PANORAMICA OVERVIEW
Grazie per avere acquistato un prodotto
ZZIPP. Leggere attentamente quanto
riportato in questo manuale
per comprendere il funzionamento
dell’apparecchio e utilizzarlo nel migliore
dei modi. Conservare in luogo sicuro
queste istruzioni in modo da poterle riu-
tilizzare all’occorrenza. Per preservare la
grafica del pannello, ed evitare danni ai
componenti interni non esporre il dispo-
sitivo a polvere eccessiva o vibrazioni o
temperature estreme.
Per eseguire la pulizia del dispositivo
utilizzare un panno asciutto e morbido.
A causa di drastici sbalzi di temperatura
si puo’ formare della condensa nell’appa-
recchio, lasciarlo spento finchè non
completamente asciutto.
ZZMX2 è un mixer da DJ per dispo-
sitivi portatili è compatibile con iOS
e con Android, con possibilità di con-
nettere 2 dispositivi contemporanea-
mente oppure con un tablet eseguire
un “mix in the box” utilizzando un
solo ingresso.
E’ compatto e leggero ma ha tutte
le caratteristiche fondamentali del
mixer da DJ:
Circuito di preascolto, equalizzatore
a 2 bande su ogni ingresso, ingres-
so microfonico e ingresso ad alta
impedenzaz per la connessione di
strumenti come chitarre o bassi.
Controllo del guadagno sui singoli
ingressi, volume del preascolto, volu-
me master e crossfader compleatano
la ricca dotazione di questo piccolo
ma potente mixer.
ZZMX2 is a DJ mixer for portable
devices is compatible with iOS and
Android, with the possibility to con-
nect 2 devices simultaneously or with
a tablet to perform a “mix in the box”
using a single input.
It is compact and light but has all the
fundamental characteristics of the
DJ mixer:
Pre-listening circuit, 2-band equali-
zer on each input, microphone input
and high impedance input for con-
necting instruments such as guitars
or basses.
Gain control on individual inputs,
pre-listening volume, master volume
and crossfader compliment the rich
features of this small but powerful
mixer.
Thanks for purchasing this ZZIPP pro-
duct, please read this instruction carefully
to understand how to operate the product
correctly. Please store this instruction in a
safe place after reading as a reference in
the future.
To preserve the panel graphics, and avoid
damage to the Internal components do
not expose the device to excessive dust
or vibrations or extreme temperatures.
To clean the device, use a dry and soft
cloth.
Due to drastic changes in temperature,
condensation may form in the appliance,
leave it off until it completely dry.

1. POWER interruttore di accensio-
ne con illuminazione LED
2. GAIN potenziometro che regola il
guadagno per ciascun ingresso.
Aumentare il guadagno quando
il segnale presenta all’ingresso
risulta troppo basso e il suo valo-
re si discosta molto dallo 0dB, al
contrario abbassare il guadagno
quando il segnale in ingresso è
molto alto (oltre lo 0dB) e tende
a distorgere.
3. TREBLE potenziometro che enfa-
tizza o attutisce le alte frequenze
del segnale presente in ingresso
al canale del mixer. Ruotando
in senso orario le frequenze
alte saranno riprodotte con un
volume più alto, al contrario
ruotando in senso antiorario le
frequenze alte saranno riprodot-
te con un volume più basso. La
posizione centrale non modifica
in alcun modo l’equalizzazione
del segnale.
4. BASS potenziometro che enfatiz-
za o attutisce le basse frequenze
del segnale presente in ingresso
al canale del mixer. Ruotando
in senso orario le frequenze
asse saranno riprodotte con un
volume più alto, al contrario
ruotando in senso antiorario le
frequenze asse saranno ripro-
dotte con un volume più basso.
La posizione centrale non modifi-
ca in alcun modo l’equalizzazione
del segnale.
5. CUE l’interruttore di cue attiva
il circuito di preascolto per il
canale prescelto, premendo per
esempio il CUE del canale 1 avrò
la possibilità di sentire in cuffia

with a lower volume. The cen-
tral position does not modify the
signal equalization in any way.
5. CUE the cue switch activates
the pre-listening circuit for the
selected channel, for example by
pressing the CUE of channel 1 I
will have the opportunity to hear
the signal at the input of channel
1 through the headphones. By
pressing both CUE I can hear the

