I. Sicherheitshinweise
- Schützen Sie das Gerät vor Schmutz,
Feuchtigkeit, Überhitzung und extre-
men Temperaturen und verwenden Sie
es nur in trockenen Räumen.
- Lassen Sie das Produkt nicht fallen
und setzen Sie es keinen heftigen
Erschütterungen aus.
- Verwenden Sie nur geeignete Lade-
geräte oder USB-Anschlüsse zum
Aufladen.
- Überladen oder tiefentladen Sie das
Produkt nicht. Laden & entladen Sie
das Produkt mindestens alle 3 Monate.
- Dieses Produkt ist kein Spielzeug, ge-
ben Sie es daher nicht in Kinderhände.
- Im Falle eines undichten Akkus darf die
Flüssigkeit nicht mit der Haut oder den
Augen in Berührung gelangen. Spülen
Sie im Falle einer Berührung mit
reichlich Wasser aus und konsultieren
Sie einen Arzt.
- Lassen Sie das Produkt nur von Fach-
leuten einbauen und reparieren.
- Hören Sie über längere Zeiträume nicht
mit erhöhter Lautstärke (max. 5 Min.
am Stück / insgesamt max. 3 Stunden
pro Woche), da sonst Gehörschäden
auftreten können.
- Nehmen Sie keine Veränderungen
am Gerät vor. Dadurch verlieren Sie
jegliche Gewährleistungsansprüche.

V. Hinweise zur Funktion
- Verbinden beider Kopfhörer mit
Stereo-Signal:
• Halten Sie die Multifunktionstaste
(5) beider Kopfhörer gleichzeitig
gedrückt, bis die Status-LED (6)
beider Kopfhörer abwechselnd rot &
blau aufleuchtet.
• Klicken Sie beim rechten Kopfhörer
(Kopfhörer mit „R“-Aufdruck) die
Multifunktionstaste (5) 2x kurz
wiederholt an, oder halten Sie sie für
3 Sekunden gedrückt.
• Der erfolgreiche Verbindungsaufbau
wird dadurch signalisiert, dass die
Status LED (6) eines Kopfhörers
weiterhin abwechselnd rot & blau
aufleuchtet (= Master-Kopfhörer) und
die Status-LED des Anderen erlischt
(= Slave-Kopfhörer).
• Gehen Sie in die Bluetooth-Ein-
stellungen Ihres Smartphones und
suchen Sie nach: 4smarts TWS
• Nach erfolgreichem Verbindungsauf-
bau leuchtet die Status-LED (6) bei
beiden Kopfhörern langsam blau auf.
- Verbinden mit nur einem Kopfhörer:
• Entkoppeln Sie die Kopfhörer an
Ihrem Smartphone und wiederholen
Sie den Vorgang mit nur einem
Kopfhörer. Dadurch können Sie
die Akkuleistung eines Kopfhörers
sparen.
- Aufladen der Ladeschale:
• Verbinden Sie den Stecker des
mitgelieferten Kabels (8) mit dem
entsprechenden Lade-Anschluss (4).
• Die Ladestandanzeige (1) der
Ladestation gibt Auskunft über den
Akkustand der Ladestation selbst,
nicht aber über die Kopfhörer. Sie
blinkt rot beim Aufladen, und blau
zum Anzeigen der Restladung.
- Aufladen der Kopfhörer:
• Sobald die Akkuleistung der
Kopfhörer nachlässt ertönt ein
Warnsignal, und die Status-LED (6)
leuchtet wiederholt rot auf. Während
des Aufladens leuchtet die LED
permanent rot auf.
• Sie können die Kopfhörer wahlweise
in der mitgelieferten Ladeschale (3)
aufladen, oder indem Sie das mit-
gelieferte Ladekabel (10) direkt mit
der Ladebuchse (7) des Kopfhörers
verbinden.
• Hinweis: Beim Anschließen an ein
Ladegerät schalten sich die Kopfhö-
rer automatisch aus.

