SAFETY NOTICE: Do not limb on the dome. It is not designed for limbing.
The dimensions of this dome a e:

Step 1. Find a level a ea wide enough to assemble the dome.
Step 2. Unpack the dome mate ials whe e the dome will be const ucted. Use wi e
cutte s o manually unwind the wi e fo eleasing the st uts f om the est aining wi es.
This package will include:
42 Blue “A” St uts 5’ in length.
26 Black “B” St uts 4’ 9-7/8” in length
30 Red “C” St uts 4’ 2-5/8” in length
8 Yellow “D” St uts 4’ 10-1/2” in length
2 Suppo t St uts 8’ 6” in length (when assembled).
32 Blue 6-way Hubs,

How to Atta h the Hubs to the Struts
Put the end of the st ut into the opening on
the side of the hub.
Inse t a zip tie into the end of the st ut.
Place a cente ing on the end of the st ut.
Loop the zip tie th ough the cente ing.
Tighten the zip tie to secu e the cente ing
to the st ut.
Step 3. Tunnel Dome Constru tion. Building the Foundation.
A1. Take 2 blue st uts and lay them in a
slight “V” at one end of the dome footp int.
A2. Take two black st uts and put a black
st ut on the ends of the blue st uts in the
shape of a ci cle.
A3. Take two yellow st uts and put a
yellow st ut on the ends of the black st uts,
in the shape of the tunnel dome.
A4. Take two blue st uts and put a blue
st ut on the ends of the yellow st uts, along
the length of the tunnel dome.
A5. Take two yellow st uts and put a
yellow st ut on the end of each of the blue
st uts.
A6. Take two black st uts, and place them
at the ends of the yellow st uts, in the fo m
of a ci cle.
A7. Complete the end of the tunnel dome
foundation with two blue st uts.
A8. Take 14 blue hubs and 14 cente ings.
Put a blue hubs and cente ing between
eve y st ut, and connect them togethe to
c eate the tunnel dome foundation.
The st uts should be inse ted on opposite
sides of the hub, o 180 deg ees apa t, and
attached to the cente ing with zip ties.
Building the First Tier:
All st uts and hubs will be placed on the outside of the foundation ing.
B1. Take 8 Red St uts and 4 Red Hubs.
Lay the st uts and hubs in the shape of a 4
ed t iangles ove the 4 black st uts nea the
ends of the tunnel dome foundation.
B2. Take 4 blue st uts, and put a blue “V”
whe e two blue st uts meet at the ve y ends
of the tunnel dome.
B3. Take 4 blue st uts and two pu ple
suppo t hubs. Put a blue t iangle with a
pu ple suppo t hub ove the 2 blue st uts on
the sides of the tunnel dome.
The Standa d pu ple suppo t hub will have
cu ved slots along the edge of the hub.
When you assemble the t iangle, make
ce tain the cu ved slots on the edge of the
pu ple hub point up to the top and down to
the bottom of the t iangle, so that the
suppo t st uts can be installed late .
The cu ved slots will allow the Suppo t
St ut to be attached when the dome is
complete.
If you a e using Dual Cove ing Hubs, the
Pu ple Suppo t Hub will have 6 holes on
one end fo the st uts, and 2 holes on the
othe end fo the suppo t st uts.
You want the two openings fo the suppo t
st uts on the top of the hub, and to point up
and down on the t iangle.
This will allow the Suppo t St ut to be
attached when the dome is complete.
Now let’s finish the dome.
B4. Take 4 blue st uts and lay a blue st ut
on eithe side of the blue t iangle with a
pu ple hub.
B5. Take 8 black st uts and place them in
the emaining gaps, so that a t iangle is ove
eve y st ut in the foundation ing.
B6. Put blue hubs at the top of the
emaining t iangles.
B7. Connect the hubs and st uts to the
foundation ing.
It will be easie to connect the st uts to the
foundation ing fi st, and then connect the
hubs at the top of each t iangle.
B8. Take 8 ed st uts and place two ed
st uts on eithe side of the 4 ed hubs.
B9. Take 2 black st uts and place a black
st ut ove the blue V at each end of the
tunnel dome.
B10. Take 4 blue st uts and put a blue st ut
on each side of the pu ple hubs on the sides
of the tunnel dome.
B11. Raise the 1st tie .
Lift the t iangles up f om the g ound, and
connect the tops of the t iangles with the
st uts.
Building the 2nd Tier:
C1. Take 4 ed st uts and 2 ed hubs. Make
2 ed t iangles with a ed hub and place
them ove the black st ut at each end of the
tunnel dome.
C2. Take 4 ed st uts and attach them to 4
blue hubs. Inse t these into the 4 ed hubs
at the top of the 1st tie .
C3. Take 8 black st uts, and put one black
st ut on eithe side of the 4 ed st uts with
blue hubs. Attach with zip ties at the
bottom and the top.
C4. Take 8 blue st uts and 4 blue hubs.
Make 4 blue t iangles and place them ove
the 4 empty blue st uts on the sides of the
tunnel dome.
C5. Take 4 ed st uts and put two ed st uts
on eithe side of the ed hub at the ends of
the tunnel dome.
C6. Take 4 yellow st uts and put a yellow
st ut above the black and blue “V”.
C7. Take two blue st uts and place a blue
st ut above the blue “V” to on the sides of
the dome to complete the top of the 2nd tie .
Completing the Dome:
D1. Take 2 ed st uts and 2 blue hubs, and
attach each ed st ut to a blue hub. Attach
the othe end of the ed st uts to the ed
hubs at each end of the tunnel dome.
D2. Take 4 black st uts and put 2 black
st uts on eithe side of the ed st ut, and
connect to the blue hubs at the top of the
dome.
D3. Take 4 blue st uts and connect to the
two blue hubs at the top of the dome.
D4. Take 6 blue st uts and connect them so
that they point to the cente of the tunnel
dome.
D5. Put a single pu ple hub in the cente .
Make ce tain the openings in the pu ple hub
point to the sides of the tunnel dome.
