particular component must be replaced, Zippo
cannot guarantee that the identical model
will be available. In such cases a watch or
component similar in appearance and of equal
or greater value will be furnished.
The Warranty is only valid on presentation
of the original sales receipt or other
acceptable proof of purchase.
This Warranty is void if the watch has
been damaged by accident, negligence,
unauthorized service or other factors not
due to defects in materials or workmanship.
This Warranty does not cover the battery,
crystal, non-metal strap or bracelet,
incidents of normal wear and tear (including
but not limited to scratches or other damage
to the nish), incidents of abuse, or water
damage unless the watch is marked as
waterproof and the watch was used as
instructed when the damage occurred.
This Warranty gives you specic legal
rights which are in addition to, but run
concurrently with, any other legal rights
which you may have under the statutes of a
state, province or country, and does not limit
those statutory rights. Other than as to the
foregoing, this Warranty is in lieu of all other
express and implied warranties.
If the product is NOT UNDER WARRANTY, all
costs including without limit costs of repair and
postage or freight must be paid by the customer.
