Enhanced Features:
1.
Known Issue:
1. Filtering: In some special cases, setting one MAC with discard-source will cause device
filter all packets with this MAC, ether source MAC or destination MAC.
2. When user active LACP and RSTP, sometimes LACP is failed.
3. Many to One Throughput Test failed.
4. Do not support tagged frame forwarding in the Port-Based VLAN.
Bug Fix:
1. Fix the bug that memory leak problem under log-in attack
2. Fix the bug that trunk port on combo port will get error port status
3. Fix the bug that igmp querier packets come from trunk ports will send back to trunk active
port.
4. Fix the bug that setting policy rule with some procedure will let DUT in the infinite loop.
5. Fix the bug that device can't get corret "port status detail" of member when using cluster
manager from WEB.
6. Fix the bug that ssh session don’t release when get error ssh authentication

7. Classifier precedence will not follow longest prefix match.

Firmware Upgrade:
The GS-3012 uses FTP to upgrade firmware in run-time through its built-in FTP server. You
can use any FTP client (for example, ftp.exe in Windows) to upgrade GS-3012. The upgrade
procedure is as follows:
Upgrade GS-3012 FW:
C:\> ftp <GS-3012 IP address>
User : <Enter>

•User name : just press <Enter>
•Password : the management password, 1234 by default
•380LH2C0.bin : the name of firmware file you want to upgrade
•ras : the internal firmware name in GS-3012
Configuration Upgrade:
The GS-3012 uses FTP to upgrade firmware in run-time through its built-in FTP server. You
can use any FTP client (for example, ftp.exe in Windows) to upgrade GS-3012. The upgrade
procedure is as follows:
Upgrade GS-3012 configuration:

1. The dot1dTpFdbPort will return incorrect port number when the MAC is static assign
2. When polling with net-snmp, it stopped with OID not increasing
3. Can not restore configuration with space in classifier name
4. The CLI command for port-based VLAN egress port cannot remove CPU port.
5. Can't get correct Static MAC forwarding value with MIB
