Gebrauch
Das Gerät ist zur Absaugung trockener, nicht brennba-
rer, gesundheitsschädlicher Stäube an Maschinen und
Geräten; Staubklasse M nach EN 60 335–2–69 geeig-
net. Einschränkung: Es dürfen keine krebserzeugende
Stoffe, außer Holzstaub, aufgesaugt werden.
Das Gerät ist bestimmt zum Nass- und Trockensaugen
von Wänden und Böden im gewerblichen Bereich.

Gefahrloses Arbeiten mit dem Gerät
ist nur möglich, wenn Sie die Bedie-
nungsanleitung und die Sicherheits-
hinweise vollständig lesen und die
darin enthaltenen Anweisungen
strikt befolgen. Zusätzlich müssen
die allgemeinen Sicherheitshinweise
im beigelegten Heft befolgt werden.
Wird bei der Arbeit das Netzkabel
beschädigt oder durchtrennt, Kabel
nicht berühren, sondern sofort den
Netzstecker ziehen. Gerät niemals mit
beschädigtem Kabel benutzen.
❏Beim Trockensaugen muss immer ein Staubbeutel
und ein Faltenfilter verwendet werden. Nicht ohne
Filtersystem saugen, da ansonsten der Saugmotor
beschädigt wird und eine Gesundheitsgefährdung
durch erhöhten Feinstaubausstoß erfolgt.
❏Wenn die Abluft in den Raum zurückgeführt wird,
muss eine ausreichende Luftwechselrate L im Raum
vorhanden sein. Um die geforderten Grenzwerte ein-
zuhalten, darf der zurückgeführte Volumenstrom
maximal 50% des Frischluftvolumenstroms (Raumvo-
lumen VRx Luftwechselrate LW) betragen. Ohne be-
sondere Lüftungsmaßnahme gilt: LW=1h–1.
❏Gebrauch des Gerätes und der Substanzen, für
die es benutzt werden soll, einschließlich des si-
cheren Verfahrens der Beseitigung des aufgenom-
menen Materials nur durch geschultes Personal.
❏Dieses Gerät enthält gesundheitsschädlichen Staub.
Leerungs- und Wartungsvorgänge, einschließlich
der Beseitigung der Staubsammelbehälter, dürfen
nur von Fachleuten durchgeführt werden, die ent-
sprechende Schutzausrüstung tragen. Gerät nicht
ohne das vollständige Filtrationsystem betreiben. Die
anwendbaren Sicherheitsbestimmungen, die für die
zu behandelnden Materialien zutreffen, sind zu be-
achten.
❏Bei nichtleitenden Flüssigkeiten (z. B. Bohremulsi-
on, Öle und Fette) wird das Gerät bei vollem Be-
hälter nicht abgeschaltet. Der Füllstand muss stän-
dig überprüft und der Behälter rechtzeitig entleert
werden.
❏Nur Original Würth-Zubehör verwenden.

Dieses Gerät ist für den gewerblichen Gebrauch geeig-
net, z. B. in Hotels, Schulen, Krankenhäusern, Fabriken,
Läden, Büros und Vermietergeschäften.
Für Schäden bei nicht bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch
haftet der Benutzer.

