IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS READ AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS
WATERSPORTS INVOLVE RISKS OF SEVERE INJURY OR DEATH.
To reduce your risk of injury or death, follow these guidelines and the Watersports Safety Code.
WATERSPORTS INVOLVE RISKS OF SEVERE INJURY OR DEATH. Follow all instructions and safety
information below and in owner’s manual to reduce risks:
DRIVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFETY. Tube cannot be controlled by rider!
Signal boat driver to stop or slow down if you are not comfortable!
• ALWAYS WEAR A PROPERLY FITTED LIFE JACKET (PFD) approved by your country’s agency,
USCG Type III, ISO, etc.
• NEVER EXCEED 20 MPH (32 km/h) for adults, 15 mph (24 km/h) for children.
• Neverexceedskillleveloftheridersanduseexperiencedboatdriver.
• Nevertowmorethanonetubeatatime,orusetubeasapersonalflotationdevice.
• Nevertowinshallowwaterornearshore,docks,pilings,swimmers,watercraftsorotherobstacles.
• ALWAYS ENSURE TOW ROPE IS CLEAR OF ALL BODY PARTS prior to and during use.
• Neverplaceanybodypartthroughhandles,undercover,bladder,towingharnessortieridertotube.
• Alwayshaveapersonotherthanthedriverasanobservertowatchtherider.
• Neveroperatewatercraftorrideundertheinfluenceofalcoholordrugs.
• NEVER MAKE SHARP TURNS which may cause the tube to rapidly accelerate.
• Bewareofsubmariningwhentowingatidlespeed.
• Alwayssupervisechildrenwhileusingthistube.
• Neverallowriders’bodiestocollide.Towingatslowerspeeds,incalmwater,andcautiousdriving
will reduce injuries.

THE BEST AIR PUMPS TO USE TO INFLATE YOUR TUBE ARE THE FOLLOWING:
1. 110 Volt Electric Pump - E.g. WOW 2.0 to 3.0 PSI High Pressure Air Pump
or any 110 Volt Electric Pump with 2.0 to 3.0 PSI
2. WOW Double Action Hand Pump or Foot Pump specifically designed for towables
3.12VoltPumppumpscanalsobeusedbuttheirmaximumoutputisonly.8psisoasecondarypumpsucha
hand pump or foot pump will need to be used.
4. Leaf Blower
5. Shop Vac or vacuum with two-way switch
6. Do NOT use an air compressor.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Lay the product out on a flat surface without sharp objects that could puncture the PVC bladder or cover.
If the product has an outer cover make sure the inside PVC bladder is unfolded and the valves are in the correct
position, aligned with the cover valve openings.
2. Inflate the product to about 50% full. If your product has a cover, re-check to make sure it is correctly
aligned with the PVC bladder and valves. If there is more than one chamber in the bladder, inflate the
outer chamber first. After the cover is aligned with the PVC bladder, inflate the chambers to 100% starting
with the outer chamber.
3. Close and secure all valves completely. (If your product has zipper valve covers close
all valves and zip all zippers)
4. If your WOW product has a zippered cooler lid or lids after inflation is completed properly make sure the
zippered cooler lids are zipped shut.
PROPER INFLATION:
Proper inflation is the key to optimum performance and durability of this product. While in use, the cover should be
taught with few wrinkles. Once inflated you should test whether there is enough air in the tube by having an adult
stand on top of the tube. If the tube is properly inflated, then the adult will barely sink into the tube while standing
on top of it. If the tube is under inflated damage can occur to the tube while it is being towed and the warranty will
be voided. It is important to monitor the amount of air in the product once the item is in use. Continue to make sure
that the tube is properly inflated. When not in use, be sure to remove some air from the tube and put in a shaded
area.Ifyouleaveafulltubesittinginthesunitwillcausetheairinsidetoexpand,causingseriousdamagetothe
seams and I-beams of the tube. Check and adjust inflation levels each time you use the tube.
MAINTENANCE:
• Youmaycleanyourtowableusingsoapandwaterormilddetergent.
• Neverusestrongcleaningagents.
• Thetowable,whencleananddry,canbedeflatedandstoredinacool,dryareaoutofdirectsunlight.
• Todeflate,simplyunfastentheentirevalvefromthebase.
• Avoidstoringthisproductinareasofextremetemperaturesandpleasetakeprecautionsagainstanimals
and rodents.
• Brightcoloredfabriccoversusedonthetowablemaybleedorfadewheninitiallywet.Protectallboatinteriors
and all other surfaces from possible staining.
PRODUCT STORAGE:
To prepare the product for storage please make sure that it is completely dry to prevent mildew and rot. If the
product was used in salt water make sure to rinse the item first with fresh water and then allow it to dry completely.
Release all of the air from the chamber(s) and fold the product. If possible please store these products in a
controlledtemperatureanddonotexposetheproducttotemperatureslessthan40degreesF.Coldtemperature
will damage the PVC material and cause it to crack at the folds.

