2. Wait for the Router to turn on and connect to
our network, then look for the “Zain Router
Advanced” wireless network on your computer.
Join that network.
3. Open a web browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome,
Firefox...etc), and go to 192.168.1.1.

of your Router.

To ensure a safer surfing
experience, you need to
change two passwords,
for your Router’s admin
page, and for your Wi-Fi
network.
To change the Router’s
admin page password:
1. Connect the power
cable to your device,
and press the power
button.

to access your Router’s page. Enter the existing
password “Admin”, then choose your own.
6. Click on “Submit”.
To change the Wi-Fi password:
1. Open a web browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome,
Firefox...etc), and go to 192.168.1.1.

2. Access your page by entering your password.
3. Click on “General Settings” on the left-side
menu.
4. Click on “WLAN Settings” on the sub-menu
under “General Settings”.
5. Enter your new wireless password in the “WPA-
PSK” field.
6. Click on “Submit”.
7. To connect to the Internet after this process,
look for the “Zain Router Advanced” wireless
network and enter the new password.

First-time use

1. Remove the cap from
your Wiyana Connect
4G e-GO device and
insert it into your
computer’s USB port.
2. Click on the
application icon and
follow the steps to download our software.
3. When the software window appears, wait a
few seconds for the Wiyana Connect 4G e-GO
to connect to your
network. Ensure that
the “Zain Advanced”
network is selected
in the drop down
menu, then click on
“Connect”.
4. Next time you use your Wiyana Connect
4G e-GO, the software window will appear
automatically when you insert the device into
your computer.

1. Open a web browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome,
Firefox...etc), and go to connect.kw.zain.com.
2. Through this page, you can check your
subscription’s details, including the remaining
cap, and pay your bill.
Adding Cap
When you exceed the monthly cap on your
subscription, your speed will be reduced. You will
automatically regain your normal speed at the end
of the month. If you want to regain your speed
before the end of the month, you can use the ‘Cap
Add On’ service.

You can use the service through the Wiyana
Connect web page using the following steps:
1. Confirm that your cap has been exceeded by
looking at the blue indicator bar.
2. Click on “Cap Add On”.
3. Select your desired cap amount, and click
“Subscribe”.
4. You will reach the confirmation window. Click
on “Yes” to complete your purchase and the
additional cap will be added to your account.