Vor der Inbetriebnahme
Netzspannung beachten: Die Spannung der Strom-
quelle muss mit den Angaben auf dem Typschild des
Gerätes übereinstimmen.
Montage (Bild 1 - 6)
– Saugkopf entriegeln und abnehmen.
– Zubehörteile und Räder entnehmen.
– Fahrwerksteile/Rollen wie dargestellt montieren.
– Absaugschlauch einstecken und verriegeln.
– Absaugstutzen/Rohrverlängerung montieren.
Papierfiltertüte einbauen/wechseln
(Bild A/Bild I)
Das Gerät ist mit einer Papierfiltertüte mit Ver-
schlussschieber ausgerüstet.
Bei gefüllter Papierfiltertüte und Unterschrei-
tung des Mindestvolumenstroms muss diese ge-
wechselt werden.
Das Gerät ist gemäß den gesetzlichen Bestim-
mungen am Ende der Lebensdauer zu entsor-
gen.
– Anschlussmuffe passgenau in Sauganschluss einset-
zen.
– Anschlussmuffe bis zum Anschlag einschieben.
– Sauganschluss mit der Anschlussmuffe durch eine
Rechtsdrehung fest verschließen. Die Passgenauig-
keit ist durch den „Bajonettanschluss“ vorgegeben
(Bild I).
– Papierfiltertüte nach hinten (1) herausziehen. Ver-
schlussschieber (2) nach oben ziehen und Papierfil-
tertüte bei der Herausnahme dicht verschließen
(Bild I - siehe Aufdruck auf Verpackung des Filterele-
ments).
– Gebrauchtes Filterelement im staubdicht verschlosse-
nen Beutel, gemäß den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen
entsorgen.
– Neue Papierfiltertüte einsetzen (Bild A).
– Saugkopf aufsetzen und verriegeln.
Inbetriebnahme
Ein-/Ausschalten (Bild B)
– Gerät Ein-/Ausschalten:
Netzstecker einstecken und Ein-/Ausschalter 1 drü-
cken.
– Schalter Fernstartautomatik 4:
Stellung oben: AUS
Stellung unten: EIN
– Schalter Filterreinigung 2:
LED leuchtet nicht: AUS
LED leuchtet: EIN
Automatikbetrieb (Fremdabsaugung bei
Elektrowerkzeug)
– Anschlussmuffe für den Anschluss des Elektrowerk-
zeugs anpassen (Bild D).
– Stutzen am Absaugschlauch entfernen und An-
schlussmuffe montieren (Bild E).
– Anschlussmuffe an das Elektrowerkzeug anschließen
(Bild F).
– Netzstecker des Elektrowerkzeugs am Sauger einste-
cken (Bild C).
– Staubsauger einschalten und Ein-/Ausschalter am
Elektrowerkzeug drücken. Der Schalter 4 muss sich
in der unteren Stellung befinden (Automatik EIN).
☞Der Sauger wird automatisch mit dem Elektro-
werkzeug ein- und ausgeschaltet.
Automatische Filterreinigung (Bild G)
Ihr Sauger verfügt über eine automatische Filterreini-
gung - besonders wirksam bei feinem Staub.
Um zu gewährleisten, dass die Luftgeschwindigkeit
beim Saugvorgang zu keiner Zeit unter einen Wert von
20 m/s im Saugschlauch absinkt, ist das Gerät zusätz-
lich mit einer Betriebsdruckdifferenz-Anzeige ausgerüs-
tet.
– Am Schalter 2 leuchtet die LED (Filterreinigung EIN).
Der Flachfaltenfilter wird durch einen Luftstoß alle
15 Sekunden automatisch gereinigt (pulsierendes Ge-
räusch).

Saugleistung einstellen (Bild C)
Die Saugleistung mit dem Regler 6 einstellen.
Mindestvolumenstrom einstellen (Bild C)
Mindestvolumenstrom am Drehschal-
ter 5 einstellen.
Die Skala zeigt den Saugschlauch-
querschnitt an.
– Die verschiedenen Saugschlauchquerschnitte sind
notwendig, um eine Anpassung an die Anschluss-
querschnitte der Bearbeitungsgeräte zu ermögli-
chen.
– Für den Betrieb als Entstauber für ortsveränderlichen
Betrieb (Bearbeitungsgerät am Sauger eingesteckt)
muss die eingebaute Überwachung auf das ange-
schlossene Bearbeitungsgerät (Stauberzeuger) ab-
gestimmt werden. Das heißt, dass bei einer Unter-
schreitung des zur Absaugung notwendigen Min-
destvolumenstroms von 20 m/s der Benutzer ge-
warnt werden muss.
– Die Angaben zum Mindestvolumenstrom in Abhän-
gigkeit zum Unterdruck befinden sich auf dem Ty-
penschild.
Hupe
Die Hupe ertönt, wenn die Luftgeschwindigkeit unter
20 m/s absinkt.
☞Die Hupe reagiert auf Unterdruck.
Drehschalter 5 auf richtigen Saugschlauchquerschnitt
stellen.
Trockensaugen
– Beim Aufsaugen von gesundheitsgefährdenden
Stäuben darf der Membranfilter (Sonderzubehör)
nicht eingesetzt werden.
– Beim Aufsaugen von Feinstaub kann zusätzlich eine
Papierfiltertüte oder ein Membranfilter (Sonderzube-
hör) verwendet werden.
– Beim Saugen darf niemals der Flachfaltenfilter ent-
fernt werden.
– Mit diesem Gerät können alle Arten von Stäuben bis
Staubklasse M aufgesaugt werden. Die Verwendung
eines Staubsammelbeutels ist gesetzlich vorgeschrie-
ben.
– Das Gerät ist als Industriestaubsauger zum Aufsau-
gen und als Entstauber für ortsveränderlichen Betrieb
zum Absaugen von trockenen, nicht brennbaren
Stäuben mit MAK-Werten größer gleich 0,1 mg/m 3
geeignet.
Nasssaugen
Einbau Gummilippen (Bild H)
– Bürstenstreifen 7 ausbauen.
– Gummilippen 8 einbauen.
☞Die strukturierte Seite der Gummilippen muss
nach außen zeigen.
– Papierfiltertüte entfernen.
– Netzstecker einstecken und Gerät einschalten.
Nasssaugen
☞Beim Aufsaugen von Nassschmutz wird empfoh-
len die automatische Filterreinigung abzuschal-
ten (Schalter 2 LED AUS).
– Bei Erreichen des max. Flüssigkeitsstandes schaltet
das Gerät automatisch ab.
– Gerät ausschalten und Behälter entleeren.
– Nach Beendigung des Nasssaugens Flachfaltenfilter,
Elektroden sowie Behälter reinigen und trocknen.
Beim Saugen darf niemals der Flachfaltenfilter
entfernt werden.
Beim Nasssaugen immer Papierfiltertüte/Mem-
branfilter (Sonderzubehör) entfernen.
Bei nichtleitenden Flüssigkeiten (z. B. Bohremul-
sion, Öle und Fette) wird das Gerät bei vollem
Behälter nicht abgeschaltet. Der Füllstand muss
ständig überprüft und der Behälter rechtzeitig
entleert werden.
Wartung und Reinigung
❏Vor allen Arbeiten am Gerät Netzstecker ziehen.
Reinigung
– Staubbeseitigende Maschinen sind Sicherheitsein-
richtungen zur Verhütung oder Beseitigung von Ge-
fahren im Sinne von BGV A1.
– Zur Wartung durch den Benutzer muss das Gerät
auseinandergenommen, gereinigt und gewartet
werden, soweit es durchführbar ist, ohne dabei eine
Gefahr für das Wartungspersonal und andere Per-
sonen hervorzurufen.
– Geeignete Vorsichtsmaßnahmen beinhalten Entgif-
tung vor dem Auseinandernehmen.
– Vorsorge treffen für örtlich gefilterte Zwangsentlüf-
tung, wo das Gerät auseinandergenommen wird,
Reinigung der Wartungsfläche und geeigneter
Schutz des Personals.

