Assemble this product on a smooth flat surface which has no protruding objects, e.g. a carpet or the box it was
suppled in.
The fittings pack contains small items. Be aware of the danger to young children.
You will need a screwdriver and a mallet / hammer to assemble this product.
The correct assembly, use and maintenance of your bench will ensure that it gives many years of trouble free use.
It is very important that you read and fully understand these instructions before using this product. This product
has been designed, manufactured & tested to meet all UK & European safety requirements for domestic use.
Please note that these benches are only supplied with a warranty for domestic use. Commercial use is not
covered under the warranty.

Step 1
Place the LH side panel
onto a smooth surface. In
order to avoid scratches,
we recommend using the
box the bench was
supplied in.
Attach the back panel to
the side panel and tap
gently with a mallet to
ensure location of the
tenons.
IMPORTANT - the holes
in the back panel face
forward. Using a mallet tap
the wooden dowels into
place. Note that the glue is
optional. The bench will be
more than strong enough
even without the glue.
Step 2
Locate the seat panel into
the holes in the LH side
panel and the back panel
and using a mallet tap the
wooden dowels into place.
Locate the RH side panel
on top as shown and
secure using the wooden
dowels in the same
manner.
Step 3
Secure the seat panel on the underside
using wood screws inserted through the
holes into the side frames and the back
panel. With the aid of an assistant carefully
lift and turn the bench back into the normal
position. The assembly is now complete.
