1. SAMPLEPREPARATIONANDCOLLECTION:
1Placethesamplebaginsidesamplerandclosesamplerlid.
2. Inserta 6"longpieceof 1/4"0DX1/8"ID Tygon© tubingthroughtheInletTubeFitting.
3. Adjustlenghtoftubingsohalfofthetubingisinsidethesampler.
4. Tightentheinlettubefittingjustenoughtocreateasealaroundthe Tygon© tubing.
5. Attach the insideportionofthe Tygon© tubingtotheinletvalveonthesamplebag.
6.Opensamplevalveonthesamplebagandclosethelidofthesampler.
7. MakesurethePurgeValveisclosed(Closedforfastestfill rate, Opentoslowfillrate).
8.Turnonthesamplepump.
9. To ensurepropersamplebagpreparation,fill & emptythenewsamplebagatleastthree
timeswitha clean gas. Toemptythesamplebagusingthesampler pump: disconectthetubing
at the OutletVacuumPort;Attachashortpieceof 1/4"0DX1/8"ID Tygon© tubingfromthe
PumpDischargePorttotheOutletVacuumPort to createapresureinsidethesamplecamber.
10. Fillprepurgedsamplebagforcollectionandanalysis.
11. Turnoffsample pump, openPurge Valve, opensamplerlid,CLOSESAMPLEBAG
VALVEandremovesamplebagfrominlettubing.
CAUTION:Itisrecommendedthatyougivethebatteryanovernightchargeaftersixhoursof use.
