The distance between the supporting
surface for the cooking vessels on the hob
and the lower part of the hood must be at
least65cm.Iftheinstructionsforinstallation
for the hob specify a greater distance, this
has to be taken into account.
The air collected must not be conveyed
into a duct used to blow off smokes from
appliances fed with an energy other than
electricity (central heating systems,
thermosiphons, water-heaters, etc.).
Comply with the official instructions
provided by the competent authorities in
merit when installing the disposal duct. In
addition, exhaust air should not be
discharged into a wall cavity, unless the
cavity is designed for that purpose.
The room must be well aerated in case a
hood and some other heat equipment fed
with an energy other than electricity (gas,
oil, coal heaters, etc) operate at the same
time. In fact the intake hood, disposing of
air,couldcreateavacuumintheroom.The
vacuumshouldnotexceed0,04mbar.This
prevents the gas exhausted by the heat
source from being intaken again. It is
therefore advisable to ensure the room
contains air taps able to ensure a steady
flow of fresh air.
ATTENTION: This appliance must be
grounded.
ThefollowingwarningisvalidintheUnited
Kingdom only: in case your cable is not
furnished with a plug, read the following
instructions; as the colours of the wires in
the mains lead of this appliance may not
correspond with the coloured markings
identifying the terminals in your plug,
proceed as follows:
– the wire which is coloured green and
yellowmustbeconnectedtotheterminalin
theplugwhichismarkedwiththeletterEor
by the earth symbol [ ], or coloured
green or green and yellow;
– the wire which is coloured blue must be
connected to the terminal which is marked
with the letter N or coloured black;
–thewirewhichiscolouredbrownmustbe
connected to the terminal which is marked
with the letter L or coloured red.
When making the electrical connections,
checkthatthecurrent socket hasaground
connection and that the voltage values
correspond to those indicated on the data
plate inside the appliance itself.
Incaseyourapplianceisnotfurnishedwith
a non separating flexible cable and has no
plug,orhas not gotanyotherdeviceensu-
ringomnipolardisconnectionfromtheelec-
tricitymain,withacontactopeningdistance
of at least 3 mm, such separating device
ensuringdisconnectionfromthemainmust
be included in the fixed installation. If your
unitfeaturesapowerleadandplug,position
this so the plug is accessible.
Always switch off the electricity supply
before carrying out any cleaning or
servicing operations on the appliance.
Avoid using materials which could cause
spurts of flame (flambées) near the
appliance.
Whenfrying,takeparticularcaretoprevent
oil and grease from catching fire. Already
used oil is especially dangerous in this
respect. Do not use uncovered electric
grates.
Toavoidpossiblerisksoffirealwayscomply
with the indicated instructions when
cleaninggreasefiltersandwhen removing
grease deposits from the appliance.
Thoroughservicingguaranteescorrectand
long-lasting operation.
Any fat deposits should be removed from
the appliance periodically depending on
amount of use (at least every 2 months).
Avoidusingabrasiveorcorrosiveproducts.
Tocleanpaintedappliancesontheoutside,
use a cloth dipped in lukewarm water and
neutral detergent. To clean steel, copper
or brass appliances on the outside, it is
always best to use specific products,
following the instructions on the products
themselves. To clean the inside of the
appliance, use a cloth (or brush) dipped in
denatured ethyl alcohol.

