IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Cream whippers work with pressurized gas and therefore there is a
need to take special safety precautions
– Never use a damaged cream whipper; if a cream whipper drops to
the floor, it must be checked by us before using it again.
– Cream whipper and creamer chargers are to be stored out of reach
of children.
– Do not lean above the cream whipper when you screw in the
charger.
– The head of the cream whipper screws easily onto the bottle's
threading. Never ever use force to screw the head on. Do not
cross-thread.
– This cream whipper has a valve which prevents overpressurization.
It is located inside the metal piercing section. Do not tamper
with this assembly or attempt any adjustments as this would
end the guarantee and our liability.
– Keep these operating instructions – they help you to work the
cream whipper correctly.
– Use this cream whipper only for the purpose indicated in these
operating instructions.
WARNING
Only screw ZOEMO cream whipper heads on ZOEMO bottles.
The head as well as the canister are compatible only to the same
model No. Usage of other than ZOEMO components or ZOEMO
spare parts may result in mal-function causing serious injury.
PARTS
Cream Whipper
– Creamer chargers are to be handled according to the safety
instructions on the package of the chargers.
– Empty chargers are to be removed from the cream whipper head
with the charger holder.
–Use 8-gram N2O one-way chargers only!
– Keep the cream whipper out of sun and away from heat.
– Store the cream whipper only in the refrigerator – never in the
freezer compartment or the deep-freezer.
– Do not remove the head of the cream whipper as long as there is
pressure inside the canister (Operating instructions, picture 7).
Always operate the lever and release the pressure first.
– Do not change anything on the cream whipper or its safety devices.
–Only original spare parts have to be used. When you need some
parts, please contact us at [email protected].
– Clean only by rinsing. Do not use sharp-edged objects. To take the
cream whipper apart, only remove the parts shown on the drawing
on page 3. If the cream whipper has been out of use for a rather
long time, clean with water as above.

Please read operating instructions carefully. Before first use, clean
your cream whipper according to the instructions below.
Picture 1 Insert the Cap Gasket into the ZOEMO whipper head.
Picture 2 Fill ZOEMO canister with chilled, fresh whipping cream.
maxmum quantity is 0,25 litre (=half pint), 0,5litre (= 1 pint)
or 1 litre (= 1 quart).
Picture 3 Screw the ZOEMO head firmly on the ZOEMO canister
until you can not see the screw thread of the canister
any more. Do not cross-thread.
Picture 4 Insert one silver coloured creamer charger containing
Nitrous Oxide (N2O) into the charger holder.
Picture 5 Using the charger holder only screw the charger holder
containing the charger on the metal thread until you hear the
sound of the gas escaping into the canister. For 0,25 litre
respectively for 0,5 litre use one charger. For 1 litre cream
whipper use two chargers.
Picture 6 Shake the cream whipper three times vigorously.
Picture 7 To release the whipped cream, turn the cream whipper
upside down as shown in the drawing and press the lever
gently.
If the whipped cream is still liquid shake the cream whipper again
shortly. Don't shake again before every usage because this leads to
too stiff cream.When using UHT-cream or light-cream chill it very
well and shake about ten times.
Always release the whipped cream with the cream whipper upside
down. This way no gas can escape and the cream whipper can be
discharged completely. Before attempting to remove the head of the
cream whipper, always operate the lever until all the whipped cream
and gas in the cream whipper have been discharged.
Each ZOEMO cream whipper is carefully checked at our factory before
shipment. The ZOEMO cream whippers are guaranteed for one year
from the date of purchase, provided the cream whipper is used and
operated as determined. Please read the operating and safety instructions
carefully before use!
Before opening the cream whipper, operate the lever until no more
cream or gas comes out.Take the cream whipper apart as shown in
the diagram and wash all parts with a mild detergent. Never boil,
don't use aluminum corroding detergents, do not wash in the dish-
washer. Always store the clean cream whipper open.Always rinse the
nozzle with warm water after use.
Repairs must never be carried out by yourself. For replacement use
only original ZOEMO parts. For repairs please send in head and
canister together.