– Das Äußere des Gerätes sollte durch Staubsaugver-
fahren entgiftet und sauber abgewischt werden,
oder mit Abdichtmittel behandelt werden, bevor es
aus dem gefährlichen Gebiet genommen wird. Alle
Geräteteile müssen als verunreinigt angesehen wer-
den, wenn sie aus dem gefährlichen Gebiet genom-
men werden.
– Bei der Durchführung von Wartungs- und Repara-
turarbeiten müssen alle verunreinigten Gegenstän-
de, die nicht zufriedenstellend gereinigt werden kön-
nen, weggeworfen werden. Solche Gegenstände
müssen in undurchlässigen Beuteln, in Übereinstim-
mung mit den gültigen Bestimmungen für die Beseiti-
gung solchen Abfalls, entsorgt werden.
– Die Ansaugöffnung bei Transport und Wartung des
Gerätes ist mit der Anschlussmuffe zu verschließen.
Sicherheitseinrichtungen zur Verhütung von
Gefahren müssen regelmäßig gewartet wer-
den. Das heißt, mindestens einmal jährlich vom
Hersteller oder einer unterwiesenen Person auf
ihre sicherheitstechnisch einwandfreie Funktion
überprüft werden, z. B. Dichtheit des Gerätes,
Beschädigung des Filters, Funktion der Kontrol-
leinrichtungen.
– Einfache Wartungs- und Pflegearbeiten können Sie
selbst durchführen.
– Die Geräteoberfläche und die Behälterinnenseite
sollten regelmäßig mit einem feuchten Tuch gereinigt
werden.
Gefahr durch gesundheitsschädlichen Staub.
Bei Wartungsarbeiten (z. B. Filter-wechsel)
Atemschutzmaske P2 oder höherwertig und
Einwegkleidung tragen.
Flachfaltenfilter wechseln (Bild J)
– Filterabdeckung öffnen.
– Flachfaltenfilter 9 herausnehmen.
– Gebrauchten Flachfaltenfilter im staubdicht ver-
schlossenen Beutel gemäß den gesetzlichen Bestim-
mungen entsorgen.
– Anhaftender Schmutz auf der Reinluftseite entfernen.
– Neuen Flachfaltenfilter einsetzen.
– Filterabdeckung schliessen, die Abdeckung muss
hörbar einrasten.
Passende Flachfaltenfilter (Art.-Nr. 0702 400 367)
und Staubbeutel (Art.-Nr. 0702 400 207) können di-
rekt bei Würth bezogen werden.
Elektroden reinigen (Bild K)
– Saugkopf entriegeln und abnehmen.
– Elektroden reinigen.
– Saugkopf aufsetzen und verriegeln.
Gerät aufbewahren (Bild L)
– Absaugschlauch wie dargestellt ablegen.
Sollte das Gerät trotz sorgfältiger Herstell- und Prüfver-
fahren einmal ausfallen, ist die Reparatur von einem
Würth master-Service ausführen zu lassen. In Deutsch-
land erreichen Sie den Würth master-Service kostenlos
unter Tel. 0800-WMASTER (0800-9 62 78 37). In Ös-
terreich unter der Tel. [phone].
Bei allen Rückfragen und Ersatzteilbestellungen bitte un-
bedingt die Artikelnummer laut Typenschild des Gerä-
tes angeben.

