1.1 目录CATALOG
This manual describes how to assemble, install, operate the units and how to troubleshoot
of this unit. Please read this manual carefully before installation and operation.Keep this
manual for future reference.本手册介绍了如何组装,安装,操作设备以及如何对设备进行

This manual provides safety guidelines of installation,and the information on tools and

1.Read and follow all installation, operation, and maintenance in formation carefully before

2.Do not disassemble the unit personally. Take it to a qualified service center to repair请勿亲自

3.Disconnecting all power supply before any maintaining or cleaning,please noted that if

not solved after following troubleshooting table, please send this inverter back to local

6.WARNING: Because this inverter is non-isolated, only three types of PV modules are
adaptable: single crystalline, poly crystalline with class A‐rated and CIGS modules. To
avoid any malfunction, do not connect any PV modules which likely with current leakage
flow to the inverter. For example, grounded PV modules may cause current leakage flow
to the inverter. When using CIGS modules, please be sure of NO grounding.警告:由于

This is a multi‐function inverter, combining varies function of inverter, solar charger and
battery charger ,supply uninterruptible electricity energy to loads.Its easy‐accessible
comprehensive LCD touch screen display allowed user setting the varies date according
to user’s requirements,such as battery charging current,AC/solar charger priority, and
setting different input voltage based on different applications.这 是一 款多 功能逆 控一体

2.2 Basic System Architecture基本系统架构
The following illustration shows basic application for this inverter/charger. It also includes

3. INSTALLATION安装
3.1 Unpacking and Inspection开箱检查
Before installation,please inspect the unit. Be sure that everything in the package is not
damaged. The following items inside of package would be received.安装前,请检查设备。确保
包装中的所有物品均未损坏。包装内的以下物品将被接收。

3.2 Preparation准备
Please remove the two screws on the back cover of the device before opening it.打开设备之
前,请先详细阅读使用手册。
3.3 Installation sites selection安装地点选择
Consider the below points before selecting where to install:在选择安装位置之前,考虑以下几点
1.Do not mount the inverter on the surface of flammable construction materials.
请勿将机器安装在易燃的建筑材料表面。
2.Mount on the surface of solid material.安装在固体材料的表面。
3.Install this inverter at a visible place in order to allow the LCD display to be read at all
times.将此逆变器安装在可见的地方,以便始终读取LCD显示屏
4.For proper air circulation and heat dissipate,make sure there is 20 cm distance from the
two side, 50 cm distance from bottom of the unit.为确保适当的空气流通和散热,请确保距

5.The ambient temperature should be between 0°C and 55°C to ensure optimal operation.环境

7. Be sure to keep other objects and surfaces as shown in the diagram to guarantee

3.4 AC Input/Output Connection AC输入/输出连接
CAUTION! Before connecting to AC input power source, please install a separate AC
breaker between inverter and AC input power source. This will ensure the inverter can be
securely disconnected during maintenance and fully protected from over current of AC
input. The recommended spec of AC breaker is 32A for 3KVA and 50A for 5.5KVA. There
are two terminal blocks with “IN” and “OUT” markings. Please do NOT connect input and
output connectors wrong.

WARNING! All wiring must be performed by a qualified personnel. It's very important for
system safety and efficient operation to use appropriate cable for AC input connection. To
reduce risk of injury, please use the proper recommended cable size as below.警告! 所有

CAUTION: Before connecting to PV modules, please install separately a DC circuit

WARNING!: It's very important for system safety and efficient operation to use
appropriate cable for PV module connection. To reduce risk of injury, please use the

CAUTION: It’s requested to use PV junction box with surge protection. Otherwise, it will

When selecting proper PV modules, please be sure to consider below parameters选择合适的光

1.Open circuit Voltage (Voc) of PV modules not exceeds max. PV array open circuit

PV Module Wire Connection光伏组件接线
Please follow below steps to implement PV module connection:请按照以下步骤实现光伏组件连
接:
1. Remove insulation sleeve 10 mm for positive and negative conductors.拆下10 mm的绝缘套
管,以连接正极和负极
2. Suggest to put bootlace ferrules on the end of positive and negative wires with a proper
crimping tool.建议使用适当的压接工具在正极线和负极线的末端放置鞋带套圈。
3. Fix PV wire cover to the inverter with supplied screws as shown in below chart.如下图所示,
用随附的螺钉将光伏线盖固定到逆变器上。
3.6 Final Assembly最后组装
After connecting all wires, please put bottom cover back by screwing screws.连接所有电线后,
请拧紧螺丝将盖板装回原处。
4.OPERATION操作
4.1 Power ON/OFF电源开/关
Once the unit has been properly installed and the batteries are connected well, simply press
On/Off switch(located on the button of the case) to turn on the unit.正确安装本机并正确连接电
池后,依次按下盖板上电池和机器On /Off开关(位于机箱按钮上)即可打开本机.
The operation and display panel, shown in below chart, is on the front panel of the inverter. It
includes three indicators, four function keys and a LCD display, indicating the operating status
and input/output power information.下图所示的操作和显示面板位于变频器的前面板上。 它包括
三个指示灯,四个功能键和一个LCD显示屏,用于指示操作状态和输入/输出功率信息。

AC: (default) AC will provide power to the load
as the first priority, solar charging the battery.
When solar energy is insufficient, AC and solar
energy charge the battery at the same time.
When AC is unavailable it will be powered by
solar energy or batteries.

Solar: Solar energy provides power to the
loads as the first priority. When the solar
energy is sufficient, the extra energy will
charges the battery. When solar energy is
insufficient for load, batteries and solar will
supply power at the same time. When solar
energy and batteries are insufficient or solar
energy is unavailable, AC power supply power
to the load.太阳能:太阳能为负载供电是第一
要务。当太阳能充足时,多余的能量将为电池

Battery: Battery provides power to the loads
as the first priority. AC provides power to the
loads when battery voltage drop to low-level
warning voltage or setting point, and the AC
power will charge the battery. When the
battery is fully charged, battery provides power
to the load again.电池:电池为负载供电是第

Solar + AC: Solar energy provides power to
the load as the first priority. If solar energy is

power to supplement it, but the biggest power
