SECTION 1 GENERAL INFORMATION
IMPORTANT! This manual is provided as a supplement to
the equipment manufacturer’s manuals. Refer to the
manufacturer’s manual before attempting to operate this
equipment.
This symbol calls your attention to instructions concerning your personal safety. Be sure
to observe and follow these instructions. This symbol accompanies a signal word. The
word DANGER refers to hazards that can cause death or serious, irreversible personal
injury. WARNING suggests a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could
result in death or serious injury. CAUTION refers to potentially hazardous situations
which, if not avoided, may result in minor or moderate injury to persons or equipment.
1.1 Safety
DANGER! If the sawmill with the trailer is unhitched from a
towing vehicle, then the sawmill should be secured through
placing wedge blocks under the wheels.
DANGER! Chock the trailer wheels to prevent movement
before unhitching it from the towing vehicle.
DANGER! Be sure that the hitch and safety chains are
secure before towing the sawmill. Check all lights and
signals for correct operation.
DANGER! Always check trailer tires for proper inflation
before towing sawmill.
DANGER! Always keep away from trailer axle to avoid
being caught between the axle and moving saw carriage.

SECTION 2 ASSEMBLY
IMPORTANT NOTE! In case of all screw joints, which are
not protected against unscrewing with the help of a spring
washer or a nylon lock nut, it is recommended to use a
thread-locker of the "LOCTITE 243" type (blue), medium
strength, for screw joints.
2.1 Installation of the axle assembly
1. Unpacking the sawmill (See Section 2.2 LT15 Operator’s Manual)
2. Install a wheel axle bracket to one of the sawmill beds
See Figure 2-1. Place the axle mounting assembly under the bed, in its middle part (A).
Align the holes of the mounting assembly with the holes in the bed section. Insert two
bolts (B) and put the bracket (C) on them from the internal side of the frame. Screw the
retaining bracket under the axle (D,E). Both types of brackets should be screwed at the

See Figure 3-3. Tie a wooden block to the back part of the sawmill frame or otherwise
protect the end of the frame against hitting the ground. Block the wheels using the
wedges. Then raise the saw head over the fenders and move it to the end of the frame.
Secure temporarily the saw head in this position using the rest pin in the hole in the back
part of the frame.

See Figure 3-5. Screw upwards to the maximum the pair of legs, second from the front
of the frame, place the 12x14x100 cants, and then completely unscrew the legs
downwards. Screw the first pair of legs fully upwards. If the head is now moved forward,
then the location of the center of gravity will cause raising the back end of the frame to the