Entsorgung
Elektrowerkzeuge, Zubehör und Verpackungen sollen
einer umweltgerechten Wiederverwertung zugeführt
werden.

Werfen Sie Elektrowerkzeuge nicht in
den Hausmüll!
Gemäß der Europäischen Richtlinie
2002/96/EG über Elektro- und Elek-
tronik-Altgeräte und ihrer Umsetzung
in nationales Recht müssen nicht mehr gebrauchsfähige
Elektrowerkzeuge getrennt gesammelt und einer um-
weltgerechten Wiederverwertung zugeführt werden.

Fehlersuche
Tritt eine Störung (z. B. Filterbruch) auf, muss das Gerät sofort abgeschaltet werden. Vor erneuter Inbetriebnahme
muss die Störung beseitigt werden.
Geräusch-/Vibrations-
information
Messwerte ermittelt entsprechend EN 60 704-2-1.
Der A-bewertete Schalldruckpegel des Gerätes beträgt
typischerweise 67 dB (A).
Gewährleistung
Für dieses Würth-Gerät bieten wir eine Gewährleistung
gemäß den gesetzlichen/länderspezifischen Bestim-
mungen ab Kaufdatum (Nachweis durch Rechnung
oder Lieferschein). Entstandene Schäden werden durch
Ersatzlieferung oder Reparatur beseitigt.
Schäden, die auf natürliche Abnutzung, Überlastung

Intended Use
The machine is intended for vacuuming dry, non-flam-
mable, harmful dusts from machines and devices of dust
category M according to EN 60 335-2-69. Limitation:
Carcinogenic materials, except for wood dust, may not
be vacuumed.
This appliance is suited for the commercial use, e.g. in
hotels, schools, hospitals, factories, shops, offices, and
rental companies.
The machine is intended for wet and dry vacuuming of
walls and floors for commercial use.
For damage caused by usage other then intended, the
user is responsible.

possible only when the operating
and safety information are read
completely and the instructions con-
tained therein are strictly followed.
In addition, the general safety in-
structions in the enclosed booklet
must be followed.
If the mains cable is damaged or cut
through while working, do not touch
the cable but immediately pull the
mains plug. Never use the machine
with a damaged cable.
❏For dry vacuuming, a dust bag and a flat-folded
filter element must always be used. Do not operate
the vacuum cleaner without the filter system, other-
wise the vacuum motor will be damaged and a
health risk will be presented due to an increased
amount of expelled fine dust.
❏An adequate ventilation rate L is required when
the exhaust air is pumped back into the area. In or-
der to keep within the required limit values, the vol-
ume flow of the air pumped back into the area
must not exceed 50% of the amount of fresh air
(room volume VRx ventilation rate LW). The follow-
ing applies without special ventilation measure:

❏Usage of the machine and the substances that are to
be vacuumed, including the safe procedure for dis-
posal of the vacuumed material, are to be carried out
only through trained personnel.
❏This machine contains harmful dust. Emptying
and maintenance work, including the removal of
the dust collection containers, may only be carried
out by skilled personnel wearing suitable protec-
tion. Do not operate the machine without the com-

Before Use
Check for correct mains voltage: The voltage of the
power source must match the voltage specified on the
nameplate of the machine.
Assembly (figures 1 - 6)
– Unlock and remove the suction head.
– Take out accessory parts, wheels and casters.
– Mount wheels/casters as shown.
– Insert and lock the vacuum hose.
– Mount hand piece/extension wand (s).
Fitting/replacing the paper filter bag
(figure A/figure I)
The machine is equipped with a paper filter bag
with closing slider.
If the paper filter bag is full and the volume flow
falls below the minimum level, the bag must be
changed.
At the end of its service life, the machine is to be
disposed of according to statutory regulations.
– Insert the connector for the vacuum hose into the vac-
uum hose connection.
– Slide in the connector for the vacuum hose to the
stop.
– Firmly tighten the vacuum connection with the con-
nector for the vacuum hose by turning it in clockwise
direction. The "bayonet connector” ensures an accu-
rate fit (Figure I).
– Pull out the paper filter bag toward the rear (1). Pull
the closing slider (2) upward and tightly seal the pa-
per filter bag when pulling it out (Figure I - see im-
print on the packaging of the filter element).
– Dispose of the used filter element in a dust-tight,
sealed bag according to statutory regulations.
– Inserting a new paper filter bag (Figure A)
– Replace the suction head and lock it in place.

