SAFETY NOTICE: Do not limb on the dome. It is not designed for limbing.
The dimensions of this dome a e:

Floo space: 377 squa e feet
Step 1. Find a level a ea wide enough to assemble the dome.
Step 2. Unpack the dome mate ials whe e the dome will be const ucted. Use wi e
cutte s o manually unwind the wi e fo eleasing the st uts f om the est aining wi es.
This package will include:
42 Blue “A” St uts 5’ in length.
26 Black “B” St uts 4’ 9-7/8” in length

30 Red “C” St uts 4’ 2-5/8” in length
8 Yellow “D” St uts 4’ 10-1/2” in length
2 Suppo t St uts 8’ 6” in length (when assembled).
32 Blue 6-way Hubs,
Standa d Hub Dual Cove ing Hub
3 Pu ple Suppo t Hubs

6 Red 5-way Hubs,

How to Atta h the Hubs to the Struts
Put the end of the st ut into the opening on
the side of the hub.
Inse t a zip tie into the end of the st ut.
Place a cente ing on the end of the st ut.
Loop the zip tie th ough the cente ing.
Tighten the zip tie to secu e the cente ing
to the st ut.

Step 3. Tunnel Dome Constru tion. Building the Foundation.
A1. Take 2 blue st uts and lay them in a
slight “V” at one end of the dome footp int.
A2. Take two black st uts and put a black
st ut on the ends of the blue st uts in the
shape of a ci cle.
A3. Take two yellow st uts and put a
yellow st ut on the ends of the black st uts,
in the shape of the tunnel dome.

A4. Take two blue st uts and put a blue
st ut on the ends of the yellow st uts, along
the length of the tunnel dome.
A5. Take two yellow st uts and put a
yellow st ut on the end of each of the blue
st uts.
A6. Take two black st uts, and place them
at the ends of the yellow st uts, in the fo m
of a ci cle.

A7. Complete the end of the tunnel dome
foundation with two blue st uts.
A8. Take 14 blue hubs and 14 cente ings.
Put a blue hubs and cente ing between
eve y st ut, and connect them togethe to
c eate the tunnel dome foundation.
The st uts should be inse ted on opposite
sides of the hub, o 180 deg ees apa t, and
attached to the cente ing with zip ties.
Building the First Tier:
All st uts and hubs will be placed on the outside of the foundation ing.

B1. Take 8 Red St uts and 4 Red Hubs.
Lay the st uts and hubs in the shape of a 4
ed t iangles ove the 4 black st uts nea the
ends of the tunnel dome foundation.

B2. Take 4 blue st uts, and put a blue “V”
whe e two blue st uts meet at the ve y ends
of the tunnel dome.
B3. Take 4 blue st uts and two pu ple
suppo t hubs. Put a blue t iangle with a
pu ple suppo t hub ove the 2 blue st uts on
the sides of the tunnel dome.
The Standa d pu ple suppo t hub will have
cu ved slots along the edge of the hub.