D e s c r i p t i o n
Sensor
This appliance is equipped with a completely
automatic system (Advanced Sensor Control)
capable to manage all the functions of your
hood.
Thanks to the ASC, the air in the kitchen is
costantly clean and odour free without any
manual intervention.
The advanced sensor catches all sort of
vapours, smokes and odours caused by the
cooking process.
The ASC also captures an abnormal presence
of GAS.
Ducting / Filtering / with an External Motor
The hood may be installed in the filtering version, in the ducting version or in the version with an
external motor.
Filtering version (Fig. 1)
The hood aspirates the kitchen air saturated with fumes and odours, purifies it through the grease
filter/s and charcoal filter and returns clean air into the room.
For constant efficiency, the charcoal filter must be replaced periodically. The charcoal filter is not
supplied.
Ducting version (Fig. 2)
The hood aspirates the kitchen air saturated with fumes and odours, passes it through the grease
filter/s and expels it to the outside through an outlet pipe. With this version the charcoal filter is
not required.
Version with an external motor (Fig. 3): the hood is connected to a vacuum motor set outside the
kitchen, or outside the building; the motor aspirates the kitchen air saturated with fumes and
odours making it go through the grease filters of the hood, then through the air disposal duct to
make it go outside.
If you chose to install this version of the hood, you have to buy it already fit for this installation,
which means without the motor inside; moreover you have to buy a vacuum motor (only use
vacuum units suggested in the original catalogue, MAX 380 watt). With this version the
charcoal filters are not required.
Decide from the outset on the type of installation (filtering, ducting or with an external motor). For
greater efficiency, we recommend you install the hood in the ducting version or in the version with
an external motor (if possible). Attention: you can chose to install the hood with an external motor
only if you have bought a hood already planed for this version.

Hang the hood on the bracket (Fig. 6).
Adjust the horizontal position moving the hood
to the right or left so that it is aligned with the
wall units. When adjustment has been
completed, without removing the hood, mark
the other 4 holes to be drilled (C) in the wall.
Remove the hood and drill the holes marked
(8 mm diameter). Then use the 4 screw
anchors and the 4 screws provided for final
fixing.
Mount the plate of the electrical system fixing
it with 3 screws (Fig. 7).
Install the flange in the device air outlet and
press slightly (Fig.8).
Fixing the telescopic flues
Adjust the width of the support bracket (D) of
the telescopic flue by means of the screws
(E) as shown in Fig.9; then, by means of the
screw anchors and screws (F) provided, fix
the bracket to the ceiling in such a way that
it is positioned along the axis with your hood.
Connect the air outlet pipe to the air vent of
the hood. - Use a flexible pipe and lock it to
the air vent of the hood with a metal hose
clamp - Fig. 10 (pipe and clamp are not
provided).
For exhaust hoods, turn the upper flue over
so that the air exhaust grid is in the lower
section (Fig. 11).
Plug in the hood.
Insert the extension flues setting them on the
hood; extend the upper flue to the ceiling
and secure with the 2 screws (H) - Fig. 12.

ATTENTION: Two persons are required for
proper installation; the unit should be installed
by a qualified operator.
Before fixing, the outlet pipe for air evacuation
to the outside must be installed.
Use an outlet pipe with:
– minimum indispensable length;
– minimum possible bends (maximum angle
of bend: 90°);
– certified material (according to the State);
– an as smooth as possible inside. It is also
advisable to avoid any drastic changes in pipe
cross-section (recommended diameter: 150
mm).
For air evacuation to the outside, follow all
the other instructions given on the “Warnings”
section.
Prepare the power supply within the telescopic
chimney (for the electrical connection, follow
all the other instructions on the “Warnings”
section).
Fixing to the wall
Draw a line on the wall in vertical line with
your hob. Mark the first 2 holes to be drilled
in the wall, respecting the distances indicated
in Fig. 4. Drill the 2 holes and fit the screw
anchors provided.
Bear in mind that the distance between the
lower edge of the hood and the hob must be
min. 650 mm.
Fix the metal bracket (A) to the wall using
the 2 holes just drilled (Fig. 4); the screws for
fixing the bracket are provided. Use the 2
cut-out triangles on the bracket to position it
exactly along the vertical axis of the hood.

Fitting the charcoal filter
Fig. 13: turn the panel gripping it from the
font part of the hood. Remove the grease
filter: push the handle outwards and pull the
filter downwards; then fit the charcoal filter
(Fig.14) by inserting the two filter clips in
the slots and turning the filter towards the
inside of the hood.
Fixing the telescopic flues
Adjust the width of the support bracket (D) of
the telescopic flue by means of the screws
(E) as shown in Fig. 9.
Then, by means of the screw anchors and
screws (F) provided, fix the bracket to the
ceiling in such a way that it is positioned
along the axis with your hood.
Mount the flange on the hood in
correspondence to the air outlet point (Fig.15).
Take the air baffle and fit a flexible pipe to it
(125 mm diameter) locking it with a metal
hose clamp (pipe and clamps are not
provided). Fit the air baffle to the upper flue
(Fig. 16) with 4 screws.
Connect the flexible pipe to the flange on the
air vent (Fig. 17).
Plug in the hood.
Insert the extension flues setting them on the
hood; extend the upper flue to the ceiling
and secure with the 2 screws H (Fig. 12).