- Schalte an / Schalte aus:
• Zum Einschalten beider Kopfhörer,
halten Sie die Multifunktionstaste (5)
beider Kopfhörer für ca. 3 Sekunden
gleichzeitig gedrückt.
• Halten Sie zum Ausschalten beider
Kopfhörer die Multifunktionstaste (5)
an einem der beiden Kopfhörer für
mehr als 5 Sekunden gedrückt.
• Das Produkt schaltet sich nach 5
bis 6 Minuten automatisch ab, wenn
keine Verbindung zu einem Gerät
hergestellt wird.
• Tippen Sie die Multifunktionstaste (5)
einmal an um einen Anruf entgegen-
zunehmen. Tippen Sie sie zwei Mal
an um den Anruf abzulehnen.
• Hinweis: Während des Telefon-An-
rufs wird die Verbindung mit nur
einem Kopfhörer fortgesetzt. Nach
Beenden des Telefonanrufs wird die
Verbindung mit beiden Kopfhörern
automatisch wiederaufgebaut.
- Musik hören:
• Klicken Sie die Multifunktionstaste
(5) kurz an um die Wiedergabe zu
unterbrechen und wiederaufzuneh-
men (Play/Pause). Halten Sie die
Multifunktionstaste für eine Sekunde
gedrückt, um einen Titel nach vorne
zu springen.
- Nackenband:
• Schieben Sie bei Bedarf den Stift
der Kopfhörer in die Öffnungen des
Nackenbands (9) um die Kopfhörer
um den Hals tragen zu können.
VI. Fehlerbeseitigung
Verbindungsaufbau funktioniert nicht
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Produkt:
• vollständig geladen ist.
• sich in Reichweite zum Gerät
befindet.
• nicht bereits mit anderen Geräten
verbunden ist (ggf. Bluetooth an
anderen Geräten deaktivieren).
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihr Endgerät:
• kompatibel zu der in den technischen
Angaben angegebenen Bluetooth-
Version ist.
• eine aktive Bluetooth-Verbindung
hat, und sich im Pairing-Modus
befindet.
• keine anderen aktiven Geräteverbin-
dungen besitzt.
- Je nach Endgerät und dessen Software
kann die erstmalige Verbindungsauf-
nahme länger dauern. Warten Sie bis
zu einer Minute, oder versuchen Sie es
ggf. erneut in einer Umgebung mit ge-
ringerem bzw. minimalem Funkverkehr.
Die Verständigung ist nicht klar
- Versuchen Sie es erneut in einer wind-
und hallfreien Umgebung.

- Versuchen Sie die Verbindung zu
einem anderen Endgerät.
- Rufen Sie auf einem anderen Telefon
an.
- Versuchen Sie es ggf. erneut in einer
Umgebung mit geringerem bzw mini-
malem Funkverkehr.
VII. Wartung & Pege
Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung nur trocke-
ne, weiche Tücher.
VIII. Gewährleistung
Die 4smarts übernimmt keinerlei Haftung
oder Gewährleistung für Schäden,
die aus unsachgemäßer Installation,
Montage und unsachgemäßem Gebrauch
des Produktes oder einer Nichtbeachtung
der Bedienungsanleitung und/oder der
Sicherheitshinweise resultieren.
IX. Hinweise zum Umweltschutz
Elektrische und elektronische
Geräte sowie Batterien dürfen
nicht mit dem Hausmüll entsorgt
werden. Der Verbraucher ist gesetzlich
verpflichtet, elektrische und elektronische
Geräte sowie Batterien am Ende ihrer
Lebensdauer an den dafür eingerichteten,
öffentlichen Sammelstellen oder an die
Verkaufsstelle zurückzugeben.

I. Safety instructions
- Protect the device from dirt, moisture,
overheating, and extreme temperatures
and only use it in dry rooms.
- Do not drop the product and do not
expose it to any major shocks.
- Only use suitable charging devices or
USB connections for charging.
- Do not overcharge the product or allow
the battery to completely discharge.
Discharge & recharge the product at
least every 3 months.
- This product is no toy, and should not
be given to children.
- In case of a leaking batterie avoid a
contact with skin or eyes. If a direct
contact occurs, wash with plenty of
water and consult a doctor.
- This product must only be built in and
repaired by professionals.
- Do not expose your ears to high vo-
lume for a long period of time (max. 5
min. nonstop / overall max. 3 hours per
week), to avoid hearing damage.
- Do not modify the product in any way.
Doing so voids the warranty.