in uscita al mixer. Oni volta che
il CUE è inserito il led corrispon-
dente si accende.
6. CH LEVEL cursori dei volumi di
ingresso, in posizione totalmente
abbasata il volume in uscita sarà
0, in posizione totalmente alzata
il volume sarà massimo.
7. CROSSFADER cursore per la
dissolvenza incrociata tra i canali
1 e 2. Quando il cursore è in posi-
zionato completamente a sinistra
in uscita al mixer avremo il se-
gnale presente all’ingresso CH1,
quando il cursore è posizionato
completamente a destra avremo
in uscita il segnale presente al
CH2. Quando il cursore “cros-
sfader” è posizionato al centro
in uscita avremo la somma dei
canali CH1 + CH2. Nota: l’inter-
vento del crossfader è subordi-
nato al livello dei cursori CH1 e
CH2, pertanto se questi sono in
posizione 0 in uscita dal mixer
non avremo comunque segnale
a prescindere dalla posizione del
crossfader. Con entrambi i canali
CH1 e CH2 al massimo livello
spostando il crossfader dalla
posizione di estrema sinistra a
quella di estrema destra avremo
una dissolvenza incrociata auto-
matica tra il CH1 e il CH2.
8. INPUT CHANNEL potenziometro
che regola il livello del microfono
o del segnale ad alta impedenza
connesso all’ingresso INPUT.
9. OUTPUT potenziometro che re-
gola il livello dell’uscita cuffia

crossfader cursor is positioned
in the center at the output, we
will have the sum of the channels
CH1 + CH2. Note: the intervention
of the crossfader is subordinated
to the level of the sliders CH1
and CH2, therefore if these are
in position 0 at the output of the
mixer, we will still have no signal
regardless of the position of the
crossfader. With both channels
CH1 and CH2 at maximum level,
moving the crossfader from the
far left to the far right position
will have an automatic cross fade
between CH1 and CH2.
8. INPUT CHANNEL potentiometer
that adjusts the microphone or
high impedance signal level con-
nected to the INPUT input.
9. OUTPUT potentiometer that
regulates the headphone output
level

10. MAIN LEVEL potenziometro che
regola il livello di uscita generale
del mixer.
11. MAIN LEVEL LEDS indicatori del
livello dell’uscita main. I 2 led
posti in alto al level meter sono
gli indicatori di CLIP quando
questi si accendono significa che
l’uscita del mixer è troppo alta e
il segnale di conseguenza viene
distorto. Per riportare il segna-
le ad un livello operativo e non
distorto agire sul main level e
abbassare il volume.
12. SELETTORE DI INGRESSO
tramite questo pulsante si può
selezionare la modalità operativa
del mixer: CH1 indica che un solo
dispositivo è connesso al mixer
CH1/CH2 indica che 2 dispositivi
sono connessi al mixer
13. X-SYNC interruttore di attivazio-
ne della funzione X-SYNC. Trami-
te questa funzione lo ZZMX2 può
inviare segnali audio dal disposi-
tivo 2 al dispositivo 2 e viceversa.
Questo permette ad app compa-
tibili ad es. “DJ Rig” di sincro-
nizzare 2 dispositivi differenti.
Quando la funzione è disabilitata
l’audio presente all’ingresso IN-
PUT mic/instrument può essere
inviato al dispositivo connesso al
CH1 per essere processato con
app compatibili ad es. “AmpliTu-
be” o “VocaLive”.
10. MAIN LEVEL potentiometer that
regulates the general output
level of the mixer.
11. MAIN LEVEL LEDS main output
level indicators. The 2 LEDs loca-
ted at the top of the level meter
are the CLIP indicators when they
light up means that the mixer
output is too high and the signal
is therefore distorted. To bring
the signal back to an operational
and undistorted level, act on the
main level and lower the volume.
12. INPUT SELECTOR the mixer
operating mode can be selected
using this button: CH1 indicates
that only one device is connected
to the mixer CH1 / CH2 indicates
that 2 devices are connected to
the mixer
13. X-SYNC switch for activating the
X-SYNC function. Through this
function the ZZMX2 can send
audio signals from device 2 to de-
vice 2 and vice versa. This allows
compatible apps e.g. “DJ Rig” to
synchronize 2 different devices.
When the function is disabled,
the audio present at the INPUT
mic / instrument input can be
sent to the device connected to
CH1 to be processed with com-
patible apps, e.g. “AmpliTube” or
“VocaLive”.