By assembling and inflating this product, you agree that you have read and understand the entire World of
Watersports’ product manual, including all instructions and warnings contained in that material prior to using this
product.Youadditionallyagreethatyouwillensureanyadditionalorsubsequentusersofthisproductwillread
and understand the entire owner’s manual. Misuse or improper use of this product could result in risks, dangers
and hazards which can result in serious injury or death. The risks and dangers that can be encountered through
the improper use of this product can be avoided by reading and following the warning guidelines listed within the
owner’smanualandbyproperuseofthisproduct.Yourassemblyanduseofthisproductshallbeevidenceofyour
agreement,tothefullestextentpermittedbylaw,toproperlyfollowtheinstructionsandabidebythewarningsset
forthwithintheproductmanual.Yourassemblyanduseofthisproductshallalsoconstitutearelease,totheextent
permitted by law, by you and by any third party permitted by you to use, in any manner, this product, to World of
Watersportsfromanyandallliabilityforanyloss,damage,injuryand/orexpensethatyouoranyuserofthis
productmaysufferasaresultoftheuseofthisproduct.Thisreleaseshallextendtoanyloss,damage,injury
orexpenseduetoanycausewhatsoever,includingnegligenceorbreachofcontractonthepartofWorldof
Watersports and/or any party participating in the design and/or manufacture of this product. The terms of this
releaseshallbeeffectiveandbindinguponyou,yourheirs,nextofkin,executors,administrators,assignsand
representatives.Yourassemblyanduseofthisproductshallconstituteyouragreementtoassumeandaccept
any or all known or unknown risks of injury to you and/or to third parties through the use of this product. World of
Watersportsandrelatedpartieshavenotmadeandherebyexpresslydenyanyoralorwrittenrepresentationand/
or warranty, including warranty for a particular purpose, other than what is set forth herein and in the World of

design, and surface area of the tube.
• Whenintheboat,keepawayfromtowropetoavoidinjury.Passengerscanbehit,orbecomeentangled
in the rope.

• Ensuretowropeisclearofallbodypartspriortostartingoutorduringuse.
WARNING! IF YOUR WOW TOWABLE HAS COOLERS OR CUPHOLDERS READ THE GUIDELINES BELOW:

IF YOUR WOW PRODUCT HAS FRONT AND BACK TOW POINTS READ BELOW:
If your WOW product has two separate tow points this innovative feature gives you the option of towing from the
front of the product or from the back of the product. FEATURED ON SOME WOW PRODUCTS WITH FRONT AND
BACK TOW POINTS you may have a velcro flap feature that allows you to secure your unused tow point so it does
not drag in the water. WOW recommends you always use this feature to reduce drag, splashing, and to create a
smoother ride. Always prepare and unfasten your tow system and take the proper measure of hooking up your tow
rope properly to the tow strap before towing. Note to review Tow Rope Recommendations for towables contained
within this manual before you start towing. DO NOT TOW FROM THE VELCRO FLAP FEATURE. DO NOT TOW
FROM BOTH FRONT AND BACK TOW POINTS AT THE SAME TIME.
TOW ROPE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TOWABLES: The watercraft owner/operator is responsible for informing
all the persons riding or using tow ropes of the WSIA (Water Sport Industry Association) recommendations for tow
ropes. Improper use of your tube and rope could result in serious injury or death.
• Following are the WSIA recommendation for tow rope use:

• Pleasecheckallropeconnectionsforfrays,cuts,sharpedges,knotsandwearandtearbeforeeachuse.
Discard any ropes that appear to be worn. It is recommended that you replace each tow rope at the beginning
of the boating season.