(figure F).
– Plug the electric tool‘s power plug into the vacuum
cleaner (figure C).
– Switch the vacuum cleaner on and push the On/Off
switch of the power tool. The remote automatic start-
ing switch 4 must be in the bottom position (automat-
ic ON).
☞The vacuum cleaner is automatically switched
on and off with the electric tool.
Automatic Filter Cleaning (figure G)
Your vacuum cleaner is provided with a new type of fil-
ter cleaner – especially effective for fine dust.
To ensure that the air speed during the vacuuming pro-
cedure never falls to below 20 m/s in the vacuum hose,
the machine is additionally equipped with a differential
pressure indicator.
– The LED (filter cleaning ON) on switch 2 is lit.
The flat-folded filter is cleaned automatically every
15 seconds by means of an air blast (pulsating noise).

The scale indicates the cross-section of
the vacuum hose.
– The different vacuum hose cross-sections are neces-
sary in order to adapt the connection cross-sections
of the power tools subject to extraction.
– For mobile operation of the vacuum cleaner as an
exhaust unit (power tool connected directly to vacu-
um cleaner), the built-in monitoring system must be
matched to the power tool (dust source) connected.
This means that the user must be warned if the mini-
mum volume flow required for extraction falls below
20 m/s.
– The data for minimum volume flow in relation to the
vacuum can be found on the type plate.
Horn
The horn sounds when the air speed falls below 20 m/s.
☞The horn reacts on vacuum.
Set rotary switch 5 to the correct vacuum hose
cross-section.
Dry Vaccuming
– When vacuuming dusts that are harmful to one’s
health, the membrane filter (special accessory) may
not be inserted.
– A paper filter bag or a diaphragm filter (special ac-
cessories) can additionally be used to vacuum fine
dust.
– During vacuuming it is not permitted to ever remove
the flat pleated filter.
– This machine can be used to vacuum all types of dust
to dust category M. The use of a dust collection bag
is specified by law.
– The machine is suitable for use as an industrial vac-
uum cleaner for vacuuming and for mobile opera-
tion as an exhaust unit for dry, non-flammable dusts
with MAC values greater or equal to 0.1 mg/m 3.
Wet Vacuuming
Fitting rubber squeegees (Figure H)
– Dismantle the strip brush 7.
– Fit the rubber 8 squeegees.
☞The profiled surface of the rubber squeegees
must be on the outside.
– Remove the paper filter bag.
– Insert the power plug and switch the machine on.
Wet Vacuuming
☞For wet vacuuming, it is recommended to switch
the automatic filter cleaning off (the LED on
switch 2 is not lit).
– The unit turns itself off automatically when the max.
liquid level has been reached.
– Switch the unit off and empty the container.
– After wet vacuuming, clean and dry the flat pleated
filter, the electrodes and the drum.
The flat pleated filter must never be removed
when vacuuming.
The paper filter bag or the membrane filter
(special accessories) must be removed whenev-
er vacuuming wet dirt.
In the case of non-conductive fluids (e. g. drill-

Maintenance and Cleaning
❏Before any work on the machine itself, pull the
mains plug.
Cleaning
– Dust-removing machines are classed as safety devic-
es designed to prevent or eliminate dangers as spec-
ified in BGV A1.
– For maintenance on behalf of the user, the machine
must be dismantled, cleaned and serviced in so far
as this is possible, without endangering maintenance
personnel or other persons.
– Suitable precautions include decontamination before
the machine is dismantled.