MIX CON 1 DISPOSITIVO 1 DEVICE MIX
Lo ZZMX2 permette di eseguire dei
mix professionali anche con un solo
dispositivo connesso.
Quasi tutte le app DJ (sia iOS che
Android) permettono di avviare la mo-
dalità “double deck” questa modalità
permette di splittare il segnale stereo
di uscita in un dual mono e quindi
di sfruttare 2 canali da un singolo
dispositivo.
The ZZMX2 allows you to perform
professional mixes even with a single
connected device.
Almost all DJ apps (both iOS and An-
droid) allow you to start the “double
deck” mode. This mode allows you
to split the stereo output signal into
a dual mono and therefore to take
advantage of 2 channels from a single
device.

1. connettere il dispositivo iOS o
Android allo ZZMX2 usando il
cavo jack 3.5 - jack 3.5 incluso e
avviare l’app DJ.
2. impostare la app DJ in modo da
dividere l’uscita solitamente nelle
impostazioni di uscita dell’appli-
cazione è presente un flag “split
output”.
3. impostare l’interrutore INPUT su
CH1. Ora le due tracce verran-
no mandate in play dal singolo
dispositivo e possono essere con-
trollate separantamente tramite i
due canali CH1 e CH2 del ZZMX2.
Oltre al volume si puo’ agire
sui toni dell’EQ e sul guadagno,
inoltre si possono creare delle
dissolvenze incrociate automati-
che agendo sul crossfader.

MIX CON 2 DISPOSITIVI 2 DEVICES MIX
Lo ZZMX2 permette di eseguire dei mix
professionali con 2 dispositivi collegati.
Si possono usare due dispositivi mobili
con installate delle app da DJ, oppure si
possono collegare dei player hardware:
-lettori CD
-Lettori mp3
-PC
-Workstation
-ecc...
The ZZMX2 allows you to perform profes-
sional mixes with 2 connected devices.
You can use two mobile devices with DJ
apps installed, or you can connect har-
dware players:

1. connettere il primo dispositivo
iOS o Android allo ZZMX2 usando
il cavo jack 3.5 - jack 3.5 incluso e
avviare l’app DJ.
2. connettere il secondo dispositivo
iOS o Android allo ZZMX2 usando
il cavo jack 3.5 - jack 3.5 incluso
e avviare l’app DJ. nota: nelle
impostazioni dell’output dell’app
DJ l’uscita non dovrà più esse-
re impostata su split come nel
caso di collegamento con 1 solo
dispositivo.
3. impostare l’interrutore INPUT
su CH1/CH2. In questo modo le
uscite dei due dispositivi verran-
no controllate separatamente
e in stereo dai due canali dello
ZZMX2. Qualora le app installate
nei due dispositivi lo permettano
tramite la funzione X-SYNC è
possibile sincronizzare il tempo
delle tracce che si mandano in
play nei singoli dispositivi.
4. Premere il pulsante per attivare
la funzione X-SYNC. Nell’app DJ
(se compatibile) andare nelle im-
postazioni e attivare la funzione
X-SYNC. In questo modo la app
sincronizzerà automaticamente il
tempo tra le tracce riprodotte nei
singoli dispositivi.

two channels of the ZZMX2. If the
apps installed in the two devi-
ces allow it through the X-SYNC
function, it is possible to synchro-
nize the tempo of the tracks that
are sent to play in the individual
devices.
4. Press the button to activate the
X-SYNC function. In the DJ app
(if compatible) go to the settings
and activate the X-SYNC function.
In this way the app will auto-
matically synchronize the time
between the tracks played on the
individual devices.

USO DI MICROFONI O
STRUMENTI CON EFFETTI
USE MICS OR INSTRUMENTS
WITH FX
Lo ZZMX2 permette di connettere stru-
menti come chitarre tastiere o microfoni
dinamici all’ingresso INPUT e processare
in real time il segnale audio di questi
strumenti tramite delle app installate su
dispositivi mobile iOS o Android.
Per chitarre/bassi o tastiere per es. si può
usare l’app AmpliTube. Per microfoni per
es. si puo’ usare l’app VocaLive.
