GENERAL INFORMATION
IMPORTANT
• Please read through before starting assembly.
• Important: Check the inside of the larger pieces in your box for other materials packed inside.
• When assembling components, place on a non-abrasive surface
(i.e. shipping box) to avoid scratching.
• We recommend an area approx. 5’x 8’for unobstructed assembling.
• You should not need to use excessive force when assembling components.

STEP 1: LAY OUT MATERIALS

Identify the bottom, top and middle rails. The middle rails will have picket holes on both sides. The top and bottom
rails will only have picket holes on one side and will have stickers to easily dierentiate them from the other rails.
Pressure t three loose rail end caps (Part B) into the ends of each rail.
Position the two posts (Part C) as illustrated
and slide the top and middle rails (Parts F & G)
down over the posts, towards the locking tabs.
Align the pre-drilled holes in the posts and
the rails and screw the top and middle rails
into both sides of both posts using 8 of the
3/4" screws (Part I) provided.
One by one, guide the pickets (Part D) down
through the two horizontal rails. Push down
into the horizontal rail until the pickets lock
into place.

This will be
the top of
the screen.

Slide the bottom rail (Part H) down over the
posts, aligning the pre-drilled holes on the
bottom rail and posts, inserting each picket
one by one into the bottom rail.
Slide the post anchors (Part E) all the way
down through the enlarged holes on the
bottom of the rail until you feel the post
anchor hit the inside wall of the rail. Ensure
the post and post anchor are rmly pressed
together then fasten together through the
pre-drilled holes in the bottom rail with a
total of four 3/4" screws.

Move the screen to its nal location and identify the
location of posts.
Attempt to push the unit into the ground as illustrated
Optionally:
1. If your ground is too hard, loosen the top 6”or 7” of the ground with a
claw hammer as illustrated.
2. Add water to loosened soil.
3. Use a block of wood to the protect the top of post and gently hammer
the post into the ground.

Level the screen as necessary and backll
excavated dirt and tamp as necessary.
If your ground is really hard, you may need to
dig a single hole large enough to accommodate
one post from each panel. This hole should be
approximately 8” in diameter and 10” deep.
Backll and compact the dirt.

STEP 5.1 Fasten screens together by joining clips (Part
K) as illustrated using the 1" self-augering
screws (Part J) to secure the clips to both
panels.

STEP 6.1 Push the post caps (Part A) down over the
posts to lock into place.
