With Device Access Password Protection,

screens and remote network settings
cannot be viewed or altered witho t a
Personal Identification N mber (PIN).
Configurable Network Services let yo

enablement/disablement of specific device
and print protocols.

How do yo prevent na thorized viewing
of important doc ments yo have sent to
the printer? How can yo make s re they
won’t walk away? Xerox Secure Print
holds jobs at the device ntil the owner
enters a PIN to release them. They aren’t
printed ntil yo ’re on the scene.
The Image Overwrite Security option
electronically erases data processed to the
hard disk in print, copy, scan, Internet fax
and server fax modes. This eliminates data
stored as part of ro tine job processing.
Depending on c stomer environments,
electronic erasing can be performed imme-
diately after every job or on demand at yo r
convenience. (The Xerox Image Overwrite
Security process implements a 3-pass
algorithm specified in the U.S. Department
of Defense Directive 5200.28-M.)
The Removable Disk Drive Accessory lets
yo remove and store hard drives, virt ally
eliminating the risk of na thorized access
to classified data.

which are a tomatically decrypted pon
receipt, enabling compliance with govern-
ment privacy reg lations s ch as HIPAA.
The Internal Auditron prevents na thorized
sers from sing walk- p copy feat res.
Yo can limit the n mber of copies available
for each ser, track sage at an acco nt or
department level, and download data to a PC
to generate a dit reports.
The optional Foreign Interface Device
enables external access and acco nting via
magnetic card readers, coin devices and
third-party acco nting sol tions.
In addition, with optional WorkCentre Pro
Network Accounting enablement, yo
control access and track sage on a
centralized basis. Yo get p-to-the-min te
data on how WorkCentre Pro is being sed
by acco nt and/or ser n mber, the type of
service (print, copy, scan, fax) and even the
time and date of completion. This sol tion
req ires integration with a Xerox B siness