WOW LUGZ 2 HAS TRIPLE TOW POINTS FRONT AND BACK AND ONE FOR STEERING:
This tube comes with 3 tow points. One for front towing, one for back towing, and one on the bottom for optional
steering capability. By shifting your weight from left to right you can slalom back and forth or you can just sit back
and ride it like a regular towable.

1:Locate the loop on the end of the tow rope 2:Take the tow rope put the end of the loop under itself,
back towards the knot
3:Then slide the loops constructed in number 2: over
the ends of the EZ Tow Aluminum Connector
4:Finally Pull the tow rope tight and your ready to go

Be aware that there are risks in boating and Watersports that good judgment and personal awareness can
help reduce. To increase your enjoyment of Watersports, follow the ten elements of the Code.
In Watersports it is your responsibility to:
• ALWAYSfamiliarizeyourselfwithapplicablelaws,waterways,andinherentrisks
• ALWAYShaveacapableobserverinadditiontodriver,andagreedonhandsignals
• ALWAYSwearaproperlyfittedlifejacketapprovedbyyourcountry’sagency
• ALWAYSreaduser’smanualandinspectequipmentbeforeuse
• ALWAYSskiandrideundercontrol,atproperspeeds,andwithinyourlimits
• ALWAYSturnignitionoffwhenanyoneisnearwatercraftpowerdriveunit
• ALWAYSstayclearofengineexhausttoavoidCarbonMonoxidepoisoning
• NEVER“PlatformDrag”ortouchswimplatformwhiletheengineisrunning
• NEVERskiorridenearswimmers,shallowwater,otherboats,orobstacles
• NEVERoperatewatercraft,ski,orrideundertheinfluenceofalcoholordrugs
WARNING! BOAT DRIVERS NOTICE:
• Theboat/watercraftdriverhastheultimateresponsibilityforthesafetyoftheriders.
• Carefullysurveythewaterbeforeyoubegintowingyourriderorriders.
• Donotpullatowablewithoutarider.Atowableisdesignedtohaveariderinordertobalance
the weight distribution of the product.
• Beawareofwaterconditionsalongwithchangesintheweather.Theconditionofthewatergreatlyinfluences
the type of ride the rider will have. Please take into consideration the age and physical ability of your rider.
• Itistheboat/watercraftdriver’sresponsibilitytoinstructtheridershowtorideatow-able.Theboat/watercraft
driver should carefully instruct the riders of potential risks and possible injury that may occur if they partake in
careless behavior.
• Atthebeginningoftheride,carefullytaketheslackoutofthetowrope.Neverjerkstartatowable.Aftertherider
has signaled that he/she is ready, the driver can slowly bring the towable to a planning point.
• Mosttowableswillplaneoutat10to20mph(16to32km/h),dependingontheweightoftherider(s).Itis
important to keep the nose of the item up until the item is planning.
• Theresistanceoftheproductvarieswidelywiththesefactors:boatspeed,turns,waterconditions,numberof
riders and their weight, towable size, shape and function. The boat/watercraft driver should adjust the boat speed
to fit these situations to minimize resistance of the towable.
• Donottowinshallowwaterorwithin100feet(31meters)ofshore,docks,pilings,swimmersorotherboatsand
obstructions. Use in the center of a clear boat path 200 feet (61 meters) wide. Most accidents happen on turns
and in congested areas.
• Theboat/watercraftdriverdeterminesthespeedandtheactionofthetowableinturnsandwhencrossingthe
boat/watercraft wake. In the straight-a-ways, the boat/watercraft towing speed is the same as the towable speed.
Thetowablespeedwillincreasewhentheboat/watercraftmakesa90to180degreeturnwithoutincreasingthe
boat/watercraft speed. If the boat/watercraft speed is 20 mph (32 km/h), the tow-able speed can be 30-40 mph
(48-64km/h)The“slingshoteffect”sendstheuseroutwardfromthecenterofthetowable.Beawareofthe
limitations of the rider.
• Largewakescombinedwiththewaveactionandspeedcancontributetoaroughride.Useasafespeedthat
enables the towable to plane out. The boat/watercraft driver should adjust the boat/watercraft speed and turns to
fitthewaterconditionsandtheage,experience,skillandphysicalstrengthoftherider(s).
• Excessivespeedorsharpturnsmightcausethetubetoflipoverabruptly,possiblycausingseriousinjurytorider.
• Ifthetowableoverturns,theboat/watercraftdrivershouldnotexceed5mph(8km/h)untilthe
towable is upright again.
• Drivermustuseextracautionapproachingafallenskier/riderandkeepeyecontactonfallen
skier/rider at all times.
• Undernormalconditions,themaximumsafespeedforadultsis20mph(32km/h)Safespeedsforchildrenare
less than 15 mph (24 km/h), depending on the age and physical capability of the child.
• Pleasemakesureyourboat/watercraftistow-worthyandhastheappropriatehorsepowertopullrider(s)andthe
towtube.Donotexceedtheboat/watercraftpassengercapacity.
• Puttheboatinneutralwhennearafallenskier/rider.Turntheengineoffwhenpeoplearegettingintooroutof
the boat, or in the water near the boat.

