A secondary risk is a danger which is not obvious and results from the use of the machine.
Secondary risk are unavoidable despite all the preven ve measures that are taken.
A person is competent when it acquired suffi cient knowledge in a specifi c fi eld both through the
professional instruc on and with the experience. A competent person must get to know with the
specifi c norms for the safety on work and for the accident preven on and generally with the technical
knowledge rules.
A person is trained when it is informed by a competent person about the ac vi es it must perform
and the risks rela ve to improper behaviour and, if necessary, it has received the required training.
Also a trained person must be informed about the safety devices and protec ve measures.

The use of the valve with adhesives, glues or general fl uids must be respect the following basic rules.
a specifi c type of fl uid check that:
• The fl uid viscosity is compa ble with the features of the valve
• The characteris cs of the fl uid meet the desired requirements
• The datasheet of the fl uid provided by the manufacturer includes all the informa ons about the
fl uid such as: viscosity, applica ons, gluing me (for glues or adhesives) and storage
• The storage me of the fl uid has not been exceeded
• The fl uid has not been exposed to temperatures near or below than zero therefore it has

• The packaging of the fl uid are sealed
For the use of we recommend to contact the Zator company to
verify the compa bility of the applica on.
Before use a diff erent type of fl uid clean accurately the valve to avoid possible contamina on of the
