-This product was designed to provide “benchmark”
image quality for its product class. To maximize
Customer Satisfaction this product should be
operated 3,000 - 7,000 prints/ copies per month 70 -
80% of which are color copies. Usage above this
range may result in a higher service frequency (see
chart below).

-The number of copies between service calls on a
digital color copier is dependent on customer
expectations of quality, and the use of applications
and thruput materials. Trained operators can
minimize the problems encountered.

TRANSPARENCIES
TRANSPARENCIES
-Transparencies for this product are restricted for Western
Hemisphere to 3R5765 (8.5x11”), 3R5775 (8.5x11”), 3R3108
(8.5x11”), and 3R5821 (11x17”) and for Europe to 3R91331
(A4),3R93179(A4),and3R93314(A3).Thesecanonlybe
supportedoutofthebypasstrayandmustbeloadedinthe
correctmanner. The3R5765 and3R93179premium
transparencies are specifically designed to provide optimum
copy quality including more vivid colors.
-Use of other transparencies may cause machine damage.
Continued use of transparencies other than those
recommended may result in customer being placed on time
and materials. Please see customer documentation for
additional information.
SPECIAL MATERIALS
SPECIAL MATERIALS
-All special materials must be run through the Bypass Tray
(MSI) following the recommended steps in the Materials Usage
Guide (MUG), 701P92427. Refer to this document for more
details.
-Recommended heavy weight papers, 32# Bond (120 gsm) to
110# Index (203 gsm) or equivalent can be run satisfactorily.
However,theyarenottobeexpectedtomatchthe
performance of Xerox Image Series LX /Color Xpressions 24#
Bond (90 gsm) or Colotech 90g/m2 Xerox paper.
-Attemptstofeedmaterialsgreaterthan110# Index(203gsm)
may cause machine damage.
- Recommended Xerox single step transfer material can be run
satisfactorily.
-Xerox copier labels can be run satisfactorily.
-Xeroxcoated stock32# (120gsm) and60# (162 gsm)(11” and
17”), that was designed for the xerographic process, can be
run satisfactorily when run SEF. Coated papers should not be
run with duplexing applications. Coated papers are not to be
expected to match the performance of regular bond paper.

-The 5750 is enabled for manual duplex via the
Bypass Tray.
-As with any full color copier, duplex performance is
not expected to match the performance of single
sided copying. Paper jam rates will be higher than
the rate you will experience in single sided mode.
Extensive duplex operation may have a secondary
effect on performance and copy quality of single
sided jobs.
-The 5750 should provide reasonable duplex
performance when operated within the specified
paperweightrangeof24#(90gsm)-28#Bond(105
gsm) and utilizing the recommended procedure
outlined in the MUG.
-Duplexing applications should not be used with
coated papers.
-The5750willnotbereplacedfreeofchargefor
unsatisfactory duplex performance because a
replacement unit will have similar performance.

-Like any color reproduction process there will be
some variances in color quality over time.
-Image Quality is strongly influenced by paper.
- The image quality for heavy weight paper such as
90#(163gsm)and110# Index(203gsm)maynotbe
comparable to lower weight thruput materials.
- Key Applications may be copied/printed on the 5750
and reviewed by the customer.