– Ensure the following: Filtered forced ventilation is re-
quired in the area where the machine is dismantled;
cleaning of the maintenance area and suitable pro-
tection of personnel.
– The outside of the machine should be detoxified by
vacuum cleaning and cleaned thoroughly, or treated
with a sealed coating before being removed from the
danger area. All parts of the machine must be con-
sidered contaminated when they are removed from
the danger area.
– Any contaminated parts, which cannot be cleaned
satisfactorily when carrying out maintenance and re-
pair work, must be disposed of. These parts must be
placed in sealed bags and disposed of in accord-
ance with current regulations relating to the disposal
of such waste materials.
– For transport or maintenance of the machine, the
vacuum opening is to be closed with the connector
for the suction hose.
Safety devices which are designed to prevent
dangerous situations must be serviced regular-
ly. This means that the safety functions of the
devices must be subjected to a thorough inspec-
tion, e.g., checking for leaks and damage to the
filter, and testing the monitoring equipment.
This must be carried out by the manufacturer or
a trained person at least once a year.
– Basic maintenance and cleaning can be carried out
the user himself.
– The outer surface of the machine and the inside of
the drum should be cleaned regularly using a damp
cloth.
Danger due to dust that is harmful to one’s
health. For maintenance (e.g., changing the fil-
ter), wear a respiratory mask P2 (or higher pro-
tection degree) and disposable clothing.
Replace the flat pleated filter (figure J)
– Open the filter cover.
– Remove the flat pleated filter 9.
– Dispose of the used flat pleated filter in a dust-vacu-
um bag according to the country-specific regula-
tions.
– Remove all debris from the clean air side.
– Insert a new flat pleated filter.
– Close the filter cover, it must engage audibly.
Appropriate flat pleated filters (art. 0702 400 367)
and dust bags (art. 0702 400 207) can be purchased
by Würth.
Cleaning the electrodes (figure K)
– Unlock and remove the suction head.
– Clean the electrodes.
– Replace the suction head and lock it in place.
Storing the Machine (figure L)
– Wind up the vacuum hose as shown.
If the machine should fail despite the care taken in man-
ufacturing and testing, repair should be carried out by
a Würth Master-Service agent.

bio dell’aria L. Per rispettare i valori limite richiesti, il flus-
so volumetrico ricondotto deve essere al massimo 50%
del flusso volumetrico di aria fresca (volume dell’ambien-
te VRx tasso di ricambio dell’aria LW). Senza particolari
misure per la ventilazione si applica: LW=1h–1.

Uso conforme alle norme
Osservare la tensione di rete: La tensione della rete
deve corrispondere a quella riportata sulla targhetta
della macchina.
Montage (figura 1 - 6)
– Sbloccare e rimuovere la parte superiore di aspira-
zione.
– Togliere gli accessori e le ruote.
– Montare i particolari del carrello/rulli come illustra-
to.
– Inserire e bloccare il tubo flessibile di aspirazione.
– Montare manicotto di aspirazione/prolunga del tu-
bo.
Montare/sostituire sacchetto del filtro di
carta (figura A/figura I)
L’apparecchio è equipaggiato con un sacchetto
filtro di carta con coperchio scorrevole.
Quando il sacchetto filtro di carta è pieno e si
scende al di sotto del flusso volumetrico mini-
mo, occorre cambiare il filtro.
Trascorsa la sua durata operativa, l’apparec-
chio è da smaltire secondo le disposizioni di
legge.
– Inserire esattamente il manicotto di collegamento
nell’attacco di aspirazione.
– Spingere il manicotto di collegamento fino in fondo.
– Bloccare il raccordo di aspirazione con il manicotto
ruotandolo verso destra. La precisione di accoppia-
mento è data da un «attacco a baionetta» (figura I).
– Estrarre il sacchetto filtro di carta tirandolo indietro
(1). Sollevare la chiusura scorrevole (2) e chiudere
ermeticamente il sacchetto filtro di carta al momento
di estrarlo (figura I - vedi quanto stampato sull’im-
ballaggio dell’elemento filtrante).
– Smaltire l'elemento filtrante usato nel sacchetto a
chiusura ermetica in conformità con le disposizioni
di legge.
– Inserire sacchetto del filtro di carta nuovo (figura A).
– Applicare la parte superiore di aspirazione e bloc-
care.
Messa in funzione

avvio/arresto sull’elettroutensile. L’interruttore 4
deve trovarsi nella posizione inferiore (automatico
AVV).
☞L‘aspiratore viene inserito e disinserito automati-
camente insieme all‘attrezzo elettrico.
Pulizia automatica del filtro (figura G)
Il vostro aspiratore è fornito di un dispositivo di pulizia
filtro innovativo - particolarmente efficace per polvere
fine.
Al fine di garantire che durante la pulizia del filtro la
velocità dell’aria non scenda mai al di sotto di un valore
di 20 m/s nel tubo flessibile di aspirazione, l’apparec-
chio dispone di un indicatore di differenza della pres-
sione d’esercizio e di un dispositivo di pulizia del filtro.
– Sull’interruttore 2 è illuminato il LED (pulizia del filtro
AVV).
Il filtro pieghettato piatto viene pulito automaticamente
ogni 15 secondi tramite un colpo d’aria (rumore pul-
sante).

Regolare la potenza di aspirazione con il regolatore 6.

