Twilight Arch Assembly Instructions
Requires 2 person assembly.All screw holes to be pre-drilled.
Tools required: Corded / Cordless Drill, Pozi-drive Bit / Screwdriver, 3mm Drill Bit, Tape
Measure.

Assembly requires 2 persons. All screw holes to be pre-drilled.
Tools required: Corded/Cordless Drill, Pozi-drive Bit/Screwdriver, 3mm Drill Bit,
Tape Measure.
Twilight Arch is now complete.
1. Position Rafters B at both ends of ArchesAand fix using 4no 60mm Screws - 2
per Rafter (Fig.1a). Space out remaining Rafters B equally (Fig.1b) and attach
using 6no 60mm Screws.
2. Locate Post C onto ArchA as shown in Fig.2a (adjust width to suit). Fix in position
using 2no 60mm Screws (Fig.2b).
3. Place Trellis Panel D 400mm from base of Post C and fix in position using 2no
40mm Screws (Figs.3a & 3b).
4. Position second Post C as shown in Fig.4a and fix to Arch A using 2no 60mm
Screws.
Fix Trellis Panel D to second Post C using 2no 40mm Screws (Figs.4b & 4c).
Repeat stages 1-4 for remaining Posts & Trellis Panel on opposite side of arch.
5. Ensuring Post C is perpendicular to Rail A, place Bracing E as shown in Fig.5 and
fix in position using 2no 60mm Screws.
Repeat procedure for remaining bracings.
