känslighet på överbelastnings-

skyddet enligt installationshandboken för drivenheten

(gäller drivenheter med justerbar överbelastning).

•

Den angivna kraften för överbelastningsskyddet bör vara

den minimala kraft som krävs för att genomföra en full-

ständig öppnings- och stängningscykel.

• Inställningen för överbelastningskänslighet är avgöran-

de för att skydda mot olyckor eller krossning av element

som sitter i öppningen. I enlighet med standarden

PN-EN 12453 får portkantsskyddets dynamiska kraft inte

överskrida 400 [N], medan varaktigheten för dynamisk

kraftanvändning inte får överskrida 750 [ms].

förhindra risken för personskador och egendomsskador.

96.5. STABILISERINGSENHET

[D000557] Användningsområde

Fallskyddsmekanismen har testats och certiﬁerats med segmentportar

från tillverkaren. Systemet är endast certiﬁerat för att användas i dörrar

som produceras av tillverkaren. Tillverkaren har inget ansvar för att an-

vända denna skyddsmekanism i andra dörrar.

Fallskyddsmekanismen kan användas i alla segmentportar som produ-

ceras av tillverkaren och som öppnas vertikalt med hjälp av en drivenhet

eller manuellt. Enheten är lämplig för dörrar med en dörrbladsvikt på 20-

500 kg.

Fallskyddsmekanismen ska monteras på båda kablarna som dörrbla-

det är upphängt på.

Göromål som bör genomföras vid service översynen

Inom service översynen en gång om året bör man utföra följande:

1. Släpp äderspänning i porten.

2. Kontrollera tillstånd av ädern samarbetande med spaken.

Kontrollera om spaken bladet, som fäster repet ﬂyttar fritt

utan bindning.

4. Kontrollera om den övre rullen rör sig fritt i hylsan, om nödvändigt,

smörj med fett.

I fall fastställande av störningar i enhetens funktion bör man INTE utfö-

ras några som helst reparationer, enheten måste utbytas.

Procedur efter aktivering (blockering) av anordning

• Säkra portbladet mot fall.

• Lossa äderspänning.

• För att lätt avleda säkerhetsspaken först måste man lyfta portbladet

lite och dra sedan spaken nedåt.

• Ta bort skyddet.

•

VARNING! Om anordningen fungerade (användes) bör

den ovillkorligen ersättas med nya.

•

Byt ut alla delar i porten, som deformerades efter

igångsättning av enheten.

96.6. ÅTGÄRDER SOM ENDAST FÅR UTFÖRAS

96.7. VANLIGA FRÅGOR

Repen till porten föll från trumman

• Kontrollera spänning av repen

• För eldrivna portar kontrollera inställning av ändlägesbrytare

• Kontrollera avståndet mellan styrskenor på hela längden, se till

om porten inte har blockerat i styrskenorna

• Kontrollera vinkel på horisontella styrskenor (om de har korrekt

lutning)

• Kontrollera placering av buertar

• Kontrollera om längden av de båda repen är identisk

porten öppnas hårt/stängs plötsligt portbladet är inte balan-

• Kontrollera äderspänningen - öppna porten till hälften,

porten bör förbli i detta läge. Om grinden faller tydligt bör

ökas äderspänningen. Om grinden har ﬂyttats upp, minska

äderspänningen. Båda ädrar bör ha samma spänning

• Kontrollera skicket på ädrar och smörj dem

• Kontrollera korrekt lindning och sträckning av rep

Under drift av porten ﬁnns ett högt motstånd i rörelse, portbladet öpp-

nar inte jämnt

• Kontrollera om rullarna vrider sig under öppning och stängning

av portgardinen. Om rullarna motstår eller inte vrider sig alls, justera

dem på nytt och smörja

• Kontrollera om det inte ﬁnns föroreningar i styrskenor som kan

påverka felaktig drift av porten

• Kontrollera skicket på ädrar och smörja dem

Under drift av porten uppträder vibrationer av monteringsstrukturen

• Kontrollera skicket på alla fästen i rörliga kopplingar,

anslutningselement och vid behov förbättra dem (skruvar till

drivsystemet, styrskenor och gångjärn, osv)

• Kontrollera korrekthet av fastsättning av horisontella styrskenor