Regolare il flusso volumetrico mini-
mo 5 con l’interruttore.
La scala graduata indica la sezione
del tubo flessibile di aspirazione.
– Le varie sezioni del tubo flessibile di aspirazione
sono necessarie per consentire l’addattamento alle
diverse sezioni di collegamento degli apparecchi di
lavorazione.
– Per il funzionamento come depolverizzatore ad uso
mobile (apparecchio di lavorazione inserito
nell’aspiratore) occorre regolare il dispositivo di
controllo integrato in funzione dell’apparecchio di
lavorazione (generatore di polvere). Ciò significa
che se il flusso volumetrico scende al di sotto del va-
lore necessario per l’aspirazione, ovvero 20 m/s,
l’utilizzatore deve venir avvertito.
– Dati relativi al flusso volumentrico in funzione della
depressione sono indicati sulla targhetta.
Segnalatore acustico
Il segnalatore acustico suona quando la velocità
dell’aria scende al di sotto di 20m/s.
☞AvvertenzaIl segnalatore acustico è sensibile alla
depressione.
Regolare l’interruttore 5 in base alla corretta sezione
del tubo flessibile di aspirazione.
Aspirazione a secco
– In caso di aspirazione di polveri pericolose per la
salute, il filtro a membrana (accessorio speciale)
non deve essere impiegato.
– Per l’aspirazione di polvere fine si può ricorrere
all‘utilizzo supplementare di un filtro di carta o un fil-
tro a membrana (accessori speciali).
– Non rimuovere mai il filtro a pieghettatura piatta du-
rante l‘aspirazione.
– Questo apparecchio consente di aspirare tutti i tipi di
polvere fino alla categoria di polvere M. L’impiego
di un sacchetto di raccolta della polvere (codice
d’ordinazione vedi Sistemi di filtraggio) è prescritto
per legge.
– L’apparecchio impegato come aspiratore industriale
è indicato per aspirare ed utilizzato come depolve-
rizzatore ad uso mobile è adatto ad aspirare polveri
asciutte, non infiammabili con valori MAK superiori
oppure uguali a 0,1 mg/m 3.
Aspirazione de liquidi
Montaggio dei labbri di gomma (figura H)
– Smontare la spazzola a striscia 7.
– Montare i labbri di gomma 8.
☞Il lato modificato dei labbri di gomma deve esse-
re indirizzato verso l‘esterno.
– Togliere il sacchetto di carta.
– Inserire la spina ed accendere l’apparecchio.
Aspirazione de liquidi
☞In caso di aspirazione di sporco bagnato si con-
siglia di disinserire la pulizia automatica del fil-
tro (interruttore 2 LED spento).
– Al raggiungimento del livello max. di liquido, l’ap-
parecchio si disinserisce automaticamente.
– Spegnere l’apparecchio e svuotare il serbatoio.
– Una volta terminata l’operazione di aspirazione li-
quidi, pulire e far asciugare il filtro a pieghettatura
piatta, gli elettrodi ed anche il contenitore.
Non rimuovere mai il filtro a pieghettatura piat-
ta durante l‘aspirazione.
Per l’aspirazione a umido rimuovere sempre il
sacchetto del filtro di carta/filtro a membrana
(accessorio speciale).
Con liquidi non conduttori (per es. emulsione
per trapanature, oli e grassi) l’apparecchio non
viene disinserito a serbatoio pieno. Occorre
controllare costantemente il livello di riempi-
mento e svuotare il serbatoio in tempo utile.
Cura e manutenzione
❏Prima di qualunque intervento alla macchina,
estrarre la spina dalla presa di rete.
Cura
– Macchine per la rimozione delle polveri fanno parte
dell’equipaggiamento di sicurezza atto all’elimina-
zione o alla prevenzione di pericoli ai sensi del §3
del BGV A1.
– Ai fini della manutenzione l’apparecchio deve esse-
re smontato, pulito e controllato per quanto è possi-
bile, senza causare pericoli al personale addetto
alla manutenzione o ad altre persone.
– Le misure preventive idonee in tal senso devono com-
prendere la decontaminazione prima dello smon-
taggio.
– Provvedere ad una ventilazione forzata mediante fil-
tri nei locali dove viene smontato l’apparecchio, alla
pulizia della superficie di manutenzione e alla pro-
tezione appropriata del personale.