Fixing to the wall

Fixing the telescopic flues
Adjust the width of the support bracket (D) of
the telescopic flue by means of the screws
(E) as shown in Fig.9; then, by means of the
screw anchors and screws (F) provided, fix
the bracket to the ceiling in such a way that
it is positioned along the axis with your hood.
Connect the air outlet pipe to the air vent of
the hood.
Use a flexible pipe and lock it to the air vent
of the hood with a metal hose clamp - Fig.
10 (pipe and clamp are not provided).
Turn the upper flue over so that the air
exhaust grid is in the lower section (Fig. 11).
Connect the hood to the external motor using
the special terminal block (Fig. 19): remove
wire clamp A and lid B from the wiring junction
box; fix the connecting wire of the external
motor to terminal C; then replace wire clamp A
and lid B on the wiring junction box; the other
end of the wire is secured to the terminal block
on the external motor.
Plug in the hood.
Insert the extension flues setting them on the
hood; extend the upper flue to the ceiling
and secure with the 2 screws (H) - Fig. 12.

once installation has been completed, make
sure that the hood is firmly secured in place.
Before fixing, the outlet pipe for air evacuation
to the outside must be installed.

of bend: 90°);
– certified material (according to the State);
– an as smooth as possible inside. It is also
advisable to avoid any drastic changes in pipe

Using the special drilling template, drill the
holesforfixingtothe ceilingontheverticalside
ofyourhob.Carefullyobservealltheindications
for final positioning of the apparatus. Take into
account that one of the template axes must
correspond to the axis of the hood controls.
Fix the bracket to the ceiling using the screws
and screw anchors provided (Fig. 20).
Be careful, because the position of the bracket
determines the final position of the apparatus:
the side with the slot B corresponds to the side
opposite the controls.
Assemble the plate of the electrical system
fixing it with 2 screws and 2 metal washers
(Fig.21).
Fix the telescopic structure to the bracket by
means of 4 screws (provided), running the air
evacuationpipethroughthetelescopicstructure
andtheelectricpowercablethroughthespecial
hole in the bracket (Fig. 22).
Adjust the height of the telescopic structure by
means of the four retaining screws C (Fig. 23),
taking into account that the height of the hood
is 80 mm and that the distance between the
hood and the hob must be at least 650 mm
(Fig.24).
Take the upper flue (with the round slots) and
fit it on the telescopic structure with the slots
facing upwards; fit the flue to the bracket with
2 screws (Fig. 25).
Takethelowerflueandfititinthesamemanner
as before; slide it to the top and stop it in that
position using a adhesive tape (Fig. 26).
Takethe flange withthemetal valve (Fig.27H)
and assemble it onto the opening of the hood
for air venting, pressing slightly.
Fit the hood to the telescopic structure by
means of 4 screws (provided) – Fig. 28.
Through openings D (Fig. 28) fix the air
evacuation pipe to flange H.
Maketheelectricalconnectionbymeansofthe
power cable.
Remove the adhesive tape and pull the lower
flue downwards, placing it gently onto the
apparatus.
Installation is now complete and the grease
filters can be reassembled.

