Home Dock is plugged in, it is ready to charge your devices.

Place your wireless enabled Qi device on top of the Zero logo
to charge.
If your device is charging, the Home Dock will indicate the
power ow with a solid blue LED light.

To charge a Zero Wireless Qi Pad on the Home Dock, place
your Qi Pad in the slot with the contact points facing down.

FAQ
• How can I make sure the home Dock is “on”?
- The Home Dock’s LED light will illuminate if a device
is placed on the Home Dock, indicating that the device
is charged or charging.
• What phone cases can I use with the Home Dock?
- Using an ultra-thick protective phone case or case with
magnetic/iron plate is not recommended as it may affect
the wireless charging function.
- Wireless charging has been known to occasionally interfere
with magnetic strips on cards, thus it is not recommended to
wireless charge devices with “wallet” cases.
- The home Dock supports charging through phone cases up
to 4mm thick.
• What devices are supported by the Home Dock?
- iPhone models: SE, 8, 8 Plus, X, XS, XS Max, XR, 11, 11
Pro, 11 Pro Max, 12, 12 mini, 12 Pro Max, 12 Pro.
- Android models: Most wireless enabled Qi devices.

Additional Information
• When the device is fully charged, remove it from the
Home Dock.
• When the device is not placed on the charging surface
properly or depending on the location of the device’s wireless
charging coil, your device may not charge properly.
• If you use wireless charging in areas with weak network
signals, you may lose network reception.
• If the Home Dock detects a non-compatible device, it will not
charge and the LED indicator will turn red.

The company hereby warrants to the original retail purchaser of
this product that should this product or any part thereof, under
normal use and conditions, be proven defective material or
workmanship within one year parts and 90 days labor from the
date of the original purchase, such as defect (s) will be repaired
with recondition product (at the company’s option) for parts and
repair labor. This limited warranty is the purchaser’s exclusive
remedy for any such defect (s).
To obtain repairs or replacement within the terms of this warranty,
Proof of warranty coverage (i.e. – dated bill of sale) is required.
This warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof which,
in the opinion of the company, has suffered or been damaged

neglect, accident or by removal or defacement of the factory