– L’esterno dell’apparecchio deve essere decontami-
nato mediante aspirazione e pulito accuratamente
con un panno umido, oppure trattato con un sigillan-
te prima di essere portato fuori dalla zona pericolo-
sa.Tutti i componenti dell’apparecchio devono esse-
re considerati contaminati quando vengono portati
fuori dalla zona pericolosa.
– Durante l’esecuzione di interventi di manutenzione e
riparazione tutti gli oggetti che non possono essere
puliti sufficientemente, devono essere gettati via. Tali
oggetti devono essere chiusi in sacchetti ermetici e
smaltiti in conformità alle disposizioni vigenti per lo
smaltimento di rifiuti di questo tipo.
– Durante il trasporto oppure durante gli interventi di
manutenzione all’apparecchio, chiudere l’apertura
di aspirazione con il manicotto di collegamento.
Gli equipaggiamenti di sicurezza per la pre-
venzione o l’eliminazione di pericoli devono es-
sere sottoposti regolarmente a manutenzione.
Ciò significa che essi devono essere controllati
almeno una volta all’anno dal produttore o da
una persona adeguatamente addestrata ri-
guardo al loro perfetto funzionamento rispetto
alla tecnica di sicurezza, per es.ermeticità
dell’apparecchio, danneggiamenti del filtro,
funzionamento dei dispositivi di controllo.
– Gli interventi di manutenzione e di pulizia semplici
possono essere effettuati dall’utente stesso.
– La superficie dell’apparecchio e l’interno del serba-
toio devono essere puliti ad intervalli regolari con un
panno umido.
Rischi dovuti alle polveri nocive alla salute. Du-
rante gli interventi di manutenzione (ad es. so-
stituzione dei filtri) è necessario indossare una
maschera protettiva per le vie respiratorie P2 o
superiore ed una tuta monouso.
Sostituzione del filtro pieghettato piatto
(figura J)
– Aprire la copertura del filtro.
– Sostituire il filtro pieghettato piatto 9.
– Smaltire l’elemento filtrante usato nel sacchetto a
chiusura ermetica in conformità con le disposizioni
di legge.
– Rimuovere eventuale sporco sul lato dell'aria pura.
– Inserire il nuovo filtro plissettato piatto.
– Richiudere la copertura del filtro, si deve sentire uno
scatto.
Filtro pieghettato piatto (Art. No. 0702 400 367) e
sacchetto per la polvere (Art. No. 0702 400 207) pos-
sono essere acquistati direttamente presso la Würth.
Pulire gli elettrodi (figura K)
– Sbloccare e togliere la testa di aspirazione.
– Pulire gli elettrodi.
– Posizionare e bloccare la testa di aspirazio.
Conservazione dell’apparecchio (figura L)
– Riporre il tubo flessibile di aspirazione come illustra-
to.
Se nonostante gli accurati procedimenti di produzione
e di controllo la macchina dovesse guastarsi, la ripara-
zione va fatta effettuare da un punto di assistenza Wür-
th master-Service autorizzato.
Per ogni tipo di richiesta o di ordinazione di pezzi di
ricambio, è indispensabile comunicare sempre il codice
articolo riportato sulla targhetta di fabbricazione della
macchina.

possibile richiederla presso la più vicina filiale Würth.
Smaltimento
Avviare ad un riciclaggio rispettoso dell’ambiente gli
imballaggi, gli elettroutensili e gli accessori dismessi.

Conformemente alla norma della
direttiva CE 2002/96 sui rifiuti di ap-
parecchiature elettriche ed elettroni-
che (RAEE) ed all’attuazione del recepimento nel diritto
nazionale, gli elettroutensili diventati inservibili devono
essere raccolti separatamente ed essere inviati ad una
riutilizzazione ecologica.

Ricerca di anomalie
In caso di inconvenienti (per es. rottura del filtro), l’apparecchio deve essere disinserito immediatamente. Pri-
ma di poter inserire nuovamente l’apparecchio, l’inconveniente verificatosi deve essere eliminato.

dell’utensile è di solito di 67 dB (A).
Garanzia
Per questa macchina Würth forniamo una garanzia in
conformità con le direttive di legge vigenti nel rispettivo
Paese ed a partire dalla data di acquisto (verifica da
fattura o bolla di consegna). I difetti subentrati vengono
eliminati attraverso una fornitura di ricambio oppure
provvedendo alle dovute riparazioni.
Si esclude la prestazione di garanzia in caso di danni
dovuti a normale usura, a sovraccarico, oppure a trat-
tamento ed impiego non appropriato.
Si accettano reclamazioni soltanto in caso che la mac-
china venga rimandato indietro non smontato ad una
delle sedi Würth oppure al Vostro Responsabile Servi-
zio Clienti Würth oppure ad un Centro Servizio Clienti

La turbina di aspirazione non
funziona Controllare cavo, spina, fusibile e presa, se necessario pulire gli elettrodi.
Inserire l‘apparecchio.
La turbina di aspirazione si