Adjust the height of the telescopic structure by
means of the four retaining screws C (Fig. 23),
taking into account that the height of the hood
is 80 mm and that the distance between the
hood and the hob must be at least 650 mm
(Fig.24).Insert the airbaffle (F) inthe structure
(Fig.29).
Through the openings E (Fig.30), fit the flange
(G) to the baffle (F) locking it with a turning
movement.
Fix a flexible pipe to the flange (G) for air
evacuation (Fig. 30).
Take the upper flue (with the round slots) and
fit it on the telescopic structure with the slots
facing upwards; fit the flue to the bracket with
2 screws (Fig. 25).
Takethelowerflueandfititinthesamemanner
as before; slide it to the top and stop it in that
position using a adhesive tape (Fig. 26).
Take the reduction (Fig. 31L) and assemble it
onto the air venting opening of the hood,
pressing slightly.
Fit the hood to the telescopic structure by
means of 4 screws (provided) – Fig. 32.
Fix the air evacuation pipe onto the reduction
(L).
Maketheelectricalconnectionbymeansofthe
power cable.
Remove the adhesive tape and pull the lower
flue downwards, placing it gently onto the
apparatus.
Fittingthecharcoalfilter:turnthepanelgripping
it from the font part of the hood (Fig. 33).
Remove the grease filter: push the handle
outwards and pull the filter downwards; then
fit the charcoal filter (Fig.34) by inserting the
two filter clips in the slots and turning the filter
towards the inside of the hood.
Installation is now complete and the grease
filters can be reassembled.

L) LIGHTS on/off switch.
1) Activates the motor at the first speed (the icon
lights-up). By pressing on the icon for about 2
seconds the motor will stop.
2) Activates the motor at the second speed (the
icon lights-up). All of the other icons relative to
the speed remain switched off.
3) Activates the motor at the third speed (the
icon lights-up). All of the other icons relative to
the speed remain switched off.
4) Activates the motor at the fourth speed (the
icon lights-up). All of the other icons relative to
the speed remain switched off.
A) Activates the function SENSOR (the icon lights-
up). The sensitivity of the sensor can be
modified to suit your requirements. To modify
the sensitivity, pressing on the icon for about 2
seconds and pressing on the icon 1, 2, 3, or 4
(the icon flashes)
F) FILTER ALARM. After 30 working hours, the
icon lights up to indicate that the grease filter/s
must be cleaned.
After 120 working hours, the icon flashes to in-
dicate that the grease filter/s must be cleaned
and the charcoal filters replaced.
To re-start the hour - counter, reset by pressing
on the icon while it is lit (or while it flashes).

Grease Filter
Pay special attention to the grease filter - it
must be cleaned at regular intervals, when
the grease filter alarm is shown.
Instructions about the Filter Alarm are
included in the Controls paragraph.
Disassembly of the grease filter:
turn the panel gripping it from the font part
of the hood (Fig. 36); push the handle
outwards and pull the filter downwards.
Wash the filter with neutral detergent.

Lighting
To replace the halogen lamps, open the
cover by prising in the slots (Fig. 39).
Replace with lamps of the same type.
WARNING: Do not touch the new lamp
with bare hands.

Charcoal Filter
Using the appliance as a Filtering Version
requires the replacement of the charcoal fat
regular intervals, when the charcoal filter
alarm shows. Instructions about the Filter
Alarm are included in the Controls paragraph.
Disassembly of the charcoal filter:
turn the panel gripping it from the front part
of the hood (Fig. 36); remove the grease
filter by pushing the handle outwards and
pulling it down.
Then remove the charcoal filter (Fig. 37/38):
push the catch towards the inside and turn
the filter so that the 2 filter clips slip out of
their seats.

