THANK YOU
FOR PURCHASING A JUNGLEE®
MONOCULAR.
When we set out to design and build our
JUNGLEE®line of monoculars we had
three clear goals:
1. They should be built with the finest
materials to withstand rigorous use.
2. They should produce crisp, bright
images, and be easy to adjust to pro-
vide exceptional performance.
3. They should be nice looking, fit well
in the average hand and be comfort-
able to use.
The monocular you hold in your hand
today has met all of these requirements.

CARE OF YOUR JUNGLEE® MONOCULAR:
The optical surfaces of your JUNGLEE®
monocular should be kept clean using
a lens cleaning cloth that is specially
made for optical surfaces. Never use
paper products or a cloth product that
may be abrasive to the coatings on the
optical surfaces. Avoid touching the
optical surfaces of your monocular with
anything other than a lens cleaning
cloth. When not using your monocular
store it in its carrying case. When
exposed to sudden temperature
changes or high humidity, water con-
densation may form on the lens sur-
faces inside the monocular. After using
in these situations, always dry the
monocular thoroughly at room temper-
ature and then store in a cool dry
place. Note that failure to dry your
monocular may result in the growth of
fungi on the lens surfaces — a condi-
tion that will render the monocular use-
less.
USE OF YOUR JUNGLEE® MONOCULAR:
MAGNIFICATION: Rotate the ring
below the eye piece. Rotating the ring
clockwise increases the magnification
while reducing the field of view.
Rotating the ring counterclockwise
decreases the magnification while
increasing the field of view.
FOCUS: Rotate the eye piece clockwise
and counterclockwise to adjust the
focus.
FLEXIBLE EYE PIECE: The flexible eye
piece can be rolled back along the
body allowing use by those wearing
glasses.
