1.1 目录CATALOG
This manual describes how to assemble, install, operate the units and how to troubleshoot
of this unit. Please read this manual carefully before installation and operation.Keep this
manual for future reference.本手册介绍了如何组装，安装，操作设备以及如何对设备进行
故障排除。 在安装和操作之前，请仔细阅读本手册。保留本手册以备将来参考。
1.2 范围SCOPE
This manual provides safety guidelines of installation,and the information on tools and
wiring.本手册提供了安装安全准则，以及有关工具和接线的信息。

WARNING: This chapter contains important safety and operating instructions. Read

1.Read and follow all installation, operation, and maintenance in formation carefully before

2.Do not disassemble the unit personally. Take it to a qualified service center to repair请勿亲自

3.Disconnecting all power supply before any maintaining or cleaning,please noted that if

4.WARNING!!: Only qualified service persons are allowed to operate this product. If fault
not solved after following troubleshooting table, please send this inverter back to local

6.WARNING: Because this inverter is non-isolated, only three types of PV modules are
adaptable: single crystalline, poly crystalline with class A‐rated and CIGS modules. To
avoid any malfunction, do not connect any PV modules which likely with current leakage
flow to the inverter. For example, grounded PV modules may cause current leakage flow
to the inverter. When using CIGS modules, please be sure of NO grounding.警告：由于

This is a multi‐function inverter, combining varies function of inverter, solar charger and
battery charger ,supply uninterruptible electricity energy to loads.Its easy‐accessible
comprehensive LCD touch screen display allowed user setting the varies date according
to user’s requirements,such as battery charging current,AC/solar charger priority, and
setting different input voltage based on different applications.这 是一 款多 功能逆 控一体
机，结合了逆变器，太阳能充电器和电池充电器的各种功能，为负载提供不间断的电能。

2.2 Basic System Architecture基本系统架构
The following illustration shows basic application for this inverter/charger. It also includes
following devices to have a complete running system:下图显示了此逆变器/充电器的基本应用。

Consult with the integrator who provide you system about architectures as you request.
This inverter can supply power to all kinds of appliances in home or office ,including motor

3. INSTALLATION安装
3.1 Unpacking and Inspection开箱检查
Before installation,please inspect the unit. Be sure that everything in the package is not
damaged. The following items inside of package would be received.安装前，请检查设备。确保
包装中的所有物品均未损坏。包装内的以下物品将被接收。

3.2 Preparation准备
Please remove the two screws on the back cover of the device before opening it.打开设备之
前，请先详细阅读使用手册。
3.3 Installation sites selection安装地点选择
Consider the below points before selecting where to install:在选择安装位置之前，考虑以下几点
1.Do not mount the inverter on the surface of flammable construction materials.
请勿将机器安装在易燃的建筑材料表面。
2.Mount on the surface of solid material.安装在固体材料的表面。
3.Install this inverter at a visible place in order to allow the LCD display to be read at all
times.将此逆变器安装在可见的地方，以便始终读取LCD显示屏
4.For proper air circulation and heat dissipate,make sure there is 20 cm distance from the
two side, 50 cm distance from bottom of the unit.为确保适当的空气流通和散热，请确保距

5.The ambient temperature should be between 0°C and 55°C to ensure optimal operation.环境

6. The recommended installation position is to be adhered to the wall vertically.建议的放置位置

7. Be sure to keep other objects and surfaces as shown in the diagram to guarantee
sufficient heat dissipation and to have enough space for collecting wires.请确保如图所示

3.4 AC Input/Output Connection AC输入/输出连接
CAUTION! Before connecting to AC input power source, please install a separate AC
breaker between inverter and AC input power source. This will ensure the inverter can be
securely disconnected during maintenance and fully protected from over current of AC
input. The recommended spec of AC breaker is 32A for 3KVA and 50A for 5.5KVA. There

are two terminal blocks with “IN” and “OUT” markings. Please do NOT connect input and
output connectors wrong.

WARNING! All wiring must be performed by a qualified personnel. It's very important for
system safety and efficient operation to use appropriate cable for AC input connection. To
reduce risk of injury, please use the proper recommended cable size as below.警告！ 所有

CAUTION: Before connecting to PV modules, please install separately a DC circuit

WARNING!: It's very important for system safety and efficient operation to use
appropriate cable for PV module connection. To reduce risk of injury, please use the

CAUTION: It’s requested to use PV junction box with surge protection. Otherwise, it will
cause damage on inverter when lightning occurs on PV modules.注意：请使用带电涌保

When selecting proper PV modules, please be sure to consider below parameters选择合适的光

1.Open circuit Voltage (Voc) of PV modules not exceeds max. PV array open circuit
voltage of inverter.PV模块的开路电压（Voc）不超过最大值 逆变器光伏阵列开路电压。
2.Open circuit Voltage (Voc) of PV modules should be higher than min. battery voltage.光伏组件
的开路电压（Voc）应高于最小值。 电池电压。

PV Module Wire Connection光伏组件接线
Please follow below steps to implement PV module connection:请按照以下步骤实现光伏组件连
接：
1. Remove insulation sleeve 10 mm for positive and negative conductors.拆下10 mm的绝缘套
管，以连接正极和负极
2. Suggest to put bootlace ferrules on the end of positive and negative wires with a proper
crimping tool.建议使用适当的压接工具在正极线和负极线的末端放置鞋带套圈。
3. Fix PV wire cover to the inverter with supplied screws as shown in below chart.如下图所示，
用随附的螺钉将光伏线盖固定到逆变器上。

3.6 Final Assembly最后组装
After connecting all wires, please put bottom cover back by screwing screws.连接所有电线后，
请拧紧螺丝将盖板装回原处。
4.OPERATION操作
4.1 Power ON/OFF电源开/关
Once the unit has been properly installed and the batteries are connected well, simply press
On/Off switch(located on the button of the case) to turn on the unit.正确安装本机并正确连接电
池后，依次按下盖板上电池和机器On /Off开关（位于机箱按钮上）即可打开本机.
The operation and display panel, shown in below chart, is on the front panel of the inverter. It
includes three indicators, four function keys and a LCD display, indicating the operating status
and input/output power information.下图所示的操作和显示面板位于变频器的前面板上。 它包括
三个指示灯，四个功能键和一个LCD显示屏，用于指示操作状态和输入/输出功率信息。