La distanza minima tra la superficie di
supporto delle pentole sul piano di cottu-
ra e la parte inferiore della cappa deve
essere 65 cm. Se le istruzioni per l’instal-
lazione del piano di cottura specificano
una distanza maggiore, questa deve es-
sere tenuta in considerazione.
L'aria raccolta non deve essere convo-
gliata in un condotto usato per lo scarico
di fumi di apparecchi alimentati con ener-
gia diversa da quella elettrica (impianti di
riscaldamento centralizzati, termosifoni,
scaldabagni ecc.).
Per lo scarico dell'aria da evacuare ri-
spettare le prescrizioni delle autorità com-
petenti. Inoltre l'aria da scaricare non deve
essere eliminata attraverso una cavità del
muro a meno che tale cavità non sia de-
stinata a questo scopo.
Prevedere un'adeguata areazione del lo-
cale quando una cappa e apparecchi ali-
mentati con energia diversa da quella
elettrica (stufe a gas, ad olio, a carbone
ecc), vengono usati contemporaneamen-
te. Infatti la cappa aspirante evacuando
l'aria potrebbe creare una pressione
negativa nella stanza. La pressione ne-
gativa del locale non deve superare i 0,04
mbar, evitando così il risucchio dei gas di
scarico della fonte di calore. Pertanto at-
trezzare il locale con delle prese d’aria
che alimentino un flusso costante di aria
fresca.
ATTENZIONE: Questo apparecchio
deve essere collegato a terra.
Nell’operazione di collegamento elettrico
assicurarsi che la presa di corrente sia
munita di collegamento di terra e verifi-
care che i valori di tensione corrisponda-
no con quelli indicati nella targhetta inse-
rita all’interno dell’apparecchio. Se il
Vostro apparecchio non è provvisto di
cavo flessibile non separabile e di spina,
o di altro dispositivo che assicuri la
onnipolare disinserzione dalla rete, con
una distanza di apertura dei contatti di
almeno 3 mm, allora tali dispositivi di
separazione dalla rete devono essere
previsti nell'installazione fissa. Se il Vo-
stro apparecchio è provvisto di cavo ali-
mentazione e di spina, porre l'apparec-
chio in modo che la spina sia accessibi-
le.
Prima di procedere a qualsiasi operazio-
ne di pulizia o manutenzione è necessa-
rio togliere tensione.
Evitare l’uso di materiali che causano
fiammate (flambè) nelle immediate vici-
nanze dell’apparecchio.
Nel caso di fritture fare particolarmente
attenzione al pericolo di incendio che co-
stituiscono olio e grassi. Particolarmente
pericoloso per la sua infiammabilità è l’olio
già usato. Non usare griglie elettriche sco-
perte.
Per evitare un possibile rischio di incen-
dio attenersi alle istruzioni indicate per la
pulizia dei filtri antigrasso e la rimozione
di eventuali depositi di grasso sull’appa-
recchio.
Un'accurata manutenzione garantisce un
buon funzionamento ed un buon rendi-
mento nel tempo.
La rimozione di eventuali depositi di gras-
so dall'apparecchio va effettuata periodi-
camente in rapporto all'uso (almeno ogni
2 mesi). Evitare l'uso di prodotti conte-
nenti abrasivi o corrosivi. Per la pulizia
esterna di apparecchi verniciati adopera-
re un panno inumidito con acqua tiepida
e detersivo neutro; per la pulizia esterna
di apparecchi in acciaio, rame od ottone
è consigliato l'uso di prodotti specifici, se-
guendo le istruzioni indicate sul prodotto;
per la pulizia interna dell'apparecchio usa-
re un panno/pennello imbevuto di alcool
etilico denaturato.

Sensore
Questa cappa è dotata di un sistema com-
pletamente automatico (Advanced Sensor
Control) per gestire tutte le funzioni della
cappa.
Grazie all’Advanced Sensor Control, l’aria in
cucina si mantiene sempre pulita e libera da
odori senza alcun inervento da parte dell’uten-
te.
I sofisticati sensori riescono a captare qual-
siasi tipo di odore, vapore, fumo o calore
causato dal processo di cottura.
L’ASC capta anche eventuali e anomale pre-
senze di GAS nell’ambiente.
Aspirante / Filtrante / Con Motore Esterno
La cappa puo’ essere installata in versione filtrante, in versione aspirante o in versione con motore
esterno.
Versione filtrante (Fig. 1)
La cappa aspira l’aria della cucina impregnata di fumi e di odori, depurandola attraverso il/i filtri anti-
grasso ed il filtro carbone per poi re-immetterla pulita nella stanza.
Per una costante efficienza, è necessario sostituire periodicamente il filtro al carbone.
Il filtro al carbone non è in dotazione.
Versione aspirante (Fig. 2)
La cappa aspira l’aria della cucina impregnata di fumi e di odori facendola passare attraverso il/i filtri
anti-grasso, poi la espelle all’esterno attraverso un condotto di scarico.
In questa versione non è necessario utilizzare il filtro al carbone.
Versione con motore esterno (Fig. 3): la cappa va collegata ad una centralina aspirante posta in
al di fuori della cucina o all’esterno dell’edificio; la centralina aspira l’aria della cucina impregnata
di fumi e di odori facendola passare attraverso i filtri anti-grasso della cappa, poi attraverso il
condotto di scarico ed infine la espelle all’esterno.
Se volete installare la cappa in questa versione, dovete acquistarla già predisposta, cioè senza
il gruppo motore all’interno; inoltre dovete acquistare una centralina aspirante (usare solo centraline
proposte nel catalogo originale, max 380 watt). In questa versione non è necessario utilizzare
il filtro al carbone.
Decidete sin dall’inizio il tipo di installazione (filtrante, aspirante o con motore esterno). Per una
maggiore efficienza, consigliamo di installare la cappa in versione aspirante o in versione con
motore esterno (se possibile). Attenzione: potete scegliere l’installazione con motore esterno solo
se avete acquistato la cappa già predisposta per questa versione.

