• Duringextendedperiodsofnon-use,removethepowercordoftheACadapter
from the outlet.
• Installtheinstrumentsothatyoucanimmediatelyremovethepowercordifan
abnormal or dangerous condition occurs.
This manual describes the safety precautions for using the AC adapter and the AC adapter
specifications. For details on its handling procedure, see the user’s manual of the measuring
instrument that the AC adapter will be used with.

Hold the AC adapter itself.
• DonotbringmetallicobjectsnearthemetalpartsoftheDCplug.
• WhenunpluggingtheplugofthepowercordortheDCplugoftheDCcord,do
not pull the cord.
• WhenstoringtheACadapter,donotbundlethepowercordorDCcordtootightly.
CAUTION
Do not bring the AC adapter to direct contact with your body over long periods
while the current is flowing. Doing so may cause cold burns.
