USER AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL
18 ELECTROPNEUMATIC COATING VALVE MZL100
The use of the valve with adhesives, glues or general uids must be respect the following basic rules.
Before use a specic type of uid check that:
• The uid viscosity is compable with the features of the valve
• The characteriscs of the uid meet the desired requirements
• The datasheet of the uid provided by the manufacturer includes all the informaons about the uid
such as: viscosity, applicaons, gluing me (for glues or adhesives) and storage
• The storage me of the uid has not been exceeded
• The uid has not been exposed to temperatures near or below than zero therefore it has deteriorated
• The packaging of the uid are sealed
For the use of special adhesives, glues or uids we recommend to contact the Zator company to verify
the compability of the applicaon.
Before use a dierent type of uid clean accurately the valve to avoid possible contaminaon of the new
uid.
When used water-based adhesives of glues they are easily removable with water in their liquid state.
However, when they harden is more dicult to remove it. For this reason, before long stop it is
recommended to wash accurately the valve. Please refer to the maintenance program shown in this
manual.