Agganciate quindi la cappa alla staffa (Fig.6).
Regolare la posizione orizzontale spostando
la cappa a destra o a sinistra secondo le
esigenze di allineamento ai pensili.
A regolazione avvenuta, senza togliere la cap-
pa, segnare sul muro gli altri 4 fori da fare
(C); sganciare la cappa ed effettuare i fori
segnati (diametro 8mm); utilizzare poi 4 tas-
selli e 4 viti (in dotazione) per il fissaggio
definitivo.
Montare la piastra dell'impianto elettrico fis-
sandola con 3 viti (Fig.7).
Montare la flangia sulla bocca uscita aria
dell’apparecchio esercitando una leggera
pressione (Fig.8).
Fissaggio dei tubi telescopici
Regolare la larghezza della staffa di suppor-
to (D) del tubo telescopico tramite le viti (E)
indicate in Fig. 9; successivamente, median-
te i tasselli e le viti (F) in dotazione, fissare
la staffa al soffitto facendo in modo che sia
in asse con la vostra cappa.
Collegare il condotto per lo scarico dell’aria
con la bocca uscita aria della cappa; utilizza-
re un tubo flessibile e bloccarlo alla bocca
uscita aria della cappa con una fascetta
metallica - Fig. 10 - (tubo e fascetta non sono
in dotazione).
Per la versione aspirante capovolgere il tubo
superiore in modo che le griglie di evacua-
zione aria siano nella parte bassa (Fig.11).
Effettuare il collegamento elettrico della cap-
pa mediante il cavo di alimentazione.
Inserire i tubi telescopici appoggiandoli sulla
cappa; sollevare il tubo superiore fino al sof-
fitto e fissarlo tramite le 2 viti (H) - Fig. 12.

si consiglia comunque di affidare le operazio-
ne di installazione a personale specializzato.

gombro del tubo decorativo (per il collega-
mento elettrico, seguite tutte le altre indica-
zioni riportate nella sezione “Avvertenze”).
Fissaggio a muro
Tracciate sulla parete una linea, sulla verti-
cale del vostro piano di cottura.
Segnate sulla parete i primi 2 fori che dovre-
te fare, rispettando le misure indicate in Fig.4;
effettuate i 2 fori ed inserite i tasselli (in
dotazione).
Tenere presente che la distanza tra il bordo
inferiore della cappa ed il piano cottura deve
essere min 650 mm.
Fissate la staffa metallica (A) alla parete uti-
lizzando i 2 fori appena effettuati - Fig. 5 -
(le viti per il fissaggio della staffa sono in
dotazione). Utilizzare i 2 triangolini ritagliati
sulla staffa per posizionarla esattamente lun-
go l'asse verticale della cappa.

ne

Procedere col montaggio del filtro carbone
(Fig. 14) inserendo le 2 linguette del filtro
carbone nelle apposite fessure e ruotando il
filtro verso l’interno dell’apparecchio.
Fissaggio dei tubi telescopici
Regolare la larghezza della staffa di suppor-
to (D) del tubo telescopico tramite le viti E
indicate in Fig. 9.
Successivamente, mediante i tasselli e le viti
(F) in dotazione, fissare la staffa al soffitto
facendo in modo che sia in asse con la vo-
stra cappa.
Montare la riduzione sulla cappa, in corri-
spondenza del punto uscita aria (Fig. 15).
Prendere il deflettore aria e fissateci un tubo
flessibile (di diametro 125 mm) bloccandolo
con una fascetta metallica (tubo e fascette
non sono in dotazione); fissare il deflettore
aria al tubo superiore (Fig. 16) con 4 viti.
Collegare il tubo flessibile alla riduzione pre-
sente sulla bocca uscita aria (Fig. 17).
Effettuare il collegamento elettrico della cap-
pa mediante il cavo di alimentazione.
Inserire i tubi telescopici appoggiandoli sulla
cappa; sollevare il tubo superiore fino al sof-
fitto e fissarlo tramite le 2 viti H (Fig. 12).