Before you get in the water: Skiing or riding instruction is recommended before use. Instruction will teach general
safetyguidelinesandproperskiingorridingtechniques,whichmayreduceyourriskofinjury.Formoreinformation
on skiing or riding schools, contact your dealer, Association, or local ski club.
• Knowthefederal,stateandlocallawsthatapplytoyourarea.
• Ifyouarenotfamiliarwithawaterway,asksomeonewhois,totellyouaboutanyhidden
dangers or things to avoid.
• Whetheryouplantobeinawatercraft,orskiing/ridingbehindoneitisimportantyouarewearinga
properly fitted life jacket (PFD) approved by your country’s agency, USCG Type III, ISO, etc.
• Inspectallequipmentpriortoeachuse,checkbindings,fins,tube,attachment,towropeandflotationdevice.
Do not use if damaged.
Watercraft Safety: A knowledgeable and responsible driver is the most important safety device on any watercraft.

Tow Ropes: Tow ropes come in different lengths and strengths for different activities. Make sure any rope you are
using is suited for skiing or riding and that it is in good condition.
• Neverusearopethatisfrayed,knotted,unravelingordiscoloredfromuseorbeingleftinthesun.Ifarope
breaks while in use it can recoil at the skier/rider being towed or into the watercraft where it might strike
passengers. Replace tow ropes with any sign of damage.
• Neveruseatowropewithelasticorbungeematerialtopullskiersorriders.
• Ropeshouldbeattachedtothewatercraftinanapprovedfashionwithhardwaredesignedfortowing.Refer
to your Boat User’s manual for instructions on proper tow rope attachment for each watersports activity.
• Alwayskeeppeopleandtowropesawayfromthepropeller,evenwhenidling.
• Ifatowropeshouldbecomeentangledinapropeller,shutoffengine,removethekeyandputitinyour
pocket before retrieving the rope.

Preparing to ski or ride: Always have a person other than the driver as an observer to look out for the skier/rider.
• Besurethedriverisawareoftheexperienceandabilityleveloftheskier/rider.

according to the signals given by the skier/rider.
Skiing or Riding: The watercraft and skier/rider should always maintain a sufficient distance from obstacles so a
skier/rider falling or coasting and/or watercraft will not encounter any obstacle.
