THE ONE Express Cups PLUS provide a mobile pumping
method that maintains the quality and effectiveness of a
non-mobile way, allowing you to express quickly and
efficiently at your convenience. Assembly is simple and
straight forward; all parts can be disassembled to enable
easy cleaning and can be sanitised in boiling water.

Wash your hands with soap and water and dry thoroughly
before assembling parts before expressing.
Ensure all parts are clean and dry before each use.
Avoid harsh detergents or hard scourers sponges as this
may scratch or damage the product.
Exposure to detergent may make the silicone appear
cloudy over time.
Do not use sterilising tablets or UV steriliser to clean
silicone parts.
Store in a cool, dry space and avoid direct sunlight.
Replace the parts or the product if it shows signs of wear
or damage.
Replace the valves every three months (2 spare valves are
provided).
Please do not use a cleaning brush inside the valves as
this may damage the valve or shorten its lifespan.
This product is a personal care item, and use should not
be shared between mothers.
THE ONE Express Cups PLUS are intended for use with THE
ONE pump or compatible pumps.
If you experience any pain while using THE ONE Express
Cups PLUS, seek professional advice from a Lactation
Consultant to ensure you have the correct fit breast shield
for you.

Product description Cleaning
1. Before first use
a. Disassemble all parts
b. Wash in warm soapy water
c. Rinse well
d. Submerge parts in pot of water and boil for 3-5 minutes
i. Use large pot to avoid parts touching sides or bottom of pot
e. Shake off excess water and air dry on a dedicated rack
or clean cloth
2. After each use
a. Put aside parts that don’t come in contact with breastmilk
i. When used correctly, tubing does not come in contact
with breastmilk and does not need to
be cleaned routinely
b. Disassemble all other parts ( collection cup,
silicone breast shield, valve and valve base)
c. Rinse with cold water soon after use
d. Wash in warm soapy water
i. Valves can be cleaned by gentle rubbing between fingers
e. Rinse well
f.Shake off excess water and air dry on a dedicated rack
or clean cloth
3. How to sanitise
a. Follow cleaning instructions 2.a through 2.e
b. Submerge parts in pot of water and boil for 3-5 minutes
i. Use large pot to avoid parts touching sides or bottom of pot
c. Shake off excess water and air dry on a dedicated rack

Note: If the silicone breast shield is too large or you are experiencing low
suction (that is not resolved by following the troubleshooting steps page 15)
please try the little breast shield by inserting it into the silicone breast shield
before use.

Troubleshooting
Issue Solution
If using as a single pump, check the other side
of the tubing is firmly connected into the top
of the Y-shape tubing.
Check the membrane for damage. Replace
membrane if needed and sanitise the tubing.
If condensation occurs ensure tubing is dry
before next use. To do this, disconnect tubing
from cups and turn the pump back on to dry
the tubing while you are packing away the
breastmilk.
Ensure the tubing, back of membrane and
membrane cap are dry before use.
Check tubing to ensure it is inserted into the
membrane cap firmly.
Ensure the valves are in the correct position
and check for any damage or wear. Replace
valve if needed.
Check that all parts are securely assembled.
