XFORCE RECOMMENDS AN AUTHORISED PROFESSIONAL TO INSTALL ALL PRODUCTS
WARNING: When working on any vehicle exercise extreme caution. Please allow the vehicles exhaust system to be cool enough to touch before removal.
Failing to do so may result in severe burns. If working without a hoist refer to the vehicles manual to check correct lifting specifications. Always wear safety
glasses, protective gloves and ensure your working in a safe area. Serious injury or death can occur if the correct safety measures are not followed.
Attention: Please read the instructions carefully. XFORCE will only warrant manufacturing faults. This does not extend to damage or breakage due to
incorrect fitment.

Raise car on a Vehicle Lift
Cut Factory Exhaust at Rear Sub Frame
Unbolt V Band Clamp Behind Engine (15mm)
Remove Centre Pipe Work
Unclip Bimodal Motor Wiring
Remove Rear Muffler
Step 1

Step 2
On a bench assemble finger tight ES-FRS16-CBS-C1 to ES-FRS16-C1
Lift into place and insert hanger into rubber and V Band flare into Dump
Pipe. If fitting the XForce Dump Pipe (ES-FRS16-KITB) DO NOT use the ES-
FRS16-CBS-C1
Slide the ES-FRS16-02-C2 over the rear sub frame (from tailshaft side) then
finger tight bolt to ES-FRS16-C1 and then fit the ES-FRS16-VMKR and Tips.
Tighten all bolts (16mm) and nuts (14mm) from the rear to the front.
Check Tip alignment and tighten using a 6mm Allen Key.

Step 3
Fit Bimodal Motor to BMSIM-01 and bolt to the Chassis next to the
factory wiring using the hole in the Chassis, then plug wiring to motor.
(REFER TO PIC).

Step 4
Plug Varex wiring into rear muffler (2 pin plug with yellow rubber seal), run the wiring into the
trunk area and forward to the passengers side front of the car.
Connect 4 white 4 pin plug to the Smart Box, plug OBDII cable into Factory OBDII Port then to the
Smart Box, Attach GPS Aerial to Windshield and then to Smart Box and finally connect Varex Key
Fob Module to the Smart Box using the Short Grey Connecting Cable.
Download the Varex SmartBox App from the App Store or Google Play, Set up SmartBox settings
and check that Varex is working Correctly.

Note: When you first start your vehicle after the installation of your new XFORCE Performance Exhaust System, there may be some smoke and fumes coming from the system. This is a protective oil based coating used in the
manufacturing of mandrel bent performance exhaust tubing. This is not a problem and will disappear within a very short period of time after the exhaust has reached normal operating temperatures.