V. Function notes
- Connecting both headphones with
stereo signal:
• Keep the multifunction button (5) of
both headphones pressed simul-
taneously until the status LED (6)
flashes blue and red alternately.
• Quickly double click the multifunction
key (5) of the right side headphone
(headphone with printed „R“) or keep
it pressed 3 seconds.
• The connection is successful when
the status LED (6) of one headpho-
nes continues to flash red & blue
alternately (= Master headphone),
and the status LED of the other
headphone goes out (= Slave
headphone).
• Go to the Bluetooth settings of your
smartphone and search for following
device: 4smarts TWS
• After successful connection the
status LED (6) of both headphones
slowly flash up blue.
- Connecting only one headphone:
• Decouple the headphones from your
smartphone and repeat the process
with only one headphone. By doing
this you can save the battery power
of one headphone.
- Recharging the charger:
• Connect the plug of the supplied
cable (8) with the related charging
connector (4).
• The status LED (1) of the charging
station gives info about the battery
status of the charging station itself,
but not the headphones. It flashes
up red while charging and blue for
showing how much battery capacity
is left.
- Recharging the headphones:
• A low battery charge of the headpho-
nes is signalized by a warning sound
and the quick flashing up of the
status LED (6) in red color.
• You can recharge the headphones
with the supplied charging case (3)
or directly by connecting the supplied
cable (10) with the charging port (7)
of the headphone.
• Note: When connecting to a power
source, the headphoes will automati-
cally switch off.
- Switching on / switching off:
• For switching on both headphones
keep the multifunction key (5) of both
headphones pressed for about 3
seconds simultaneously.
• For switching off both headphones
keep the multifunction key (5) of one
of both headphones for more than 5
seconds pressed.

• The product turns off automatically
after 5 to 6 minutes, if it is not
connected to a device.
• Shortly press the multifunction key
(5) to take a call, and quickly click it
twice to reject a call.
• Note: Only one headphone will con-
tinue to operate during phone calls.
After the phone call has ended, the
second headphone will automatically
re-connect.
- Listening to music:
• Shortly press the multifunction key
(5) to pause and play music. Keep
the multifunction key pressed for
one second to forward to the next
song title.
- Neckstrap:
• Optionally push the thin end of the
headphone into the opening of the
neckstrap (9) for wearing the head-
pones around your neck.
VI. Troubleshooting
Setting up connection doesn‘t work
- Make sure that the product:
• is fully charged.
• is inside the working range of the
device.
• is not already connected to any
other device (deactivate Bluetooth at
surrounding, other devices).
- Make sure that your terminal device:
• is compatible to the Bluetooth
version, listed in the technical data in
this manual.
• has an active Bluetooth connection,
and is in pairing mode.
• does not have other, active connec-
tions running.
- Depending on the terminal device and
its software, setting up the connection
may take longer. Wait up to a minute,
or try again in surroundings with less or
minimal radio communication.
The communication is not clear
- Try again in a mostly wind and hall free
surrounding.
- Try to connect the product to a different
terminal device.
- Try to call to a different terminal device.
- Try again in surroundings with less or
minimal radio communication.
VII. Care and Maintenance
Only use a soft, dry cloth to clean the
device.
VIII. Warranty
The 4smarts GmbH assumes no liability
and provides no warranty for damage
resulting from improper installation or

mounting, improper use of the product or
from failure to ob¬ serve the operating
instructions and/or safety notes.
IX. Disposal notication
Electric and electronic devices
as well as batteries must not be
disposed of with household waste.
Consumers are obliged by law to return
electric and electronic devices as well as
batteries at the end of their service lives
to the public collecting points set up for
this purpose or point of sale.
