ZAKARIAN 2-IN-1 SAUCE & FRY PAN User manual

2-IN-1 SAUCE & FRY PAN

•Always preheat your
cookware with oil, butter,
or water. We recommend
against using aerosol
cooking sprays as they
leave a buildup over time
that counters the non-stick
coating and is difficult
to remove. Never heat
your cookware with a dry
surface as this can result in
property damage or injury.
•Use low to medium-high
burner heat when cooking
to avoid damage to the
cookware or coating.
Extended use over high
heat will reduce the life of
the non-stick coating.
•Hand washing is
recommended and will
prolong the cookware’s
original appearance.
•High heat may cause
food to burn to the pan
causing discoloration or
stains. To help address any
discoloration or oil buildup,
clean with warm water and
baking soda solution with a
soft towel or sponge.
•Always allow the cookware
to cool before submerging
into water or other liquids.
•When handwashing, use a
soft towel or sponge and
wash with warm soapy
water. Do not use abrasive
or harsh cleaners. Do not
use steel wool or other
abrasive cleaning pads.
•It is recommended that you
use cooking utensils made
of silicone, nylon, wood,
or melamine to protect the
non-stick coating.
•Always use extreme
caution when handling hot
cookware and keep out
of reach of children at all
times.
•Do not let the handles
extend over a hot burner.
Doing so may cause the
handle to become overly
hot or cause damage.
•Always use oven mitts or
potholders when handling
cookware.
•Your cookware is oven-safe
up to 500ºF.
•Do not use your cookware
in the microwave.

Avoid using extra virgin olive oil
over high heat as it will burn
and leave a thin carbonized
layer on the surface.
Aerosol cooking spray should
not be used on non-stick as
it damages the coating and is
dicult to remove.
Cooking over a high heat

countertop. Use a trivet.

allowing the oil to heat for a minute before you add the food to the
cookware. Never heat your cookware with a dry surface as this can
