Thanks for using WritFun W300 as your personal handwriting wireless device. WritFun
W300 is portable and easy to use by connecting to Bluetooth with your smart phone
and also connect to PC/NB by USB.

2.6 USB Connector (Side)
Connect W300 to PC/NB by USB cable (micro) or charge W300 by adaptor.
Operation
Functions
Power on W300 then connect to PC/NB via USB
Identify as HID devices
Connect to PC with USB then Power on W300
Identify as MSC (mass storage)
devices
2.7 Power Button (Side)
Power ON/OFF the device. W300 will automatically power off without any operation
after 1 hour.
2.8 Reset Button (Side)
Reset the device by pressing the reset button.

3、Attention
3.1 Attention
1.Please fully charge before use(at least two hours)
2. Always use an original Writfun charger intended for your specific Writfun model.
3.Standby time up to seven days but depends on different operating condition.
4.Press reset button while system crash or no response then power on again
5.If the device is not in charging, it will be automatically power off after being
idle for 1 hour.
6.To switch to USB storage mode, please follow the steps below
- turn off W300 and connect W300 to your pc via the USB cable.
- turn on W300, and then the W300 is removable disk (USB drive).
- to open the saved data in W300, please use the WritFun_W300_Tool, which can be
downloaded from www.writfun.com ( please download & install Microsoft .net framework
4.0 or later in your pc.

3.2 Startup and Pairing
1. W300 supports Bluetooth and WiFi functions, range:5 meters.
2. Please follow below instructions to start pairing your device:
a. For PC (Windows system) users:
i. Power on W300 first and connect to your PC via a USB cable.
ii. Download W300 Graphic Driver from www.wirtfun.com and unzip the file.
iii. Run the W300 Graphic Driver and follow the instruction to install the driver.
(“Hanvon Tablet”means W300)
iv. Restart your PC
b. For Smartphones (Android and iOS):
i. Install WritFun W300 App from App Store or Google Play. Turn on GPS and
Bluetooth, users may synchronize handwriting contents from W300 after
pairing with Smartphones. (Refer to 4.1, 4.2 section.)

4.1 Connect with Android APP
1. Requirement：
Writfun W300 APP should be installed on Android 6.0 version or above
(Bluetooth must support BLE function)
2. Install：
Search in Google Play with keyword “W300”to install the application.

Function List：
1. Edit: Delete one or multiple files from application, or move one or multiple
files to smart phone album
2. New：Create a new drawing
3. Merge：Select any two drawing file to merge as a new image
4. Record：Recording with your drawing video
5. Setup：
Device Name：Current connected device(MAC#)
Sync：Last time Bluetooth setup on the device
Firmware version：Current version of firmware on device
App version：Current version of Writfun W300
Device connection: Connect W300 to another device via Bluetooth
Share to Line：Send image to LINE directly
Share to Dropbox：Activate Dropbox cloud sharing
Share to Google Drive：Activate Google Drive cloud sharing
Pen：Change your pen thickness

4.3 Connect with Windows
1. System Requirement: Microsoft Windows 7 or above.
2. Installation: Install the driver to ensure full functionality of your Drawing Board.
Connect to the internet and download from the link below:

Unzip the download file and execute to install
Follow the prompts to install the driver on your computer
3. W300 Application Instructions
Various functions listed below:
A. Navigation:
Move the pen slightly above the Drawing Board, without touching the surface, to
position the screen cursor. Tap the Drawing Board once with the pen tip to act
as the left-button of mouse.
B. Pressure Sensor:
There are different levels of pen pressure for the Stylus Pen while you are using
professional graphic application (ex: Photoshop…).
C. Button on Pen:
Button designed on the side of the Stylus Pen.
(Same function as the right-button of mouse)

4.4 Connect the USB cable
When the cable is connected, your computer will have two different ways to support
your Drawing Board.
1. HID device:
Power-on your Drawing Board first, then plug the USB cable in. Drawing Board will
become a HID device to your PC that you can use the drawing function with
professional application (ex: Photoshop…)
2. MSC device:
Plug-in the USB cable first, power-on your Drawing Board.
Drawing Board will be a mass storage device to your PC.
4.5 Windows Tool
1. Requirement: Microsoft Windows 7 or above.
2. Install: Directly use this Windows Tool to transfer the drawing file to pictures,
PDF document, or vector files