Capovolgere il tubo superiore in modo che le
griglie di evacuazione aria siano nella parte
bassa (Fig.11).
Collegare elettricamente la cappa alla
centralina esterna utilizzando le apposite
morsettiere (Fig. 19): togliere il fissacavo A
ed il coperchio B della scatola di connessio-
ne; fissare il cavo di collegamento della
centralina alla morsettiera C; rimontare il
fissacavo A ed il coperchio B della scatola di
connessione; l'altra estremità del cavo va fis-
sata alla morsettiera della centralina esterna.
Effettuare il collegamento elettrico della cap-
pa mediante il cavo di alimentazione.
Inserire i tubi telescopici appoggiandoli sulla
cappa; sollevare il tubo superiore fino al sof-
fitto e fissarlo tramite le 2 viti (H) - Fig. 12.

Usando l'apposita maschera di foratura pra-
ticate i fori per il fissaggio al soffitto sulla
verticale del vostro piano di cottura; fare at-
tenzione a tutte le indicazioni per il
posizionamento finale dell'apparecchio. Te-
nete presente che uno degli assi della ma-
schera deve corrispondere con l'asse dei
comandi della cappa.
Fissate la staffa al soffitto mediante i viti e
tasselli in dotazione (Fig. 20); fate attenzione
perché il posizionamento della staffa deter-
mina la posizione finale dell'apparecchio: il
lato con l'asola B corrisponde al lato opposto
ai comandi. Montare la piastra dell'impianto
elettrico fissandola con 2 viti e 2 rondelle
metalliche (Fig. 21).
Fissate la struttura telescopica alla staffa
mediante 4 viti (in dotazione), facendo pas-
sare il tubo evacuazione aria all'interno della
struttura telescopica e l'alimentazione elettri-
ca attraverso l'apposito foro della staffa
(Fig.22). Regolate l'altezza della struttura te-
lescopica tramite le quattro viti di fissaggio C
(Fig. 23) tenendo conto che l'altezza della
cappa è di 80 mm e che la distanza della
cappa dal piano cottura deve essere minimo
650 mm (Fig. 24).
Prendete il tubo superiore (quello con le asole
rotonde) ed infilatelo sulla struttura telescopi-
ca, con le asole situate in alto; fissate il tubo
alla staffa con 2 viti (Fig. 25).
Prendete il tubo inferiore ed infilatelo allo
stesso modo dell'altro; fatelo scorrere verso
l'alto e fermarlo in quella posizione con del
nastro adesivo (Fig. 26).
Prendete la flangia dotata di valvola metalli-
ca (Fig. 27H) e montatela sulla bocca uscita
aria della cappa, esercitando una leggera
pressione.
Fissate la cappa alla struttura telescopica
mediante 4 viti (in dotazione) - Fig. 28.
Tramite le aperture D (Fig. 28) fissate il tubo

evacuazione aria alla flangia H.
Effettuate il collegamento elettrico mediante
il cavo di alimentazione.
Togliete il nastro adesivo e fate scendere il
tubo inferiore verso il basso, appoggiandolo
delicatamente sull'apparecchio.
A questo punto l'installazione è ultimata; po-
tete rimontare i filtri antigrasso.

