Hand Sanitizer Dispenser

Product Introduction
This product measures the human body temperature by
collecting infrared thermal radiation from the human body,
and then give voice alert whether the body temperature is
normal or abnormal. After the test is completed, the outlet
will dispense hand sanitizer to sterilize the hands when
putting the hands near the outlet. This is a multi-functional
automated product with both temperature measurement
and sterilization functions. The operation is simple. Users
only need to point the forehead or wrist to the probe for
measure the body temperature. After the test is completed,
put the hand near the hand sanitizer outlet and you can get
wash-free hand sanitizer for disinfection. This product could
be widely used in Schools, Hotels, Offices, Restaurants,
Homes or other public properties.

Operating Instruction
Open the battery cover on the back of the product. Install 4
AA batteries or connect the 5V power adapter to the micro
USB port.
Turn the power switch On.
When the forehead or wrist is 1~5cm away from the
infrared sensor, the product will automatically detect the
body temperature and report the results by voice.
Place your hand 5cm below the liquid outlet. After infrared
sensor sensing your hand, it will automatically dispense
hand sanitizer for disinfection.
Before using the product, the product should be fixed using
the supporting bracket or other methods, and the product
should not be inverted or tilted.
This product uses 4 AA batteries, please do not use used
and new batteries together, so as not to affect the use of the
product.
Before using hand sanitizer, please observe the remaining
amount of hand sanitizer. If the hand sanitizer is
insufficient, please refill in time.

Liquid volume selection: In this mode, press
the - Key again to select the liquid volume
size adjustment into 3 modes. The
corresponding screen displays L1, L2 or L3.
When not operating about 2 seconds, the
device will automatically turn to standby
mode.
Hold the - Key then switch on the power
Key. It will enter sanitizer outlet pipeair
draining mode. This mode isused for the
product when the sanitizer liquid isload at
the first time. Liquid sanitizer can only
dispense when the redundant air in the pipe
isdischarged. Then release the - Key to exit
and enter standby.
Temperature Compensation mode. Press
the + or - Key to adjust the temperature
compensation range + / - (1°C). Then press
SET Key to exit.

There are two power supply modes for this product, which
supported by 4 AA batteries or 5V DC power supply.
Switch the power button to ON, the power light is on, and
the display will show 000. When the forehead or wrist is
1~5CM away from the infrared sensor of the product, the
product will automatically detect the body temperature, the
result will be showed on the display and also reported by
voice, the testing indicator light will light up the
corresponding color simultaneously.
When the body temperature is normal at 32~37.5°C, the
display shows the current measured temperature and the
voice prompts that the temperature is normal with the
green light of the test result indicator.
When the body temperature is abnormal at 37.6~38.1°C,
the display shows the current measured temperature and
the voice prompts that the temperature is high with the
yellow light of the test result indicator.
When the body temperature is in an abnormal state
between 38.2~42.9°C, the display shows the measured
temperature and the voice prompts that the body
temperature is too high with the red light of the test result
indicator.
When the measured temperature is lower than 34°C, the
display shows Lo with the voice prompts the measured
temperature.
When the measured temperature is higher than 42.9°C,
the display shows Hl, and the voice prompts re-measure.
When the language is selected as English, only test result
is reported by voice, actual temperature will not be
reported
After the body temperature detection is completed, place
your hand at the bottom liquid outlet within 5cm. After the
sensor detects the object, it will automatically dispense the
hand sanitizer to the hand for disinfection and sterilization.
There are 3 levels for liquid output. Time of liquid output:
about 1.5sec. in L1, about 2sec. in L2, about 2.5sec in L3.
When there is no human body detecting temperature for
more than 15 seconds, the system will enter the standby
mode intelligently and the display shows 000. When the
infrared sensor senses the human body, the system will
automatically wake up and enter the temperature
measurement mode.

Precautions
This product is not a medical product and the measured
body temperature is for reference only. If there is any
temperature abnormality indication, please consult a
doctor in time.
Please read the User Manual before using this product
and operate it according to the technical parameters.
Clean the infrared sensor immediately if hand sanitizer
or anything is blocking off it, to make sure the liquid
output normally.
When using the product, it should be fixed by supporting
bracket or other methods. And the product should not be
inverted or tilted. It should be placed in a stable and safe
place to prevent the product from falling down and
damage.
This product is only applicable for washing-free hands
sanitizer or normal hands sanitizer. Any unpleasant
experience or damage caused by using other liquids, it
should not be the quality problem of this product.
The infrared temperature measuring probe is a high
precision product. Please do not use hard objects to
strike. At the same time, pay attention to the surface of
the probe for particles to prevent inaccurate
measurement.
When the product is not in use for a long time, please
remove the battery to avoid damage to the product by
battery leakage.

Installation Methods

Tripod Installation
Loosen the upper and lower fastening screws of the
tripod first. Loosen the fastening screws on the tripod
support feet. Pull out the tripod center column, and open
the support feet.
Fix the product base on the tripod and lock it with a
special nut.
Place the tripod on a flat floor, set the height, and tighten
the upper and lower fastening screws and the feet
screws.
Install the product to the bracket after the battery and
hands sanitizer are loaded.
