Installing Batteries
•Use a small screwdriver to unscrew the safety screw on
the battery compartment.
•Insert 3 x AAA batteries [not included) into the battery
compartment, polarities should be as indicated.
•Screw the cover back on, matching the DOT at the bottom
of the unit and the DOT on the battery cover.
Radio Operation
•Turn the Volume Control anti-clockwise to turn on the radio.
A click indicates that the unit has been turned on and a red
LED will light up.
•Select AM or FM by pressing the AM/FM button once.
•Turn the propeller dial to select your favorite station.

•Do not immerse the Submarine Radio in water or boiling water.
•Clean only with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasives or
harsh chemical cleaners.
•Removal and replacement of batteries should be carried
out by an adult or under adult supervision.
•Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
•Use only recommended batteries - do not use
re-chargeable batteries.
•Always remove exhausted batteries.
•Do not short-circuit supply terminals.
•Do not mix old/new batteries, different brands or type.
•Dispose of exhausted batteries safely, and never dispose
of batteries in a fire.