Regolate l'altezza della struttura telescopica
tramite le quattro viti di fissaggio C (Fig. 23)
tenendo conto che l'altezza della cappa è di
80 mm e che la distanza della cappa dal
piano cottura deve essere minimo 650 mm
(Fig. 24). Infilare il deflettore aria nella strut-
tura (Fig.29).
Attraverso le aperture E (Fig. 30), montare la
flangia (G) al deflettore (F) bloccandola con
movimento rotatorio.
Fissare alla flangia (G) un tubo flessibile per
l'evacuazione dell'aria (Fig. 30).
Prendete il tubo superiore (quello con le asole
rotonde) ed infilatelo sulla struttura telescopi-
ca, con le asole situate in alto; fissate il tubo
alla staffa con 2 viti (Fig. 25).
Prendete il tubo inferiore ed infilatelo allo
stesso modo dell'altro; fatelo scorrere verso
l'alto e fermarlo in quella posizione con del
nastro adesivo (Fig. 26).
Prendere la riduzione (Fig. 31L) e montatarla
sulla bocca uscita aria della cappa, eserci-
tando una leggera pressione.
Fissate la cappa alla struttura telescopica
mediante 4 viti (in dotazione) - Fig. 32.
Fissate il tubo evacuazione aria alla riduzio-
ne (L). Effettuate il collegamento elettrico me-
diante il cavo di alimentazione.
Togliete il nastro adesivo e fate scendere il
tubo inferiore verso il basso, appoggiandolo
delicatamente sull'apparecchio.
Montaggio del filtro al carbone: ruotare il pan-
nello afferrandolo dalla parte anteriore della
cappa (Fig. 33); togliere il filtro antigrasso:
spingere la maniglia verso l’esterno e tirare il
filtro verso il basso.
Procedere col montaggio del filtro carbone
(Fig. 34) inserendo le 2 linguette del filtro
carbone nelle apposite fessure e ruotando il
filtro verso l’interno dell’apparecchio.
A questo punto l'installazione è ultimata; po-
tete rimontare i filtri antigrasso.

sull’icona, il motore si arresta.

alle velocità rimangono spente.
3) Aziona il motore alla terza velocità (l’icona
si illumina). Tutte le altre icone relative alle
velocità rimangono spente.

A) Aziona la funzione SENSORE (l’icona si
illumina).La sensibilità del sensore puo’ essere

modificare tale sensibilità, premere per circa

pigiare su 1, 2, 3 o 4 (l’icona relativa
lampeggia).
F) ALLARME FILTRI. Dopo 30h di
funzionamento, l’icona si illumina per indicare
che bisogna pulire il/i filtro/i antigrasso.
Dopo 120h di funzionamento, l’icona
lampeggia per indicare che bisogna pulire il/
i filtro/i antigrasso e sostituire i filtri carbone.
Per far ripartire il conteggio delle ore, resettare
pigiando sull’icona mentre è illuminata (o
mentre lampeggia).

Filtri antigrasso
Una cura particolare va rivolta al filtro
antigrasso che deve essere pulito periodica-
mente, quando compare l’allarme filtri
antigrasso.
Per istruzioni sull’Allarme filtri, fare riferimen-
to al paragrafo Comandi.
Smontaggio del filtro antigrasso:
Ruotare il pannello afferrandolo dalla parte
anteriore della cappa (Fig. 36);
spingere la maniglia verso l’esterno e tirare il
filtro verso il basso.
Lavate il filtro con detersivo neutro.
Illuminazione
Per sostituire le lampade alogene aprire il
coperchio facendo leva sulle apposite fessure
(Fig. 39).
Sostituire con lampade dello stesso tipo.
ATTENZIONE:nontoccare la nuova lampa-
da a mani nude.

Filtro carbone
Nel caso d'uso dell'apparecchio in versione
filtrante, sarà necessario sostituire il filtro al
carbone periodicamente, quando compare
l’allarme filtri carbone.
Per istruzioni sull’Allarme filtri, fare riferimen-
to al paragrafo Comandi.
Smontaggio del filtro carbone:
ruotare il pannello afferrandolo dalla parte
anteriore della cappa (Fig. 36);
togliere il filtro antigrasso spingendo la mani-
glia verso l’esterno e tirandolo verso il basso.
Smontare quindi il filtro carbone (Fig. 37/38):
spingere il fermo verso l’interno e ruotare il
filtro facendo sfilare le 2 linguette dalle appo-
site sedi.
